Whether you take it by the slice or to take away, Setaccio's pizza is a guarantee: amazing dough and toppings which, in addition to being generous and of high quality, are well thought out in terms of pairing and balance. Yesterday I tried the Too Good to Go box for the first time (among other things, thanks again girls, you were wonderful) and the pizza was superb both last night and today! The fried foods are "illegal" to say the least, all excellent, but they didn't work out with the pulled pork meatballs ;)! And then last but not least, the staff: kind, professional, helpful, smiling and always welcoming! Thank you very much for the work you do ^_^

16/07/2024: I found myself picking up as a rider at this pizzeria, the owner, a pizza chef, a small man, a foreign Egyptian, with a mulatto complexion, is a violent and threatening man who was about to put his hands on me, saying insults, threats and swear words just for having told him that I was waiting for much preparation of the order. Previously he made false and abusive reports at the company where I work. He was also seen standing outside the store for long periods of time with an intimidating and provocative attitude, filming me with his smartphone. Your current conduct is linked to some of your disrespectful and violent behavior towards me in the past in the club, which gave rise to a complaint filed against you by the undersigned. Avoid this place, it's dangerous people.

27/07/2024: It's been a while since I've had pizza here. Well the change of management has done nothing but good. Excellent quality dough, the super abundant ingredients make the pizza wonderful to look at too. Excellent quality throughout. Truly a beautiful rediscovery. Keep it up

03/08/2024: Questa mattina ho comprato il pane al fornaretto di Frascati e devo dire che un pane così buono non l ho mai assaggiato specialmente quello senza lievito ,prodotti buoni e di qualità, consiglio a tutti di andarci per provare queste sensazioni nel gusto che ho provato io, personale gentilissimo:ho dato 5 stelle, ma ne merita molte di più.

31/12/2023: We went to this very rustic trattoria before Christmas, a place that to say is Spartan is an understatement, where you would think you would eat well, plentifully, and spend the right amount. You would think, precisely, because the reality is quite different. To start, the three of us shared a platter of cured meats and cheeses (not even excellent ones to be honest), then we had a plate of pappardelle with wild boar ragù each and a portion of kid, again each. To drink water (tap) and a liter of house marc. Bill: 45 euros per skull, having also skipped side dishes, fruit and dessert. For the same amount you could eat fish in Fiumicino and even pay for petrol to get there. To never again.

19/08/2024: Very negative experience on all fronts from food to service to drinks room temperature I ordered a pizza they brought me another one at the end at first they told me they would make it again after a while the waiter came and told me that they had run out of dough. At the end of dinner, when it was time to pay, I saw that they were still making other pizzas...

16/08/2024: Poor food, platter with cold cuts from vacuum-packed supermarkets at a very high price, overcooked spaghetti carbonara, tonnarelli with pesto and courgette flowers are made with pureed courgette and that's it without flavor or other ingredients. Arrogant owner, awkward waiters. I put one star because there is no zero. Never again

26/05/2024: Great place for a quick slice of quality pizza with friendly staff right in the middle of it all.

27/04/2024: Good pizza but the wait was too long given that lately there is only one girl serving who pays and serves the customers, plus the place is frequented by people, mostly kids who pass you by and sit at the outside tables without consuming and who he bought the pizza he has to eat standing up.... in short the place is badly managed and left in disarray... spend a few cents and increase the staff who when you ask them for help makes you understand that the place is not his and not can do anything...

07/07/2024: Non so cosa sia accaduto! Frequentiamo sporadicamente da anni questo ristorante. È stato bella vedere l’evoluzione e la crescita del personale e del ristorante, la location è un’oasi nel deserto e lo staff molto cordiale. Ma il cibo…un DISASTRO! Qualità pessima! Siamo stati male tutta la notte. A malincuore, ma non torneremo più!

05/07/2024: Abituati alla vecchissima gestione siamo rimasti molto delusi dal servizio e dalla bassa qualità dei prodotti. Abbiamo aspettato due ore per una grigliata di pesce surgelato…con spiegazioni scadenti da parte del cameriere….nulla a che vedere con il nome Zi Rocco che ha fatto la storia del ristorante…ci dispiace molto ma lo sconsigliamo fortemente
