07/02/2025: I know the owners as they are customers of a supermarket where I work, wonderful people and arousing curiosity and interest by talking to me about their place I book a table for two and we have a dinner from starter to dessert Everything was exactly excellent, from the food to the service, with top marks. We will definitely return to try other carefully chosen dishes and wines from start to finish

02/02/2025: We came to this restaurant for a fabulous tasting menu given to us by our dear friends. In addition to the menu which was delicious they also have many other delicious offerings. Excellent and very pleasant service, explanation of all the dishes in detail and dedication to the customer. Dogs allowed an extra point! Thanks for everything

08/02/2025: L’arredamento semplice, con tovaglioli e tovaglia di carta sui tavoli, non ha pretese d’eleganza ma tutto il locale riesce a trasmettere un’atmosfera accogliente quasi familiare. Un pranzo domenicale succulento, reso più gradevole dalla gentilezza delle ragazze in sala e dal servizio veloce. Abbiamo cominciato con un piccolo antipasto misto, seguito da ravioli di cernia con granella di pistacchi e ragù di crostacei, una grigliata mista e un tiramisù come dolce. Piatti non elaborati ma molto buoni.

Although there are many meat dishes, my wife and I (vegetarians) found starters and first courses without meat and fish: excellent!

16/01/2025: What can I say. an excellence in every sense. Food, service, wines, staff, all impeccable and top notch. Always better and better. Food, preferably fish, prepared in the best possible way. The meal as a journey to be experienced and savoured. Very high quality, excellent service, wine list worthy of a very high level restaurant. Gianfranco and his wife were lovely people.

14/01/2025: An unforgettable taste experience. The dishes are all extraordinarily balanced and light. It feels like you're eating something insubstantial until the flavors explode in your mouth. The raw fish are exceptional in my opinion. I couldn't choose between the oyster with white chocolate ice cream, the cuttlefish or the amberjack. The service is very attentive but not overly intrusive or formal. The chef passed between the tables to greet the customers, not all starred chefs do this and I appreciated it. Perhaps the mark-ups on wine are a little excessive, exceeding 50%. Complete menu at €160 per person, wines excluded.

We had dinner yesterday with some friends: the owners were uniquely kind and welcoming; superlative food, both for the quality of the raw materials, for the richness of the menu and for the originality of the dishes. Superb grilled octopus, I've never eaten such a soft and tasty octopus; Sublime veal tartare with artichokes and so on with everything else. Pampered both upon arrival and at closing with extra delicacies. Highly recommended!! We will be back as soon as possible!

01/02/2025: 4 euros of burnt pizza which they call scrocchiarella, scricchiarella is nothing else; we would have stayed for lunch in one of the restaurants to spend, between us, even two hundred euros, but in protest, we went back to spend it in Rome...

Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable fish dinner!"

13/01/2025: Perfect evening. I returned to this restaurant invited to an 18th birthday party... once again Darian exceeded all expectations! Elegant and at the same time welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and excellent fish dishes, with attention to the smallest details, as well as the table setting. Authentic and refined flavors for a perfect evening, which I will not forget. Highly recommended!

05/02/2025: I had lunch here at the Villa San Giorgio restaurant with my parents. We had a great time, we ate truly exquisite and abundant dishes. Top quality fish, very fresh and prepared down to the smallest detail regarding its presentation. In particular Gerry, the waiter, was very kind and extremely available for any request we asked him, he presented the dishes to us in detail and recommended the selected ones in an excellent manner. We will definitely return, not only for the quality but also for Gerry's kindness.

16/01/2025: Went here randomly on our last night on vacation on a Monday. Many places were closed but we enjoyed our dinner. Had the lobster and wife had the carbonara. Split a bottle of wine and tiramisu and enjoyed all of our food and drink. Was a slow night and very peaceful. Would go again
