30/11/2025: I finally tried this restaurant, which I'd seen so many times online. What can I say? It's a clean, bright, family-run restaurant, managed brilliantly by Luca, whom I later discovered I already knew. High-quality ingredients, beautifully cooked. I'll definitely be back to try the entire menu. Well done!!!

30/11/2025: A real surprise!! Recommended by friends who were a bit skeptical about the specific area of ​​Fiumicino (the sacred island), far from the famous seafront, we were greeted with courtesy and warmth by Luca, a great expert in wines and oils (as well as food, of course). He assisted us and gave us excellent advice on everything, immediately bringing us a taste of their delicious homemade breads as an entrée, to be savored with aromatic extra virgin olive oils (the mandarin one is delicious!) and top-quality water. The Nevaia Tenuta Zagaria Apulia Fiano wine was fabulous. The appetizers were simple but incredibly tasty and exceptionally fresh (burratina with shrimp tartare and beuschettine with anchovies—a must-try!!). The crudités were very fresh and well-prepared (tartare with gazpacho—yum, yum!), even if a bit pricey. All the first courses are delicious (don't miss the sea bream, asparagus, and truffle risotto!) and the second courses aren't terribly varied, but they all guarantee quality and/or freshness. 🔝 The Dolce Cremoso .mcn meringue and dark chocolate are amazing!! Highly recommended Well done 👏👏👏

24/12/2025: Passing through Fiumicino, we stopped here for dinner. The courtesy is undeniable. Excellent service, a very charming and well-kept atmosphere. We tried the fried artichokes, Jewish-style, cacio e pepe, carbonara, and a tagliata. What can I say? Everything was truly excellent. I would definitely return.

16/02/2026: First time at this famous Michelin-starred restaurant on the Lazio coast. A youthful yet refined atmosphere, spacious tables with plenty of privacy given the space between each table. Very kind and professional staff, attentive to every guest's needs. Exceptional local ingredients, prepared with care. The real discovery? The pre-dessert dessert and dessert, heavenly! We highly recommend trying this experience at least once...the chef, needless to say, is a true professional, and his staff is no exception. Thank you

21/01/2026: The ideal place to celebrate an important event. We celebrated our daughter's 18th birthday on November 17th and it was a fantastic party. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and professional. Matteo was exceptional, DJ Mattia was brilliant, and the entertainer Alessandro was excellent. The young people had a great time, and the adults even more so... Thank you again for everything!! 07/12/2025: Filled with locals enjoying Sunday lunch with family and friends. Outstanding food, amazing service - Alessandro and all the staff were just spectacular. At their recommendation, we had the antipasto and picanha (wine etc.) - beautifully tender meat and soooo delicious! This restaurant was a highlight from this trip to Italy. Molto buono, eccellente, spettacolore!

08/02/2026: The place is small. The menu is set (I don't know about other days on Sundays), and the set menu is very generous. Everything is really good. I enjoyed the dishes and didn't take any photos. Make a reservation if you have to go, otherwise you'll be left without a table. I think the outside should be expanded, much like the pastry shop next door. The waitress is very kind and knows how to handle even the little ones.

The baguette with octopus, onion, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes was amazing. The fried food was well-cooked, crispy, and not greasy. Very satisfied. We'll be back and we recommend it.

11/03/2026: On the road that runs alongside the Fiumicino Canal (formerly known as Trajan's Ditch, but no one remembers it), lined with fishing boats that guarantee the freshness of the produce. It's a small place, but the very friendly owners do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Excellent cuisine at reasonable prices.
