14/09/2025: Exceptional restaurant. Extraordinary staff, polite, professional, present but not overbearing. The place is well-maintained, clean, and beautiful to look at! The only negative: the moss stuck to the ceiling. NO! The likelihood of falling into a plate: extremely high. The food: excellent, prepared with attention to detail, beautiful to look at, delicious to smell, and delicious to taste. A well-crafted culinary journey. Well done.

02/10/2025: Highly recommended! The best meal of our trip to Italy. We only came here because of a friend's recommendation. The location is unassuming and not particularly central, but it's definitely worth the trip. The menu is rather small, but the wine selection is all the more extensive. We had mozzarella with tomatoes for starters. It was already incredibly delicious and plentiful. For main courses, we had the beef and lamb. Both were truly incredibly delicious. The meat was tender, deliciously seasoned, and cooked to perfection. You can sit inside or outside, and we seemed to be the only tourists. Highly recommended!

10/09/2025: The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly, and we immediately connected with the staff. The food was excellent. There were four of us, three adults and a child, and we started with the appetizer, which was excellent and plentiful. Then came the first courses. The cacio e pepe was sublime, but the carbonara was also excellent. We'll definitely be back.

24/09/2025: The porchetta is phenomenal, soft and juicy, not at all dry like I've found in other fraschette, unfortunately, so this is definitely their strong point. I also had the chance to try their carbonara and I have to say it's wonderful.

12/10/2025: We visited this fraschetta a while ago, but I wanted to leave a review here because the experience was truly fantastic! The staff is super helpful, welcoming, and always smiling: they exude joy and energy from the moment you walk in. We ate wonderfully; the dishes were plentiful, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Typical Roman cuisine, as it should be! The price? Truly super fair, especially considering the quantity, quality, and service. My partner and I felt so comfortable that we would have happily gone for a beer with the waiters: friendly, pleasant, and always ready to chat with a smile. I've already complimented them in person because everyone deserves it, but it's only right to write it here: great job, guys, you were truly exceptional! We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

10/09/2025: I have known the Cioli brothers since 1987. I have always celebrated evening parties, communions, confirmations, weddings and so on with Cioli porchetta. Now I need more to celebrate our 59th wedding anniversary.

27/09/2025: I'm a frequent customer of this restaurant. The last time I went for lunch, I was disappointed with the food. It was a grilled fish platter with burnt calamari and prawns, and a side of burnt grilled vegetables. When I asked for the bill, they didn't provide me with a receipt because the printer was broken. I won't be going to this restaurant again.

21/09/2025: Excellent experience. We stumbled upon it by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. Fast and courteous service, very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. The porcini mushroom dishes were cooked to perfection, showcasing the flavor of the ingredients without overpowering them. Excellent desserts and excellent house wine. Reasonable prices. Giulia is very friendly. Even though we live quite far away, we will do everything we can to return. Thank you!

04/10/2025: Went there based on the excellent reviews. Service was too rushed and fast. The appetizers were good but not as rich as at other fraschette. The first courses were disappointing. The guanciale was overcooked but not crispy for both the carbonara and amatriciana. The place was too hot.

24/09/2025: I expected much more, especially the porchetta, which was a disappointment: dry and tasteless. The only plus point was the price.

01/10/2025: I celebrated my 50th birthday at the "Montegentile Sporting Club" on September 21st: a truly welcoming place surrounded by greenery, in a mountain chalet style. Given the beautiful weather, we were also able to use the outdoor spaces, perfect for a relaxed and convivial get-together. The playgrounds were a great opportunity for the kids to play, while the children were entertained by a talented entertainer. The "grove" provided a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for those who simply wanted to chat or enjoy a bit of nature. We ate very well: plentiful and tasty (perhaps I could have paid a little more attention to detail and table space). The cake was fantastic. But the best thing was the atmosphere: we felt at ease, in the company of friends and family, amid laughter, toasts, and moments of genuine sharing. A simple yet special day, just as I imagined it. A heartfelt thank you to director Leonardo and his team.

19/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in the center of Ariccia, easily accessible on foot or by the elevator that takes you directly to the town's main square. Exceptional food; you can taste the excellent quality ingredients used in the preparation and the highly professional touch of the chef, who is very friendly. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. We had a platter of appetizers: fettuccine with bacon, pears, chestnuts, almonds, and pecorino romano; tortelli stuffed with porchetta and pistachio with yellow Pienolo tomatoes; and the boiled meatballs. All the dishes were exquisite and exceptional. We will definitely be back.
