26/07/2026: Having experiences like this, many of the 5-star ratings given in other reviews lose their meaning. A flawless dinner in every way. The location is minimalist, elegant, and welcoming, thanks in part to the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we booked, the staff was immediately available to accommodate our request for a change to the tasting menu due to allergies. Every course is a discovery, from appetizer to dessert, every flavor, combination, and texture is new, intriguing, and refined, prompting you to savor every bite and sometimes linger a few seconds longer to appreciate every nuance. We then had the opportunity to try both available accompaniments, both wine and kombucha, and found a perfect consistency and coherence with each course. Side note: the warm bread was out of this world, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanied by a cloud of anchovy butter.

12/08/2026: What a lovely lunch!! It was all chosen at random because we had a busy day ahead of us, so I looked for a place nearby for a quick lunch. I swear, I couldn't have imagined a better idea! I called to make a reservation and we were greeted warmly. The food was excellent, tasty, authentic. The location is breathtaking, and I know it's always hard to find a table in the evening, especially since the place is absolutely stunning! With that heat, there were plenty of seats for lunch. There were three of us, and we stuffed ourselves with an appetizer for two, accompanied by the house white wine! An unforgettable experience; we were there (unfortunately) for an hour because we had an appointment. I never wanted to leave the table because everything was divine. Excellent place, I recommend it to all connoisseurs.

We were treated very well, the dishes were probably too generous, but we were hungry and polished them off. The wine tarallino at the end of the meal was noteworthy, and was truly enjoyable. Perhaps the coffee could be improved 👋🏻

The appetizers and main courses were truly excellent, not to mention the Pan di Stelle tiramisu, which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

24/06/2026: An authentic experience in the Castelli Romani A trattoria unlike any other: authentic, welcoming, and with that family warmth that's rare these days. Mr. Cesare is a host from another era—friendly, charming, and always present—supported by an equally cheerful young woman who made the service pleasant and attentive. The cuisine is traditional, prepared with care and without compromise. The fried beans were simply delicious, the house antipasto rich and generous, with typical cured meats from the Roman Hills of excellent quality. The porchetta di Ariccia, strictly authentic, did not disappoint. But the dish that won me over was the cacio e pepe: sublime, perfectly creamy—I mopped up the bread with the sauce, and the plate was as shiny as if it had just been washed. Due to lack of space, I finished with the arrosticini and the house amaro. To top it all off, Mr. Cesare (a friendly and welcoming person) gifted us with a bottle of "Osteria della Corte" sparkling wine: a generous gesture that speaks volumes about the spirit of this place. Definitely worth trying again.

23/06/2026: I've been going to Ariccia for years, but honestly, this is the first time I've been disappointed like this. There's no menu, it's just spoken out loud, and there's no specification of prices or quantities. The products are clearly shoddy and recycled. We finished with an inedible tiramisu dessert; like the appetizer, it was left out and, honestly, recycled for future customers. All this was met with complete indifference from the owner and the waiters. What can I say... good luck to those who run the place, and honestly, they'll never see us again.

11/06/2026: We came to Ariccia to try the famous porchetta, and Diana Aricina was recommended to us. We can say we made the best choice. Extraordinary porchetta, excellent products, and a welcome you'll never forget. Eleonora guided us through our selection with great kindness and generosity, even sharing the history of her business with us. It's rare to find people who still work with this passion. We'll take home the memory of a fantastic lunch and a wonderful experience!

11/06/2026: If you're looking for authentic Ariccia porchetta, this is the place. The porchetta is simply exceptional: crispy crust, flavorful meat, and a perfect balance of lean and fat. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients and the care with which they're prepared. All the other products also deserve a special mention: the guanciale, pancetta, coppiette, cheeses, and Genzano bread are truly top-notch. A special thanks to Eleonora, always smiling, available, and ready to advise each customer with passion and expertise. You can tell she loves her job and is carrying on a family tradition with great pride. An experience that goes beyond a simple purchase. We'll definitely be back!!

09/08/2026: The appetizer was good, but I didn't like the amatriciana, not to mention the tiring finish that we weren't expecting. There were 5 of us and we paid 160 euros for a bottle of water, a bottle of local wine, an appetizer, a first course, and coffee.
