I had the pleasure of dining at the Sintesi Restaurant in Ariccia, and I can say without hesitation that it was a memorable experience from every point of view. From the entrance you immediately perceive the attention to detail and the relaxed but refined atmosphere, in perfect balance between contemporary elegance and welcoming warmth. The service is impeccable: courteous, attentive, never intrusive, with a deep knowledge of the dishes and wines offered. The cuisine? Simply surprising. Each dish is a symphony of flavors, textures and colors, where the raw material is the absolute protagonist. I particularly appreciated the roast cardoncello with mushroom base and crème fraîche: a dish that expresses technique, creativity and respect for the ingredient. The subsequent courses also stood out for their originality and harmony, in a crescendo that made every bite an emotion. Sintesi is not just a restaurant, but a journey into the taste and vision of two passionate chefs, who know how to transform every dish into a story. A restaurant that deserves every recognition it has received – and certainly a visit (or more!). I will definitely be back. Well done, keep it up.

13/05/2025: The gentleman who also served us was kind and friendly right from the start, even offering us a little more wine than the glass we had asked for and knowing how to recommend the wines and dishes best suited to our needs (there was also a vegetarian girl). The food was excellent, special mention for the cold cuts and cheeses and the carpaccio! Highly recommended!

15/05/2025: We were in this tavern today for the retirement party of our friend / colleague Roberto ..... what can we say Marco the owner is a real host .... his specialty the cacio e pepe met all our expectations ..... I highly recommend it also for the attentive and very kind service .... so if you pass through Ariccia the Osteria di Corte is a very good solution .... great

25/04/2025: It has become our reference "fraschetta" after trying several, we live not very far from Ariccia, and at the time I release the review it will be the fourth or fifth time we have come to eat in this place. I tried it recommended by a friend and since then we have never changed, every time we want to try the typical food of castles and fraschette we come to the Osteria del Borgo. We usually take all the mixed appetizers they offer and whoever we brought always liked their cuisine. Don't forget to ask for the porchetta and the couples. They often have the dish of the day, ask the waiter who assists you. I tasted practically all the typical local first courses, but carbonara, amatriciana, cacio and pepe docet. Importantly, I get up from the table full but never weighed down beyond what is necessary, probably synonymous with good food. The place is pleasant and welcoming, it is possible to eat both outdoors and indoors, there are chairs, which are much more comfortable than the classic benches, it is quite large considering the limited spaces typical of fraschette so you don't get too crowded. In summary, I recommend trying it if you pass through these parts. Note on the back, to whom it may concern, Skysport is broadcast.

23/04/2025: TOP. sono celiaca e incinta, una combo difficile da gestire per ovvie ragioni ma devo dire, con immensa sorpresa che ho trovato in Diego una persona molto preparata e sincera. Ci ha detto sin da subito che sono molto attenti ma non sono aic e non hanno una cucina solo per celiaci. Abbiamo mangiato BENISSIMO. Per il senza glutine, la miglior amatriciana della vita. Piatto abbondante e buonissimo. Mio marito ha preso pasta alla carbonara buonissima a suo dire. Abbiamo condiviso poi trippa molto buona, un super piatto di porchetta e cicoria ripassata. Tutto davvero buonissimo. Ritorneremo. Consiglio a tutti e soprattutto a celiaci come me. Non ve ne pentirete. 😊

16/03/2025: We stopped for lunch... Young and helpful staff, excellent product quality... We took the fixed menu for 23 euros: Hot and cold appetizers, first or second course... We chose the first courses: ravioli stuffed with porchetta (delicious), cheese and pepper and homemade fettuccine with sauce... Water, house wine, 2 coffees + bitters... for the donuts we were full so they made us a bag to take away... A total of 50 euros, they offered us a first course... more than satisfied, we will be back...

05/06/2025: Sunday for lunch we ate at this frachetta for the first time, really good typical Roman dishes, above all affordable, really kind staff!

13/05/2025: You know when you're away from home, but someone manages to make you feel at home with smiles, warmth and good food? Well, tonight I felt just like that! Thank you so much for the hospitality, the friendliness and last but not least the delicious food! Massimo, perfect in his welcome and in his orders, was truly fantastic. David churned out excellent pizzas, one after the other. The desserts (which I usually don't eat) were really good, they smelled of authenticity. Everything, tonight, spoke of warmth, flavor and friendliness. Excellent value for money! If I were to return to Ariccia, this would definitely be my place. Guys, highly recommended!

28/05/2025: Fantastic traditional local Osteria. A place where you can enjoy Italian cuisine. The grill with an open fire, the smell of burning wood and the wooden decor create an incredible fantastic atmosphere. The food is delicious, the service is nice, friendly and very helpful. The best Pasta I have ever eaten. An absolute must see during a trip to Castelli Romani. I recommend it and I will definitely come back myself.

08/05/2025: I went for dinner with a friend last night. A fantastic find! Quality food!!! Porchetta, wonderful cured meats and cheeses....nice and clean location!!! Fabiola the owner is very kind as is the girl who served us!!! Really honest quality/piece ratio!!! What can I say..... very good, keep it up!!! I recommend to everyone!!! And I'll be back soon!!!!
