01/12/2024: Sono veramente imbarazzato nel dire, purtroppo, che é stata una esperienza molto negativa, il personale é gentilissimo ma il cibo é troppo processato nelle lavorazioni, ci é stata servita una anatra immangiabile, per il resto sorvolo per evitare ulteriori critiche. Dispiaciuto di questa esperienza negativa e che sia di stimolo allo chef a cucinare in maniera naturale, senza aver avuto il piacere di conoscerlo, buonaserata.

18/11/2024: Outstanding from start to finish. Modern setting but very tasteful. We had the tasting menu with wine, really excellent although they did have an a la carte. The food quality and presentation were outstanding as were the wines. The staff couldn’t have been better. Really first class experience which was reflected in the price but I thought excellent value.

07/01/2025: Even though I'm from the area I had never gone to them. I found a very familiar environment, kind and calm, you feel at home being with the gentleman who makes your sandwiches. Porchetta butter really melts in your mouth, top homemade breads we will see you again soon it was a pleasure coming to you I will definitely be back thank you

15/01/2025: High level culinary experience, well beyond the average of traditional fraschette. We appreciated the taste box, finding an excellent quality of the raw materials, especially the raw ham and the porchetta. The carbonara, creamy and with crunchy bacon, was particularly memorable, as was the tiramisu, served with originality in a coffee pot. The environment is meticulous in detail and the service, impeccable thanks to Monia's kindness and professionalism, contributed to making the dinner perfect. The cost, although slightly higher, is fully justified by the quality of the products.

29/12/2024: First of all, no aperitif offered and only wine and I don't like it... I had a Coke Zero!!! The box of charcuterie to share, very good, fine, tasty and hearty. The thyme foccacia was good and fragrant. On the other hand, the pasta with wild boar meat was disappointing...small minced meat and pasta bathed in oil. I would have preferred whole pieces with a stew-type tomato sauce. Too bad... Very welcoming and smiling staff.

03/01/2025: We were guests for the second time on Christmas Day. Everything is very good, plentiful, served with kindness and friendliness. I don't think we could have asked for anything else. So excellent value for money. We thank all of them for making us live a carefree day. The menu was fixed all inclusive.

The owner (or in any case the manager) noticed, while passing between the tables, that my cacio e pepe was not very peppery and juicy, without me saying anything he changed my plate with another amazing cacio e pepe.

21/01/2025: La Cueva was a real discovery! Located in the heart of Ariccia, this small restaurant is a real gem. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, it almost feels like entering a cave, creating a truly evocative and unique experience. The furnishings are meticulous in detail, making the environment warm and pleasant, perfect for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends or family. But the real surprise is the cuisine: the dishes are simply delicious and stand out for the originality of the recipes. We tasted the Cueva starter, the fettuccine with bacon, pistachio and pecorino romano DOP, the tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the tonnarelli alla gricia. We were won over by the freshness of the ingredients and the balance of flavours. You can perceive the chef's passion in the search for original and tasty combinations. The service was impeccable: the staff is attentive, friendly and professional, ready to advise and satisfy every need. Despite the small size of the venue, the experience was anything but limited. Indeed, the intimacy of the place added a special touch to the evening. I highly recommend La Cueva to anyone looking for a different culinary experience than usual, in a unique environment and with dishes that will surprise the palate. The prices are medium-high, but the quality of the food and the experience offered fully justify them.

They also satisfied me with the pasta to cook for my child (it's not a given), a substantial starter and everything of excellent quality, the first course (pappardelle with wild boar) which I tell you to do!! Beef steak as big as a pizza plate is really good, and to finish with a sweet dessert, an exceptional tiramisu! Excellent quality/price!!!! 🫰 highly recommended ❤️

13/01/2025: Although I have been to Ariccia many times, I had not yet tried this tavern. Better late than never because the value for money is excellent, the staff are friendly and the carbonara is super. I will definitely go back. Well done
