22/06/2025: Beautiful experience for a special event.. A "surprise" gastronomic journey of 9 courses, with various extras. Welcoming atmosphere, kind and professional staff. Some dishes, with flavors sometimes intense, sometimes refined, but always original, "exploded" on the palate and had a notable persistence. Note of merit for the care of the fish-based dishes, for all the simply exquisite baked preparations (mini tacos, tartlets, puff pastry ...), for the first courses and the originality of the desserts.. And then.. opening a gourmet restaurant in Ariccia, in the temple of home cooking.. is not for everyone: for this "courage" alone, these entrepreneurial initiatives must be rewarded 😜

02/06/2025: Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti da questo ristorante così intimo, attento al dettaglio e curato in ogni sua componente: dalla gentilezza del personale (chef compreso), alla presentazione delle pietanze e alla qualità del cibo. Stella meritatissima ! Complimenti!!

15/08/2025: Very atmospheric and soulful. Despite the fact that almost all the places were occupied by reservation, there were places for our whole family. I recommend!!! You will never go hungry!!! 👍👍👍

05/08/2025: A typical Ariccia fraschetta, serving excellent food. Generous appetizers, half-portion portions of the first courses, a lovely location with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly and helpful staff, and fast service. Parking nearby. Excellent value.

04/08/2025: This was a place I wasn't familiar with; it was my friends' and my first time there. The Cobo is absolutely top-quality, and the portions are enormous. I'd even say exaggerated. The traditional Roman dishes are well-prepared and the prices are absolutely reasonable. I'll definitely be eating here again. Highly recommended.

08/07/2025: The prices for the porchetta sandwich are not displayed either inside or outside. So the price is probably set on the spot based on the customer? As a tourist, I paid 5 euros for the sandwich; others, I've read, paid 4 euros. The local deli shop across the street, offering the same quality and quantity, sells it for 4 euros.

11/08/2025: Era la prima volta che pranzavamo in una fraschetta e l'esperienza è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Locale rustico ma pulito, personale gentile e accogliente, servizio veloce, porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo preso un antipasto misto con la porchetta fantastica e la ricotta di bufala che si scioglieva in bocca. A seguire una gricia e una carbonara e un tonnarello pomodoro e basilico per il bambino. Tutto buono. Prezzi davvero convenienti e ci hanno offerto le ciambelline al vino a fine pasto. Ci siamo anche portati via un kg di porchetta e un fuscello di ricotta. Continuate così! Ci torneremo...

09/08/2025: Di passaggio in questa Fraschetta. Rapporto qualità prezzo impeccabile, pietanze discrete. Siamo rimasti delusi per la presenza di moscerini che hanno partecipato al pranzo. Servizio pagato ma senza avere neanche un piatto per chi ha mangiato il panino.. mha, sarà tipico del locale. Giudizio nella media.

13/05/2025: The gentleman who also served us was kind and friendly right from the start, even offering us a little more wine than the glass we had asked for and knowing how to recommend the wines and dishes best suited to our needs (there was also a vegetarian girl). The food was excellent, special mention for the cold cuts and cheeses and the carpaccio! Highly recommended!

26/06/2025: Fraschetta dei castelli atmosphere typical of the place. We were there on a holiday (where you cannot choose dishes from the menu but only adapt to the mandatory proposed menu for each individual person). Apart from this that could have been specified, good food and courteous service.

22/06/2025: L'oste è un posto dove tornerò sicuramente. Alla cordialità del personale si aggiunge una qualità del cibo molto alta. La porchetta era sublime, il pane eccellente, l'antipasto generosissimo. La cacio e pepe che ho mangiato è a regola d'arte. Il conto poi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Lo consiglio.

27/07/2025: Good, affordable food with generous portions. The service is average for a fraschetta, and the restrooms are clean. I recommend it if you want to sample all of Roman cuisine.

30/07/2025: I was satisfied with the lunch I had at this osteria. The porchetta, cacio e pepe, and abbacchio were all delicious. To finish, a delicious coppa with Chantilly cream and wild strawberries. The Romanella red wine they serve is also good: crisp but sweet. The only flaw: there were no fresh vegetables available; it would have made the experience better. The dining room is a bit noisy with the noise and the smoke from the embers, which can be a bit annoying. Ventilation would have been helpful. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and attentive. Overall, I was satisfied.

29/07/2025: Great place, with sports field and courts, restaurant had great variety of pizza and main dishes, but the best thing was the Antipasto montegentile, selection made of special appetizers

15/07/2025: Disappointment I'm here with two of my friends. We start with one of the water glasses that smells of egg and ask for a change. We begin by ordering two steaks and a burger. When we get to the drinks, the girl interrupts us and says a colleague will come and explain everything to us. The main courses arrive, and there's no sign of the drinks expert. The steak is good, accompanied by a salad salad that was fresh from the bag, unseasoned and with old, rotten leaves. We have to ask for bread and condiments. The frisella that accompanies the burger is as hard as a rock (the frisella gets wet!!!)

23/07/2025: Appetizer: a platter of cured meats, divine ricotta and mozzarella, delicious fried foods (not greasy at all), delicious pizza, well-topped, excellent dough, very digestible... the first time I couldn't finish it. Homemade tiramisu in a glass was divine... Fair prices and impeccable service... Highly recommended.
