26/07/2026: Having experiences like this, many of the 5-star ratings given in other reviews lose their meaning. A flawless dinner in every way. The location is minimalist, elegant, and welcoming, thanks in part to the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we booked, the staff was immediately available to accommodate our request for a change to the tasting menu due to allergies. Every course is a discovery, from appetizer to dessert, every flavor, combination, and texture is new, intriguing, and refined, prompting you to savor every bite and sometimes linger a few seconds longer to appreciate every nuance. We then had the opportunity to try both available accompaniments, both wine and kombucha, and found a perfect consistency and coherence with each course. Side note: the warm bread was out of this world, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanied by a cloud of anchovy butter.

Truly delicious traditional food, with authentic ingredients and generous portions that are truly satisfying. ​Special praise goes to all the staff: friendly, cheerful, and always attentive to our needs. They make you feel at home right away, making the evening even more enjoyable. ​Fantastic atmosphere and excellent value. We'll definitely be back!

09/08/2026: We went to dinner this evening and I have to say the truth is that it exceeded all our expectations. The food was delicious and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We had the tiramisu they made on the spot which was a spectacle. I highly recommend it and you pay the right price.

08/08/2026: I tried Enoteca Ponziani, a restaurant that primarily serves traditional Roman cuisine with a menu that changes monthly, always based on seasonality and the freshness of the ingredients. In the afternoon, they offer an interesting afternoon snack menu (4:00-6:00 PM), followed by an aperitif from 6:30 PM and dinner after 8:00 PM. The dishes are carefully prepared using fresh ingredients, a quality that is clearly evident in the dishes. Because of this attention to preparation, service can sometimes be a bit slow, but the wait is generally worth it. The atmosphere is pleasant and popular with international customers. The wine selection is also good, and overall, the quality/price ratio is very good. They have an outdoor area where I dined; I also really liked the interior decor.

07/08/2026: A round of applause for this discreet, charming, and intimate restaurant! It was a real find amidst the Roman summer heat. I loved it! Our host dog, who was at the entrance, was very affectionate. I loved the fast service, and the food was delicious. I ordered a gnocchi that was absolutely amazing. I will be back, I highly recommend it!!!!

12/08/2026: What a lovely lunch!! It was all chosen at random because we had a busy day ahead of us, so I looked for a place nearby for a quick lunch. I swear, I couldn't have imagined a better idea! I called to make a reservation and we were greeted warmly. The food was excellent, tasty, authentic. The location is breathtaking, and I know it's always hard to find a table in the evening, especially since the place is absolutely stunning! With that heat, there were plenty of seats for lunch. There were three of us, and we stuffed ourselves with an appetizer for two, accompanied by the house white wine! An unforgettable experience; we were there (unfortunately) for an hour because we had an appointment. I never wanted to leave the table because everything was divine. Excellent place, I recommend it to all connoisseurs.

15/08/2026: Generous portions, good first and second courses. Very friendly staff, but the only downside is that the place is unfortunately small, both inside and out, and it's very hot in the summer, with a risk of pigeons. But it's still highly recommended!

13/08/2026: We were returning from Cairo after a week without alcohol or pork, and had dinner with porchetta, amatriciana, pork chops, and rivers of beer... We were treated very well, the dishes were probably too generous, but we were hungry and polished them off. The wine tarallino at the end of the meal was noteworthy, and was truly enjoyable. Perhaps the coffee could be improved 👋🏻

02/06/2026: We had booked a table for two, and they seated us right away and brought us drinks right away. The service was top-notch. The waiters were very kind and helpful, and the food was divine. The appetizers and main courses were truly excellent, not to mention the Pan di Stelle tiramisu, which was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

02/06/2026: Highly recommended! Everything was delicious and high-quality, and the staff was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Price: €16-25 per person depending on what you eat, but at €17 per person we left feeling full. Come here if you're in Ariccia!

13/08/2026: I went there today, I can honestly say it’s the best porchetta I ever had in my life. It’s so simple but executed to perfection, one of the best things I ate in Italy, and worth whatever the distance you need to drive to get there.

09/08/2026: The appetizer was good, but I didn't like the amatriciana, not to mention the tiring finish that we weren't expecting. There were 5 of us and we paid 160 euros for a bottle of water, a bottle of local wine, an appetizer, a first course, and coffee.

27/07/2026: Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've had in Italy. One with four cheeses and one with tuna. Both were truly excellent for €7.50 each. And cooked in a wood-fired oven, too! A welcome change from the usual pizza places like Amice Pizza...

13/07/2026: The pizza was excellent, we couldn't finish it all; the portions were generous! It was even better the next day! 🔝 The appetizers were delicious, homemade, and the fried food. The complimentary donuts and liqueurs were much appreciated. A truly wonderful evening, the food was delicious. The location could certainly be improved, but authenticity, experience in the industry, and generosity aren't something you find everywhere.

07/08/2026: Nice place, the appetizers are a bit on the cheap, especially the platter (for the price, the portions could be a little different). The pappardelle with wild boar are very good, and the carbonara is good, even if a bit runny (but that's a matter of taste). My only complaint is that the bread is a bit hard. Overall, the food is good, and the prices are fair.
