12/02/2025: A pranzo con mia moglie abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione tracce, composto da 10 portate.
Come in ogni ristorante stellato ovviamente si ha delle preferenze su alcuni piatti rispetto ad altri , ad ogni modo un percorso molto equilibrato ed eseguito con molta precisione e ricercatezza nel gusto del piatto.
Un ottimo mix tra le nostre materie prime con uno sguardo verso i sapori asiatici …
Giusta la quantità nell’ inpiattamento in modo da farti arrivare a fine esperienza sentendosi bene.
L unico appunto che mi sento di fare è che i piatti ( intendo proprio la forma del piatto) erano quasi tutti uguali, sia nella forma che nel colore.
Con un percorso del genere la scelta delle ceramiche ed il cromo diverso avrebbero risaltato ancora di più quello che c’è all’interno..
Servizio informale, tranquillo, ma molto attento, personale giovane e formato bene.piacevole.
La lista dei vini veramente notevole e con dei ricarichi giusti.e questo non è scontato soprattutto al giorno d’oggi..
Ultima cosa da dire un complimento speciale per la sala fumatori al piano terra del locale, comodissima, arredata con stile e curata in ogni dettaglio…è giusto avere rispetto anche per chi fuma. Tanta roba.
Abbiamo passato veramente dei bei momenti, lo consiglio tranquillamente..

We went to this restaurant to try the vegetarian option and I can say that it was a splendid experience. Each course was a journey into flavours: each combination was studied with great care and gave authentic emotions. Not only could the quality of the ingredients be perceived, but also the passion with which they had been prepared and presented.
A heartfelt thank you for making this dinner unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

23/01/2025: I went for the second time last Sunday for lunch with my partner in this incredible restaurant...
And the whole world outside... To steal Vasco's words!
We wanted to continue with the second of the tasting menus proposed by Chef Giuliano, (I take the liberty of calling him by name because, despite being the head of a starred team, he is a really nice and helpful person). Unlike the first experience, where we were "kidnapped" by the spectacle of innovative and "crazy" dishes, even if they were VERY GOOD, this time we focused on the ingredients of the creations that were proposed to us... And we were really impressed by both the taste and the research that we discovered behind each course... All the staff, very young but at the same time truly professional, pampered us and accompanied us on this journey of tastes, flavours, colours, in a unique atmosphere that only in Aqua Crua we experience... The greeting from the Chef, surrounded by gods sweet colorful parrots, guided us to the end of this kaleidoscopic lunch.. We can't wait to return with the third stage!! 02/01/2025: Refined restaurant, with pop furnishing accessories that create a refined and particular environment. High expectations on the food, given the Michelin star, totally satisfied. The level of service is not to be taken for granted (excellent!), guys attentive to every detail and need. Also interesting was the open kitchen which showed the team at work, super organized and in harmony.

04/02/2025: Welcoming place, friendly staff, a little disorganized but it was also a Saturday evening there were a lot of people booked so it's understandable, overall good food, except for the steak which was a bit tough and stringy, but overall it was a pleasant dinner

21/12/2024: Ottima scoperta.. Di passaggio per un weekend fuori porta. Ambiente familiare con staff giovane, preparato e molto molto gentile, capace di consigliarti e suggerirti. Piatti freschi della tradizione con ingredienti ottimi e preparati alla perfezione. Che dire se non complimenti davvero.
18/12/2024: After the visit to the sanctuary we stopped at Al Pellegrino for lunch, well, what can I say... everything was delicious, the truffle risotto was a bomb as was the cod and the millefeuille, an excellent choice for people with celiac disease or those intolerant to gluten, the service is top!! friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism, good guys!!!

29/01/2025: I had already been 4 years ago for my brother's wedding and I had given a rating of 2 as I didn't find the service good, while I returned with the sommelier group on Tuesday and I must say that there was a SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT! As you can see from the video I posted, we ate the right amount and very well, they served us at the right time, the wines we chose and let us taste were truly very appreciable. As previously mentioned, the food was very good and served by waiters who clearly showed passion in what they did. Unlike others, I (but obviously this as written is a personal thing) did NOT really like the lemon granita with cream and acacia honey, but otherwise everything was really excellent.
Advise.

The location is as interesting as the menu offered.

20/01/2025: A real discovery in Asiago! This place managed to positively surprise me with an excellent overall performance, combining authentic flavors and originality. The starters are particularly interesting, with a special mention for the "Spritz" (see first photo), a creative and delicious proposal.
The game is a real strong point, cooked and served impeccably. To complete the experience, a selection of excellent wines.
The welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail make this place an unmissable stop for those looking for quality cuisine. Absolutely recommended!!

Each course is a discovery of authentic and genuine flavours, but particular attention goes to the guinea fowl ravioli, simply extraordinary, and the shoulder, tender and tasty like few others. The chicken in the pan is also an experience not to be missed, cooked to perfection, while the desserts are a sweet conclusion that exceeds all expectations.
The atmosphere is made even more special by the family management: the staff is exceptionally friendly, always attentive and helpful, making you feel at home. Locanda Benetti is not just a restaurant, it is an experience that is very much worth it. Highly recommended for those seeking true Italian cuisine with the warmth of a sincere welcome.

24/12/2024: Excellent and abundant breakfast (not included in the overnight stay). Friendly staff. Ample parking. I'm stuck at 3* because the room wasn't heated when I arrived, even though it was booked.

23/01/2025: Elegant environment of this not so large restaurant on the hills of Vicenza.
Appetizer consisting of grilled raw salami served with polenta and strawberry trees with balsamic vinegar. The second course was a fillet in porcini sauce which was fantastic, very, very tender and really good.

21/01/2025: It's always a great experience to dine here. Under the holidays they had added some wonderful lights which gave even more atmosphere to the whole place. The service is always TOP. The food too. Whether it's crudités or creamed cod, there is always great care in everything they do. This is also why we are loyal customers.

10/01/2025: Usually the ones who complain are the ones who eat worse at his house... I've been going there for many years, both Christmas and New Year and during the year I've always eaten well, very well indeed...
02/01/2025: Very good first courses, especially the gnocchi with radicchio and colonnata lard which I give 5 stars. The second courses were good but the best were the mustard cheeks... divine. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it
