26/06/2025: Trampa Turística – Evitar a toda costa Este lugar es una trampa turística completa, y el personal no es de confianza. Uno de ellos salió a la calle para convencernos de visitar su restaurante, incluso ofreciendo bebidas de bienvenida como incentivo. Sin embargo, una vez que estábamos sentados, tuvimos que recordarles repetidamente antes de que finalmente nos dieran las bebidas que nos prometieron. Pedimos un risotto y una pasta para compartir entre tres personas para la cena. Cuando llegó la factura, nos sorprendió ver un cargo adicional de 10 € " cubriendo. " El personal afirmó que fue porque una persona “no comió”, lo que era completamente falso. Todos en la mesa comieron. No había señales ni avisos sobre este cargo en ningún lado; claramente era solo una tarifa inventada para estafarnos. Esta experiencia se sintió como una estafa de principio a fin. Si valoras tu dinero y tu tiempo, aléjate de este lugar. Ciertamente no volveremos.

22/05/2025: experiencia negativa. nos engañaron. ofrecieron y pedimos un corte de carne (€.7 decía en la carta) y nos trajeron otro corte (que no figuraba en la carta). nos cobraron cada plato (pedimos mi señora y yo el mismo plato) €.35 y el otro €.42 argumentaban que la carne servida en el plato pesaba 500grs, cada corte (cosa que claramente no era así). les expliqué que yo voy a cenar y no reparo en que peso tiene cada plato que me sirven. Engañosos. Cobran lo que quieren. les pido que tengan cuidado que les cobran. dato positivo, la carne servida, al menos, era muy buena

22/05/2025: Very rude service. When asked for a napkin, the lady at counter was frustrated, when confronted she downplayed. A bald handsome waiter came with no bill and when demanded for a bill came up with something which was not ordered to make the required total. The bill was again printed by the lady at the counter. Food was good only the quantity was less.

05/04/2025: Endroit très sympathique sur le quartier de san marco. Le personnel s’est démené pour nous dresser une table pour 10 personnes. Par contre, prise de commande longue, service des plats en même temps que les apéros. Portion de pâtes moyenne mais pas chères. Les lasagnes étaient encore congelées au cœur

02/08/2025: The first restaurant we encountered, close to our hotel. For me, it was a dud; it didn't really capture the Italian spirit. The food wasn't great either. We ordered four pizzas, all terribly bland, with subpar ingredients, and there was no olive oil on the table. The prices are the same everywhere, around €10 per pizza. I won't be going back.

29/07/2025: Pensé IT iba a ser un gran restaurante porque IT veía bien, pero no buscamos en Google nada sobre IT porque teníamos hambre, así que simplemente lo intentamos y la pizza era un poco duro y masticable allí por el precio y IT era simplemente raro

08/07/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con colleghi , entrambi abbiamo avuto problemi di pancia nei giorni dopo ,e abbiamo aspettando solo per prenotare 45minuti ,chiamando svariate volte i camerieri .

30/06/2025: Warning tourist trap. Place is nice but by no means the centre of Venice. We had a couple of small pannini and it was OK But the drinks 5 euro for an Ice tea peach/lemon in a plastic bottle and 5.6 euro for a Kinnotto and a bitter lemon of sorts that is too much in my opinion. And by the way the receipt was not a fiscal receipt so I don't think they actually paid IVA

13/06/2025: The young boy serving is quite polite. I had dinner and lunch while I was in Venice. I liked them both. I leave a 4 because I had to stand up to go pay at the cash register the first night because their machine is not wireless. Out of 52 countries I’ve visited even in India they did had wireless. So make it easy for customers and get a damn wireless machine. 🤭

03/07/2025: Fueron groseros y nos ignoraron. El proyecto de ley Costaba 84 euros por dos trozos de tarta y dos refrescos de limón (sin alcohol). Parece que no les gustan los turistas. Evitar

03/06/2025: Nos detuvimos aquí mientras exploramos la zona cerca del Palacio Ducal y fue un placer perfecto. La tienda es encantadora y acogedora, y el helado fue uno de los mejores que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje. Cada cono fue servido generosamente, y cada sabor que probamos fue rico y cremoso. Fue una experiencia divertida para toda nuestra familia, y apreciamos especialmente lo fácil que fue navegar por el menú. Una pequeña parada genial si estás en la zona y necesitas un descanso fresco del calor.

13/07/2025: A simple cafe in a resort town. One of the advantages is the choice: many different dishes, you can choose as many as you want. Everything is delicious, some more, some less... but everything we chose, we ate. You can have a snack right in the cafe, or they will pack it for you to take away.

02/07/2025: If you like food in plastic containers from a microwave then that's ok! If you want something good to eat, look elsewhere!!!

06/08/2025: Unfortunately, we realized late that we'd been charged an extra shot (€4). It wasn't a big deal (we ended up spending €27 instead of €23), but the receipt was issued a second after serving us. So, the suspicion arises that it was done on purpose, not by mistake, since tourists don't notice anyway... Mediocre quality, but prices no lower than average.

03/05/2025: Il ristorante presenta dei tipici piatti veneziani di buona qualità con quantità forse un po' modesta. Il prezzo è in linea con quelli di Venezia

26/04/2025: Ein sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant, bei dem es auf den ersten Blick auch nach leckerem Essen aussieht. Wir waren dann vom Essen sehr enttäuscht. Rundherum kann man deutlich bessere Qualität italienischen Essens geniessen. Service bestand aus eher wortkargen, eher mürrischen, älteren Herren. Die Pesto-Sauce an meinen Spaghetti war aus dem Fertig-Glas, wie ich es zu Hause in jedem Lebensmittelladen kaufen kann. Frittura Mista zu wenig frittiert und demnach die Calamari Fritti wie ein Kaugummi zum kauen. Einfach alles lieblos ausser die Tischchen direkt am Kanal. Schade, bessere Küche und das Lokal wäre eine Goldgrube, gut, das ist es wohl aus so, denn es liegt direkt an einer der vielen Hauptrouten für Touris.

21/07/2025: Hair was found in my food, I obviously sent the food back. I should have left right then but I stayed. The new food looked nothing like the original plate. Very little salmon and very little egg. When I mentioned it to the waiter, “what is this?” And showed him a picture of my original food, he said yes sometimes the food comes out different. The food should always be the same!! Not massively different depending on the chef’s mood. AVOID. Much better places around .

03/07/2025: Terrible. The owners, especially him, railed against me because I asked to pay for the coffee, which was also bad, with the card. Something like that in 2025 in a place that is also a holiday destination with many foreign tourists is unacceptable and unacceptable is the meanness and rudeness. I strongly advise against it.

17/06/2025: Awful service, I went to sit down with or daughter and all our luggage while my partner went to order the coffees. The waitress came over and demanded that we had to order at the table otherwise we couldn’t sit at the table. My partner had already ordered the coffees by this point (in mugs , not takeaway) and she said we weren’t allowed to sit at the table, because we hadn’t ordered them from her??? Even though the coffees came from the cafe she worked for. So strange. So she made us stand elsewhere with all our luggage to drink our coffees. Do not recommend.

07/04/2025: Bar con tavoli alla Stazione Santa Lucia, sia al primo piano sia all'aperto con vista sul Canal Grande. In un ambiente molto piacevole (pur essendo alla stazione), abbiamo goduto della caffetteria con un servizio altamente professionale a livelli di eccellenza.

07/08/2025: Horrible. We went in looking at the menu, they didn't tell us about the place setting, the dish of the day was terrible, and on top of that, a pizza that cost €25. They took our money and kept the change without asking or informing us, a complete tourist trap. €65 for two drinks, the one in the photo, and a coffee. And on top of that, everything was terrible.

04/08/2025: Warm, family-style service. The food was delicious across the board, and the limoncello ice cream stood out as a must-try—refreshing and unique. A great spot for both quality dishes and genuine hospitality.
