Point In Venezia

The room was pitifully small, the bedding hadn't been washed yet, the dryer wasn't working, and the breakfast was ordinary—not bad, but not particularly delicious either.

Close to shopping and food. Well maintained, comfy beds. Great hotel restaurant, my compliments to the chef. No shuttle to the airport though.🥺

Stayed at this location for a week. My brother often gets put up on business trips and gets put up here so I was in town visiting him during that. Initially had a good experience. Rooms were clean, and available to be cleaned regularly. Some staff reserved, some warm and friendly. However I asked for a later check out for last friday the night before and the man at the desk informed me I'd be good for an hour later at 1pm. Knowing that- I planned my day accordingly (including a spa appointment) just to find out when I was picking up the keys from a different man that they can no longer grant me a late check in because they had a big group coming in? I expressed that I would've loved to have been told that prior to and not been given wrong information but he was more defensive than he was accountable and actually quite rude. I was extremely unhappy with this as I had enjoyed my stay here and the service itself has been okay but this was completely unacceptable and unproffesional. I wasn't packed and then had to rush the rest of my morning to make sure I was out in time.

It is a good hotel if you want a clean, modern, and comfortable place near Venice. The rooms are bigger and cheaper compared to many hotels in Venice island, and the breakfast is good. It is easy to go to Venice by bus or train, but the hotel is in Mestre, not in the main Venice area, so it does not have the classic canal and romantic Venice feeling.

The hotel is very well located. There's a shopping center nearby. Places to eat, including a Decathlon. The train and bus are also nearby. The reception staff is friendly. The food is good. We only had one issue: the safe in our room wasn't working, and my card was cloned.

The location is accessible. The rooms are small and old. Breakfast was the classic croissant and coffee concept, but the croissants lacked flavor.

What truly made my experience unforgettable, however, was the outstanding staff. I would especially like to highlight Gida, Aneta, and Aymen, whose dedication and kindness stood out every single day. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Their friendly attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a lasting impression on me. Gida was incredibly attentive and always ready with a smile, Aneta showed remarkable professionalism and care in every interaction, and Aymen’s positive energy and helpful nature brought an extra level of comfort to my stay. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience made unforgettable by an amazing team.
