05/10/2025: We came on recommendation and were totally disappointed. There are many positive reviews, which I can't understand, because first of all, the staff lacks hospitality. You feel rushed off, without the attention you'd expect in a better restaurant. The outdoor glass-enclosed seating area is a large room, perhaps with a nice view during the day (but that's less important after sunset), but otherwise lacks any special ambiance. The food was average at best, especially compared to other restaurants in the region (meat dish okay, side dish weak; pasta dish unsatisfactory because it seemed pre-cooked and reheated rather than fresh). The prices are completely exorbitant.

04/10/2025: The food was delicious (vitello tonato, tagliata, and liver), but the service and atmosphere were truly poor. We felt like unwanted guests – the waitress snatched the plate of vitello from my partner while he was finishing his sauce, and all the staff seemed stressed and grumpy. The only people who smiled at us were (I think) the head chef and the cook who was preparing the meats over the fire. The poor atmosphere prevented us from enjoying the food to the fullest extent it deserved.

20/10/2025: Super tasty pizza, authentic and fresh ingredients, very kind, friendly, and professional owners and waiters, spotlessly clean and beautiful place at the foot of Montello. I recommend it for excellent pizza.

04/10/2025: Highly recommended. Excellent wine selection, outstanding service, minor drawbacks with the veal schnitzel Milanese (pounded too thin, resulting in a lack of texture). Breading was okay, but the salmon lacked lemon. The ambiance was wonderful, and the service staff were as you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Very attentive and efficient.

We've gad the good fortitude to visit many fine dining restaurants, across Europe and across the world. This is definitely one of my all-time favourites! 05/10/2025: This restaurant is located in a place definitely worth visiting: the Caglieron Caves. If you can, combine your nature experience with a culinary one! The restaurant is well-maintained, spacious, and offers plenty of seating. The welcoming atmosphere is clear, and the service is top-notch. The wait staff is young but highly trained. We thoroughly enjoyed the traditional seafood menu, which offered a truly excellent value for money! The dishes served were high-quality, with generous portions, and everything was accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks. The traditional menu included: smoked swordfish carpaccio, octopus salad with vegetables, steamed shrimp with olive oil ice cream, gratinated scallops, seafood risotto, and mixed grilled fish. A sorbet was also included. I can say I ate very well and that finding excellent seafood even in a mountainous area is possible with your restaurant! Congratulations! We'll definitely be back!
