23/08/2025: It wasn't our first time at Trattoria Al Boccolo in Castelfranco Veneto, and as always, the experience was a pleasant one. On our way to Valdobbiadene, we stopped for lunch and were greeted by Fabio, who, with his warmth and friendliness, created a truly family-like atmosphere. The restaurant is intimate and well-kept, with soft background music that accompanies the moment without disturbing. We were welcomed with a delicious entrée, then my daughter enjoyed a flavorful tagliatella with ragù, made with love and attention to detail. My wife and I chose the tagliata di Sorana: thin, tender slices, seasoned simply with Maldon salt and Lake Garda oil, accompanied by baked potatoes and pan-fried carrots, all from their own garden. The Ripasso della Valpolicella recommended by Fabio rounded out a lunch that confirms this trattoria as an unmissable stop.

21/11/2025: I ate there for lunch, a fixed menu for 15 euros. I gave it three stars because the wait was quite long—20 minutes for my order to be taken. So, from the moment I walked in until I paid, I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes, which in my opinion was too long for a business lunch.

16/11/2025: I hate to give this review, but when I went to Mortadella, we walked in and the welcome wasn't the best. We said hello and they didn't even respond. Then we sat down (there was only one customer at the counter). There were two employees behind the counter, and we waited 5 minutes, and no one came to serve us, so we had to get up and go order at the counter. We got two mortadella sandwiches, a glass of water, and a spritz, and we paid 12 euros. Not to mention, the mortadella tasted like the mortadella from Eurospin. I wouldn't recommend it.

27/11/2025: I think Spillo is always a good choice if you want a pizza that's very similar to Neapolitan pizza. I usually go to the Santa Maria del Rovere location, but I also found the pizza delicious here in the center of Treviso. The staff who served us were young and polite; perhaps a uniform for everyone would be nice so they could be more easily identified. Congratulations, anyway!

13/11/2025: Spillo is Spillo... I already knew the pizzeria on Via Vittorio Veneto, the real Neapolitan pizza in the province of Treviso. Tonight I wanted to try this other location, and the name speaks for itself. The place is elegant and clean. We sat upstairs and the atmosphere made you feel at ease. The staff was professional and well-mannered. They immediately pointed out the two pizzas not on the menu...very interesting. The pizza is always top-notch. Highly recommended.

Friendly service, very nice and clean place, including the bathroom (it's not always easy to find it clean at that hour). 13 euros for a business lunch, first course, second course, side dish, and coffee.

I returned after a few years and was truly delighted to find that the service and cuisine, the welcome, the friendliness, the welcoming, well-kept atmosphere, and the interaction with the owner and the dining room staff are of a quality that can still be found in few restaurants. From the appetizers with scallops and porcini mushrooms, hummus and mantis shrimp—delicious to say the least—and everything else coming from a kitchen with a certain level of experience, to the first courses with clams and porcini mushrooms, and the second courses of sublime quality… the "scarpetta" (soup) escaped with every course… truly, congratulations! Now that I live in the area, I will definitely come more often! Thank you for the wonderful lunch and the great music 😊 Ah… the desserts 😮‍💨 were delicious, as were all the other courses!
