13/08/2024: All the bread, pasta is homemade and fresh. Incredibly patient and helpful staff. We were lucky to find this place!

06/08/2024: Excellent dinner, from the appetizer to the dessert we found quality and refinement of the products. We appreciated the possibility of choice even for us who are vegetarians. The wine list is excellent. Perfect service. You don't always find such friendly owners.

The starter was very good, although the goose in the main course was a bit too well done and tough. Very creative approaches in the kitchen, implementation ok. We also missed attention and warmth in the service. This could also be due to the language.

21/07/2024: I often happen to be in Borso del Grappa for personal reasons, but I have never been able to enjoy their cuisine. They are wonderful people, friendly and available for every need. I usually stop for an aperitif always accompanied by delicious cicchetti, but when a few days ago I stopped there for lunch it only confirmed my thoughts! I ate lamb chops with delicious potatoes, real butter and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, it felt like being at home! Not only do I highly recommend it, but I can't wait to be in the area again to be delighted and maybe even stay the night! You are special and thank you again!

30/07/2024: The food was great, the ambiance was modern, but the service was lacking. It's a fantastic meal and the flavors are amazing, but for $100+/person, you'd expect your food to come on time and for the servers to be at the top of their game. The service and attention we started with quickly deteriorated after our first main dish. The restaurant filled up and suddenly our waitress became a waiter, then the host, then the bus boy, and so on and so forth. We waited around a bit long for our main course - the amberjack fish and roasted beef was divine - which by then we were starting to get full from waiting. The flavors here are great. Some dishes shine in their simplicity, some in their complexity. One or two were a bit much or a bit shy, but for 95% of the food, it was beautiful and delicious. Compliments to the kitchen for what they create. Unfortunately, besides the service, the one caveat is that the tiramisu will not blow your mind. I heard that perhaps it's due to new mgmt not being as interested in making it the restaurant's main dish. Anyway, we've had better tiramisu. Not 100% if the mascarpone had enough egg ratio in there.

08/08/2024: Ottimo rapporto qualità e prezzo.Staff di sala preparato e disponibile. La selezione della carne e variegato, la frollatura e cottura perfette, ho apprezzato la salsa e il sale fatti in casa . Locale e arredato con gusto raffinato .

25/08/2024: beautiful, special, like being part of the family. kind, nice, thoughtful, a special family but above all good, tidy, clean. I think the best restaurant so far tried and found on the fork. We were also really impressed because it is located in a magnificent place, cool in the mountains (1000m). we definitely have to go back!

11/08/2024: It's the first time in this refuge we waited 45 minutes before having something....the food wasn't very good, especially the bigoli with duck ragù which tasted like nothing, the skewer was average and the tiramisu was good. High price, I wouldn't go back.
