An extraordinary place with a truly unique character. The location is truly impressive: an old farmhouse surrounded by green meadows, abundant nature, and free-roaming water buffalo. The setting alone conveys a sense of authenticity, tranquility, and genuineness. The restaurant itself offers a small but exquisite menu where quality clearly takes precedence over quantity. The focus is on burgers made from their own cattle and water buffalo—and this is immediately apparent in the taste. The buffalo burger and the beef burger were exceptionally well-prepared, juicy, and flavorful. The meat had a robust, honest taste and stands out significantly from ordinary burgers. The combination with cheese, onions, fresh lettuce, and the rustic bun was also harmonious and down-to-earth. The overall concept is particularly appealing: nature, agriculture, origin, and cuisine blend seamlessly here. Anyone looking for good burgers with character and who appreciates an authentic location off the beaten path will find exactly what they're looking for here. Highly recommended.

Go for the hamburgers but the appetizers, especially their buffalo mozzarella, are amazing.

Yes! I loved it so much that I turned back another time too. Also I recommended to my relatives,I even organised a romantic dinner for my closest as like a gift. Atmosphere is insane so calm beautiful inside and outside too. Peaceful. Food is really delicious of course, try the burgers! Outside you can visit their animals. Buffalos are so cute and delicious. 🙂 Perfect example to “farm to table “. The staff is young and kind but prepared and helpful and last but not least funny! Kind of nice experience! I recommend to everyone! They speaks English too!

Frasca Borgoluce manages to be gourmet and refined while remaining completely within a comfort zone. It conveys how the simplicity of choosing, the attention to detail and the quality of its products, doesn't mean "easy," but rather "good, truly delicious." The softly lit location lends itself to a romantic dinner, but also to a cheerful gathering of friends. The prices are more than fair for the quality, and far from excessive. Unfortunately, the photos don't do it justice, but the dishes are also aesthetically inviting, beyond the aroma. I recommend eating slowly, to calmly savor what has arrived on your plate with care and dedication, just moments away.

The service was a bit pushy, but it didn't detract in the slightest from what was an excellent lunch.
