Always excellent pizza... Last time, however, the radicchio cream topping was very bitter. Never happened to me!!!! I always recommend tasting it before serving it to the public... Otherwise, always excellent...

Furthermore, the owner's meticulous attention to detail, including the thorough cleaning of the oven and his tools, makes this pizzeria truly noteworthy. The cleanliness of the workspace and waiting room, combined with the courtesy of the staff, the quality of the ingredients used, and the menu always in tune with the seasons, make "Quelligiusti" an excellent takeout pizzeria. I won't publish any photos; they would never be able to match the flavor, aroma, and fragrance of those truly exceptional pizzas.
