04/04/2025: Having only ordered the second and twisted course and drinking two glasses of water that I had to get myself, I paid full price, 15 euros, excluding coffee, despite not having taken the first...Having known this beforehand would have been at least correct in my opinion...Rated 10 due to the smile of the waitress...

24/03/2025: Long wait for food, mediocre parmigiana, a very bad pasta caccio e pepe dish. Overpriced.

03/01/2025: The place is really beautiful, always well decorated. The pastries are really good and the chocolate super! The staff were very kind and quick. Compliments!!

07/12/2024: It is one of the best pastry shops in Padua; excellent pastries and brioches, large variety of sweets and sweets/chocolates. Kind and quick guys take care of table service with great attention. It's a shame for the little internal space which limits the potential even if a protected external area has been set up...which however cannot, inevitably, have the comfort of the interior of the room.

22/02/2025: 7 of us went out for a birthday, nice location, pizza for everyone, after a LONG wait, supposedly Neapolitan pizza arrives, pasta added to the crust and €2 more per pizza😂 totally RAW and inedible... they don't have spicy oil (in case the pizza chef puts it in, the poor waiter tells us)... we ask what desserts you have... sorry we don't have desserts! I thought I'd seen them all... truly mind-blowing! 🤦 Well... if Dazzo rhymes with..... forget it for goodness sake!!!

21/02/2025: I'm talking about what happened a few days ago which concerns my daughter who went for a trial period exactly from Thursday to Sunday for a total of around 20 working hours but at the end of her trial the owner gives them a tip in return because according to him the trial period is working for free since I changed the rules according to this ignorant owner the trial period is considered working in any case this is really called exploitation and then they complain that they can't find people to work who according to him paid people 3 euros at the moment it seems right and for the type of these ignorant people that Italy is going to ruin, it's an all-Italian disgrace

12/01/2025: It's a shame to have breakfast in the pastry shop in front of the hotel (only sweets, let's say colored butter, no savory ones, because they have a bakery nearby, obviously closed on weekends, so as not to compete. Oh well. Hot room, shame bathroom fan not working.

22/03/2025: The menu offer is good, the service is good and quite fast. The quality of the pizzas and club sandwiches is good. Unfortunately you can't talk due to the noise level being too high, you leave with a headache! I don't think I'll go anymore, at least on Saturdays

31/01/2025: Two inedible pizzas, like eating cardboard with ingredients of questionable quality on top. Not to mention the presentation: a picasso is more understandable. I returned after a year to renew my trust after the change of management but unfortunately the result has even gotten worse. Let's forget about it: Adiós!

03/02/2025: Siamo ritornati con degli amici che sono habitué a pranzo . Il menù piuttosto limitato , preannuncia il target dei prezzi e quindi hai delle aspettative che però poi non rispettano i piatti molto ristretti e non proprio di altissima qualità . Francamente sono stato in difficoltà nella scelta dei piatti essendo poco variegati e con dei mix non ben abbinati . Il locale è un po’ rumoroso con tutta la sala al completo , si dovrebbe curare l’acustica cosa , peraltro difficile da trovare in molti ristoranti , ma che di Norma ti aspetti in un locale di un certo target . Il servizio purtroppo non è stato proprio a livello , il proprietario che segue il servizio al tavolo non proprio all’altezza infatti una richiesta di un particolare tipo di formaggio specificata da un commensale , conferma la disponibilità e poi ritorna che non c’è , significa che non conosce la situazione in cucina ? … mah francamente deluso .

They have a high quality sweet and savory offer An artisanal production of real pastry which is a mix of tradition and innovation We have been there several times and always left fully satisfied We liked it A LOT Staff and service at the TOP The bill is always honest, we have never had any surprises I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER

23/02/2025: I was there for the second time and this evening it was even more disappointing. Embarrassing cream pancake, unstructured millefeuille, in fact the cream spilled. I had asked for an extra saucer and I was looked at as if I had asked for the moon and plus they didn't have a bottle of sparkling water. It may happen that not everyone likes the products but not trying to please the customer is really serious. Furthermore, I noticed the lack of a cap and an apron. To finish, sometimes even a smile would be enough, but evidently not for everyone. Sin!!!!!

08/02/2025: Pizza arrivata in fretta ma fredda, mi chiedo come sia possibile se dal forno al tavolo ci sono 10 metri e 1 piano di scale!sconsiglio!

10/10/2024: I loved their Pizza, and the staff is fantastic. The manager is a lovely lady who gave us good recommendations. The prices are reasonable, and the place is clean and beautifully rustic.

05/04/2025: Cena terribile. Cibo di scarsa qualità e servizio da zero. Ci sediamo, 15 minuti per ordinare, dopo 1 ora arrivano le due pizze, i due bimbi hanno guardato mezz'ora mangiare gli altri prima che arrivasse per loro. Wustel e patatine (9 euro per 1 wurstel di scarsa qualità e 10 patatine contate. Dopo 1 ora, e dopo aver chiesto infastiditi, arriva l'ultima portata io panino. Agghiacciante. Alla cassa, dopo averlo fatto presente, veniamo anche aggrediti dalla cameriera, che ci ha detto che non potevamo lamentarci dopo che ci ha dato un tavolo di sabato sera (erano le 20.30...non le 11). Scandaloso che la cameriera, invece di scusarsi ci ha attaccato in malo modo ad alta voce davanti a tutti. (Che ovviamente Ci hanno dato ragione, e hanno confermato anche per loro lo stesso trattamento. 75 per due pizze un panino un wurstel e acqua. Mai più. Cena terrificante

05/04/2025: Il posto è enorme perciò molto rumoroso, i tavoli da due sono molto piccoli e sistemati al centro della lunga sala così si subisce il passaggio costante di gente accanto. La pizza sarebbe anche buona perché l’impasto è sottile ma ci è arrivata completamente bruciata sia nel bordo sia sotto. Abbiamo ordinato la pizza stagionale con gli asparagi freschi a 14€ e ne aveva 4 di numero e verdi, i bianchi evidentemente costano troppo. Non ci siamo proprio!
