12/10/2025: Let's say the place is decent. I think the waitress understood, or we made a bit of a mix-up. Unsolicited dishes arrived, which were then added to the bill, and we later had them removed despite the fact that we'd pointed it out to the person who brought them to us. The fettuccine with duck sauce was inedible, with an unpleasant, gamey, "fresh" smell. Don't eat it. The desserts were only frozen, the usual industrial ones, not even a classic dessert. We settled for the spoon sorbet, which was nothing more than two frozen balls so sour they stayed in the bowl. The mushroom ravioli were good, the hot appetizer was poor. The grill was decent. The price was average. Once is enough.

26/08/2025: Passing through for work, ate really well, good, typical cuisine. I had spaghetti with white ragù and tripe, everything was good. They grill the meat, and from the dishes passing by my table, they looked interesting!!

31/07/2025: A trattoria just outside Padua, serving both fish and meat. Family-run. Special mention goes to the fried fish, crispy and dry, one of the best we've ever eaten. In the cooler months, they serve excellent tiramisu. Friendly service. Affordable lunchtime prices. Recommended.

30/09/2025: The owner is rude, arrogant, and presumptuous. I don't understand why I should go somewhere and bring my money only to be treated like shit. The owner should live a more decent life and/or change his drug habits. It's impossible to be this rude ALL THE TIME.

27/09/2025: The piadina was delicious, I hadn't been back in years... unfortunately, the twisters are gone... replaced by pizzas, I think. Otherwise, the place remains the same, just like the obnoxious manager. The beer arrived in a plastic cup!!!!! Another new development: if you don't pay the bill immediately, you have to leave a document at the cashier. !!

07/10/2025: Extremely poor service; they sweep vigorously while the pizza chef prepares pizza. If you don't ask for a receipt, they won't give it to you.

03/11/2025: The Librosteria offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The selection of books is varied and well-thought out, and every piece of furniture has a purpose, like the small sitting area on the right in the entrance. It's a place to visit for intellectual stimulation, as well as for the pleasure of listening to the owner discuss titles and authors she knows how to make you want to know in just a few minutes. An added bonus for such a special place is the opportunity to sample a well-stocked vegetarian and vegan menu.

22/10/2025: Some friends suggested we go for a drink after dinner; the atmosphere was lovely and the waitresses were friendly. Everything was fine until a young man went to the bar to order a drink, and the older woman (the owner?) started raising her voice and verbally attacking him, from what I gathered because he'd ordered or wouldn't order the house amaro. In any case, it was a trivial matter. The young man went to sit down without replying, while the two waitresses looked at each other awkwardly. To make the evening even more unpleasant, the owner decided to start cleaning the floor next to us compulsively, talking loudly to herself, saying things like, "Look at this guy with that s*** face." Talking about it a bit in the following days we learned that the lady is known for this type of behavior, but beyond her reputation, a reaction like that is disproportionate and ruined the evening for everyone: for us, for that guy, for the waitresses who knows how many outbursts of that kind they see.

22/10/2025: I must say that it is one of the few pizzerias in Padua that really knows how to make a real Neapolitan pizza. We had a great time, excellent food, excellent ingredients... we will definitely be back. Compliments to the staff.

06/10/2025: Dinner in excellent company of friends. Very beautiful location! Welcoming and tastefully decorated atmosphere. As soon as you arrive at the restaurant, you'll be amazed by the soft lights and magical view. In summer, the outside should be enchanting with breathtaking sunsets. The drive to get there is a bit challenging. We enjoyed the food and excellent wine selection.

05/10/2025: We've been going to this place for about three years, but sometimes simply staying put isn't enough... The dishes haven't changed much in these three years; they don't follow seasonality. These days, you expect dishes with pumpkin, mushrooms, and chestnuts: nothing like that. Furthermore, a €3.50 cover charge is a lot (one of the many crazy things we've seen in the last four or five years). I'd understand if they offered three different types of homemade bread, a taste of mountain butter, and water included, but obviously nothing. I was recently in Turin, and finding a €1.50-€2 cover charge is still possible.

28/09/2025: Reservations are recommended, or you can arrive before noon. The food is good, and they're quick for lunch.

07/05/2025: I stopped in this place, since it was full of workers, I don't think they pay 20 euros for 2 first courses, 2 desserts 10 euros with coffee. Total 32 euros😳😳

10/10/2025: This pizzeria is worth it. It was a great discovery. The pizza was very good and easy to digest. The service was super fast and efficient. I can't wait to go back.

27/07/2025: At La Rustica, you'll find the widest selection of pizzas you could ever want...from the most classic to the most bizarre, whimsical, and imaginative...the menu is vast! The pizza here 🍕 is simply delicious 😋...If you'd like to eat in, reservations are recommended, as the pizzeria is set up for takeout. However, it still offers two lovely tables for customers who prefer to enjoy excellent freshly baked pizzas. SUPER!

03/10/2025: A trattoria from another era, offering authentic food and excellent value. The set menu is also excellent, with generous portions. A must-try for a quick, healthy, and affordable lunch. I highly recommend it.

03/06/2025: Perchè 3 stelle: Siamo stati a cena. Buona la qualità del cibo, sia dei primi, secondi che contorni. Location piccola ma accogliente. Primi piatti decisamente troppo contenuti, dalle foto nelle recensioni mi aspettavo delle porzioni più abbondanti. Servizio direi decisamente da migliorare.

03/06/2025: Why 3 stars: We went for dinner. The quality of the food was good, both the first courses, second courses and side dishes. Small but welcoming location. The first courses were definitely too small, from the photos in the reviews I expected larger portions. I would say the service definitely needs improvement.

25/08/2025: Jimmy treated us really well; we felt right at home. We celebrated my dad's birthday. He was undecided between two starters, and after choosing, Jimmy served both starters and offered a taste of the other. The quality was good, and the atmosphere wasn't like a first date, but it was the kind of place you'd expect. We'll be back again and again. Thanks, Jimmy.
