08/04/2026: We went for dinner (two people) on Monday, April 7, 2026. The restaurant is elegant and beautifully decorated. We ordered: 1. Prosciutto (Attilio Fontana) and fried white asparagus; 2. Tortelli stuffed with rosolone, parmesan, bottarga, black lime; 3. Pluma: Grilled Iberian pork, burnt onion cream, asparagus, new potatoes; 4. Duck and foie gras: C.B.T. duck breast, foie gras escalope, red onion compote, and strawberries. The "simplest" dish was the prosciutto, which, by the way, was simply divine. The other dishes were refined, complex, and perfect. Special mention for the suckling pig and tortelli, but only because I tasted such a perfect suckling pig 30 years ago in Spain. The cooking of the duck borders on the art of C.B.T.! A top-notch wine cellar, extremely rare to find in Italian restaurants. We settled for a 2019 Serro - Il Mottolo (it was the last bottle), with the approval of the highly competent sommelier. Precise, attentive, and punctual service. The price was appropriate for the quality, service, and wine cellar. Highly recommended!!! Congratulations!!!

29/03/2026: Before tasting this wonderful pizza, we came across the pizzeria across the street. The white-haired gentleman didn't want us to go and see what that other pizzeria had to offer, thus discrediting the work of these young and talented guys. However, we crossed the street and, intrigued by the "world champion" sign, we went in. I can say that it was a fantastic experience. The Neapolitan sandwiches were delicious, it deserves 10 stars.

25/12/2025: I was here today for Christmas lunch. Impeccable service from the wait staff, who anticipated all our requests with professionalism and discretion. The same was true of the kitchen staff: from my vantage point, I saw the chef inspect every single dish as it came out. And I'm not exaggerating. The quality of the food was beyond excellent. It's been a long time since I've eaten so well. When you go here, try the risottos; you won't regret it.

04/03/2026: There are places that stay with you, and Dorio's is one of them. I've been coming here for many years, and the more I've come, the more I realize this is my "heart" spot. On Christmas Eve 2024, I turned to them: I was looking for a place that wasn't the usual holiday chaos, and at Dorio's, I found exactly what I needed: warmth and dishes made to perfection. It made such an impression on me that I had no doubts about where to celebrate my birthday in 2025. On that occasion, too, Dorio didn't disappoint, confirming its absolute guarantee of quality and warmth. What makes this place special is its ability to make me feel at home every time I walk in the door, thanks to cuisine steeped in passion and a welcome that's never superficial. Whether it's for a big holiday or my special day. Thanks to all the staff: keep it up, because there are few places left with such a great soul.

03/03/2026: Had dinner at this restaurant last week. A well-kept restaurant, with very friendly and polite staff. Speaking of the cuisine, the ingredients are top-quality, the dishes are well-executed and delicious. The table service is very efficient, and the staff are professional. However, I absolutely must make one comment. I find that a very simple baked sea bass, with cherry tomatoes, potatoes, capers, and Taggiasca olives, CANNOT BE OFFERED AT €90 PER KG. I consider it completely out of line. I understand there needs to be a profit, but it shouldn't be considered theft. Overall, it's a restaurant I recommend.

14/03/2026: A beautiful place surrounded by greenery, very friendly staff, excellent quality and prices, generous and delicious dishes. I highly recommend trying them all and enjoying them with friends. The photos show a platter of cured meats and cheeses, fried chicken (a specialty and their own production), pasta with broccoli and sausage, and to top it off, a chocolate chip dessert for Women's Day. I highly recommend booking.

07/02/2026: I went to this pizzeria near my house for pizza, and I have to say, I didn't know what I was missing. The pizza was excellent, huge, with quality ingredients and a light, flavorful dough. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly. Definitely worth a visit!
