The dishes were excellent, with truly top-quality seafood! The wine list also boasts an extensive wine list. We'll definitely be back because places like this leave a lasting impression! 08/04/2026: We went for dinner (two people) on Monday, April 7, 2026. The restaurant is elegant and beautifully decorated. We ordered: 1. Prosciutto (Attilio Fontana) and fried white asparagus; 2. Tortelli stuffed with rosolone, parmesan, bottarga, black lime; 3. Pluma: Grilled Iberian pork, burnt onion cream, asparagus, new potatoes; 4. Duck and foie gras: C.B.T. duck breast, foie gras escalope, red onion compote, and strawberries. The "simplest" dish was the prosciutto, which, by the way, was simply divine. The other dishes were refined, complex, and perfect. Special mention for the suckling pig and tortelli, but only because I tasted such a perfect suckling pig 30 years ago in Spain. The cooking of the duck borders on the art of C.B.T.! A top-notch wine cellar, extremely rare to find in Italian restaurants. We settled for a 2019 Serro - Il Mottolo (it was the last bottle), with the approval of the highly competent sommelier. Precise, attentive, and punctual service. The price was appropriate for the quality, service, and wine cellar. Highly recommended!!! Congratulations!!!

29/03/2026: Before tasting this wonderful pizza, we came across the pizzeria across the street. The white-haired gentleman didn't want us to go and see what that other pizzeria had to offer, thus discrediting the work of these young and talented guys. However, we crossed the street and, intrigued by the "world champion" sign, we went in. I can say that it was a fantastic experience. The Neapolitan sandwiches were delicious, it deserves 10 stars.

09/04/2026: I shot a wedding video at Ca' del Lago, and what's most striking is the park. Large, well-kept, and full of diverse views, it's perfect for strolling or creating evocative images at any time of day. The light at sunset makes it even more beautiful, and among the trees and open spaces, there are some truly charming spots. The location has a natural and relaxed atmosphere, without ever feeling overly contrived. It's a place worth seeing, especially for the park. - Matteo Albertin -

On Christmas Eve 2024, I turned to them: I was looking for a place that wasn't the usual holiday chaos, and at Dorio's, I found exactly what I needed: warmth and dishes made to perfection. It made such an impression on me that I had no doubts about where to celebrate my birthday in 2025. On that occasion, too, Dorio didn't disappoint, confirming its absolute guarantee of quality and warmth. What makes this place special is its ability to make me feel at home every time I walk in the door, thanks to cuisine steeped in passion and a welcome that's never superficial. Whether it's for a big holiday or my special day. Thanks to all the staff: keep it up, because there are few places left with such a great soul.

04/05/2026: The other morning I happened to pop into this place to take home some of the delicious Montagnana ham, which I'd already sampled at a place next door that was closed that day. The ham, touted as an exclusive reserve made exclusively for this establishment, wasn't to my liking, but so far... tastes matter. Except that having quality products shouldn't be tied to exorbitant markups on Apulian products. The icing on the cake, my father, who is over seventy, while they were slicing the ham, asked if he could use the bathroom. The owner responded by pointing to a sign that read, "Deli customers are not entitled to use the restroom." Common sense and good manners are another matter! Never again... P.S. In response to the owner: his manners, combined with the fact that he responded by pointing to a sign, only confirm his good manners. Best regards
