18/01/2026: One of Italy's most renowned restaurants offers a truly comprehensive experience. Original snacks give way to consistently sublime pasta. On my last visit, I had the smoked pasta, and I absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly paired with wines, thanks to the sommelier's expert advice, who did an exceptional job selecting them. Without a doubt, a must-visit in the Padua area!
17/01/2026: There's not much to say, you have to try it. It's certainly not for everyone's budget, but it's an experience, a journey, not just a dinner. The flavors, colors, and sensations are indescribable. Impeccable service, always present, never intrusive.
Chef Alajmo often passes between the tables to say hello and engages with guests with great kindness and friendliness.
A magnificent evening.

01/01/2026: I spent New Year's Eve in this place, a magical place, everything was perfect, the guys were all very precise, perfect, impeccable professionals but also with a hint of a smile that makes you feel at home, it was a beautiful evening and I will gladly return.
28/12/2025: A charming location, super professional service, truly special dishes.
If you want a special treat, this is the place to be.
As an appetizer, the egg with truffle is indescribable, and the truffle is abundant.
The rice with pumpkin, hazelnuts, and the meat sauce is sublime.
I finished with the pineapple sorbet, and I assure you, it's absolutely worth trying.

03/11/2025: On Saturday, I went to try their "taglia'" (a wonderful new treat)—it was incredibly delicious. I added both gelato and whipped cream at the girl's suggestion, and I have to say, it was truly delicious. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The place was clean. The location is in one of Padua's most beautiful squares.

25/12/2025: I was here today for Christmas lunch. Impeccable service from the wait staff, who anticipated all our requests with professionalism and discretion. The same was true of the kitchen staff: from my vantage point, I saw the chef inspect every single dish as it came out. And I'm not exaggerating. The quality of the food was beyond excellent. It's been a long time since I've eaten so well. When you go here, try the risottos; you won't regret it.

20/02/2026: Excellent for the quality of the food, location, and friendliness. You don't get a lot of privacy because the tables for two are quite close together, but after all, it's a bistro, not a restaurant. I'll definitely be back. It was a great experience.

Note: if you go to a restaurant (any restaurant) with children, you must look after them and keep them at the table and not let them roam free like animals; otherwise, stay home.

Excellent food and restaurant, combining traditional local recipes and products with several excellent Apulian products.
I enjoyed pairing Montagnana prosciutto with Apulian focaccia with cherry tomatoes.
The duck bigoli were excellent. The house wine is an excellent Negramaro.
Furthermore, the service is friendly and attentive, with a wonderful waiter who makes all the difference.
We will definitely be back.
06/01/2026: A quick lunch at this place, which also sells excellent quality products, all from Italian producers in various regions. Needless to say, the Montagnana prosciutto was amazing!! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
