Di una efficienza ed eleganza di un altro tempo. I piatti curati nell'aspetto, nella dose, una esperienza sensoriale. Anni che non mangiavo così bene. I sapori accostati con una maestria non comune. 27/10/2024: Like having lunch in your home kitchen, simply courteous. House wine and plenty of water, endless and delicious appetizers, broccoli orzotto, pastin and spectacular cheese fondue, roast chicken in a crunchy crust, soft and juicy inside: delicious! To finish, tasting of homemade cakes and round of artisanal grappas. We had a really good time!

13/01/2025: Rustic place with welcoming and friendly, easy-going service. Excellent food: pappardelle with porcini mushrooms and perfect tagliatelle, sausage and pumpkin cream. Balanced taste, generous but not heavy portions. We also had a second course with sliced ​​meat and vegetables: very soft meat and delicious vegetables. Right portions to leave the table satisfied, full but not weighed down. All accompanied by the wine that welcomed us at the table. We will definitely be back 😊

10/12/2024: December 1, 2024. We finally went to this restaurant for lunch and were very satisfied. Nice clean and tidy place, we were greeted immediately and taken to the booked table. Friendly staff who immediately put us at ease. Excellent food and every course was a surprise. Excellent, really good. When we left the car park was full of cars, the reason is obvious: the food is good.

22/12/2024: Unique experience, something that when savored with good food makes you feel good. I entered this restaurant in the dark after having luckily made a reservation due to a cancellation. Inside, the environment is friendly, warm and kind, accompanied by my shepherd dog. Food not only good but served and prepared with love for our traditions. Try it then at the end taste the desserts and the fabulous house digestives at which point you will be in the clouds, thanks to Lolli.

22/12/2024: I'm a fan of good food, but this restaurant is really special, starting from the staff, kind, friendly, helpful and quick with service. The cut with potatoes was delicious and the desserts were superlative.... We will definitely be back!!! Passion for your work makes a big difference!!! Really good everyone.....

21/10/2024: We passed by chance and saw this wonderful mountain hut... beautiful place, excellent place to relax and enjoy a good genuine dish, surrounded by greenery with the scents of broulè wine and the colors of the nature that surrounds you... very nice owner who he conveys all the enthusiasm and passion for his work...We will definitely be back

11/01/2025: Excellent restaurant. We ate in a back room overlooking the slopes in an environment with attention to the smallest details. The service immediately proved to be attentive and helpful. The food was really great.

02/11/2024: My husband and I had the absolute best time here while celebrating our honeymoon. We loved how quaint/simple/rustic it was. The service was outstanding, everyone was so nice and they worked so well together. We did the Germoglio tasting with a wine pairing for me and non alcoholic for my husband. We both loved how he got to enjoy the stories and tastes of some very unique drinks which hasn't been the case at other restaurants we've enjoyed. We loved almost all of the dishes (but I wouldn't count any stars off just because a dish wasn't our favorite). The BUTTER, we couldn't get enough! We got to go to the cheese room which was an entire experience all on its own. Really not sure how people say they left hungry, we certainly didn't. The only regret I had was not being there before the sun went down so we could have enjoyed the beauty more. Thank you for some great memories!!

23/12/2024: I stayed at Villa Gaia for a few nights for work and I had a great time. All the staff are really kind and helpful, the rooms very welcoming and with a beautiful view. You are more willing to go on an away trip if you are treated well, thanks to all the staff!
