26/05/2025: I was looking forward to trying this restaurant, but ended up quite disappointed. The pasta I ordered was noticeably undercooked — the center was still powdery and tasted raw. When we mentioned it to the staff, they told us, “It’s because Italians like it al dente.” I understand what al dente means — pasta that is firm to the bite, not uncooked in the center. This wasn’t al dente; it simply wasn’t cooked enough. At first, the staff didn’t seem willing to adjust the dish, but eventually they did send it back to the kitchen to be cooked a bit more. While I appreciate that, the initial response felt dismissive and gave me the impression that my feedback wasn’t being taken seriously. I hope the restaurant can improve both the cooking and how they handle customer concerns.

The menu offers a wide selection of quality pizzas. They also offer a decent selection of burgers and appetizers. Desserts are both homemade and classic. Prices are average. The pizza is good in terms of ingredients, but a little too crispy for my taste.

The pizza was outstanding: crispy crust, fresh ingredients, absolutely delicious! The service was first-class, friendly, fast, and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful view of the colorful houses and the tranquil atmosphere of the island. A perfect place for a relaxing meal away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Important to note: The restaurant closes at 5 p.m., which seems to be quite common on Burano. So, if you want to eat here, you should arrive early. Highly recommended for a relaxed lunch with authentic Italian quality!

10/07/2025: I've been to Faville many times and have always had a great time. The food is delicious, and both the pizza and the other dishes are carefully prepared and excellent. The restaurant's strong point is the weekend entertainment for children, with a dedicated children's room. They have a great program of activities and lots of games so parents can enjoy the evening while the little ones have fun in safety!

The cuisine is excellent: if you order a grill, you will see the meat of the ribs falling off the bone and you will taste one of the best chickens in the area. The attention to appetizers and first courses makes it clear that this place wants to move away from the idea of ​​a trattoria to be more of a restaurant of a certain level. Confirming this fact are the attention to the interior furnishings, the preparation of the staff and the bill, less popular than other places in the area but justified to the cent by the offer. FOOD: The best arancini you will ever taste, the name Gustó is not by chance 😏 - Arancini of various flavours, the spaghetti ones are the local brand, in the area they have tried to imitate them but with failure, I would suggest trying the ones with sausage and Friarielli (You can also ask for 'Arancina alla Clara'). I don't know if they still make it with mortadella, it's a gourmet arancina. The raw material is the strong point, no processed cheese or other rubbish but only fresh and high quality products. 10/05/2025 - Mr.Matteo Di Marco - says: I have dressed the arancini and they are controversial - This gentleman doesn't explain why he found them "Disgusting" after he Asciagiati. "It would have been useful to explain what he found disgusting, the top quality rice? The high-end mozzarella? The golden and careful breading? The fresh sauce with meat sauce like my grandmother made? I invite this gentleman to try again, perhaps taking the time to slowly taste the arancini that are more in line with tradition and unique in their quality. 26/07/2025: Excellent property just outside Castelfranco Veneto. The property is very large, welcoming, and clean. The hotel has a large garden with a beautiful pool and a small poolside bar. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, excellent, and varied. Free on-site parking is available. Prices are average and consistent with what's on offer. Highly recommended.
