20/04/2026: We visited this restaurant, recently under new management, for a confirmation reception, with a menu agreed upon a few weeks in advance.
From a culinary perspective, the experience was overall positive: the quality of the dishes was good, though not excellent. One small point concerns the attentive service: I would have expected a second course of the first course, but in our case, it didn't arrive. Nothing serious, but it's a detail that makes a difference in similar settings. Overall, I'd give the cuisine 4 stars, although I wouldn't consider it a restaurant I'd return to for another ceremony.
The location, however, is the most critical aspect. Given that it's a recently renovated space, I expected greater attention to aesthetics and design. The dining room is very large, but lacks any furnishings capable of creating atmosphere or dividing the space; even the cash register is located directly in the dining room, contributing to a less elegant and intimate feel. Overall, 2 stars.
The service, on the other hand, was the hotel's true strength: the staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. A decidedly positive aspect, worthy of a 5-star rating.
18/04/2026: Very good product quality, impeccable service. A breath of fresh air in the hills.
