17/11/2025: I stayed in the area for three days and accidentally stumbled upon this place, located in an idyllic spot amidst beautiful hills. It was the best surprise of my vacation. A beautiful place, a truly family-like welcome, and a young but highly trained staff. Their cuisine is refined yet traditional, excellent and complete, with generous portions and very reasonable prices. Customers are delighted from the moment they arrive until they say goodbye. It's like being among family or best friends.

02/12/2025: Even the bread tasted stale; we sent it back and received a new one that was somewhat better, but still not fresh. The food was unfortunately very bad – the prawns were inedible and very old, the tuna dry and undercooked. For the first time in Venice, we felt ripped off. The service was friendly, but that seems to be part of their strategy; the large restaurant was only occupied by two tables all evening. We understood why and would definitely not recommend it.

19/11/2025: The location, the food and wine, of course, the service—everything, and I mean everything, was top notch! The waiters were all super friendly and always kept an eye on us, never prying. We'll definitely be back to try the other tasting menus offered by Chef Francesco Simone Sodano, who even came out to greet us and all our guests.

15/11/2025: After reading the chef's biography, I went to Aqua Crua with very high expectations. These were confirmed by the amazing dinner I just had. I chose the Initiation 1 menu, since it was my first time there. I won't describe the dishes to spoil the surprise for new customers, but I would highly recommend the experience. In the open kitchen, the owner chef worked in unison with two colleagues. Incredible coordination, studied movements, not a word out of place. The staff in the dining room are very professional and knowledgeable. The price is appropriate for the high level of the restaurant. It's definitely worth visiting several times throughout the year. I will definitely try the other tasting menus as well. Giuliano Baldessari chatted with the guests after dinner. He was a friendly and affable person.
