11/11/2025: This restaurant is located on the hill behind Bardolino, 3 km from the town center. I had a wonderful meal, great prices, and a quality/price ratio unmatched in the area. I'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance on our way back to the hotel and managed to get a table without a reservation. The service team was exceptionally friendly and competent. The food was outstanding, and our meal was excellent. By the way, we've never eaten such light and airy gnocchi anywhere else. A must-visit for us on our next trip to Padua.

11/12/2025: Average pizza. Not even a packet of breadsticks, even though other tables serving dishes other than pizza had bread. The cover charge was the same. Not cheap. And the lady at the counter was cold.

22/09/2025: It has been a while since I really enjoyed a meal this much. This is a beautiful location. We enjoyed the lasagna al ragu bianco and the Tris di canerdeli in ricotta. Both delicious. Their white house wine from the Veneto region was splendid. Add the friendly and attentive staff and it was a lovely experience. We will return.

A total disappointment with this place: it smells of fried food, beer served in a plastic cup, burger served on a paper plate, fries, forget it, burger was decent, nothing special, sauces, forget it again.
Friendly staff, that's why I give it 2 stars.

15/12/2025: The food is good, in my case "boiled meat and pears", some criticisms about the dining room being quite noisy and the distracted and confused service. I had to ask for bread, then water, then wine, the waitress took the oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper away from my table. What if I need them?

03/11/2025: I was truly satisfied, first and foremost, with the service—the kindness, courtesy, and hospitality of the waiters. It was an experience of local flavors, with beautiful presentation. The chef puts heart and soul into what he does, and the food is quality. I also asked for wine recommendations, and they were spot on! What can I say...a truly one-of-a-kind experience! I will recommend and hope to return!

27/08/2025: This was the best Rifugio we stayed at during our Alta Via Hike. It is technically little off the route, but is definitely worth the detour. The room was spacious, compared to many others we experienced. Since they can accomodate only about 10 people, there is a very cosy atmosphere. The staff was very kind and the dinner was by far the best. It was also possible to order from regular menu, since they host other customers. I cannot recommend it enough :)
21/08/2025: We hadn't booked, but the girl found us a table for two (so far so good). We waited 25 minutes before they asked us for drinks.
Another 10 minutes for the menu.
But despite this, the dishes arrived fairly quickly.
The prices were quite high, but good.

09/11/2025: This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the area! The menu changes frequently based on seasonal ingredients, and each dish is meticulously crafted and often features unique yet always spot-on flavors. For me, it's always a special experience; I've never left unsatisfied, and I've brought many people here because it's truly worth it. A special mention for their seitan: one of the best things in the world!

13/12/2025: I had a pizza, and as a lover of Southern Italian pizzas made with special flours, I have to say it was a great experience. The burrata and prosciutto were truly top-notch. The basil pesto was industrial, but well-balanced, and the cherry tomatoes were delicious. Overall, a well-made and very enjoyable pizza.

31/08/2025: I went for lunch a few weeks ago. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The vegetable buffet is amazing, the price is €4 per plate, and you can have as much as you want. We ate very well. The price is very fair. We'll be back soon. Well done. San Bortolo is a little village worth discovering (the jam corner in the church is a fantastic idea 😁).

06/12/2025: We had lunch with friends. We started with the house appetizers: various samples of fresh, well-prepared fish, generous portions. We finished with delicious sorbets. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere welcoming. I promised myself I'd return for dinner with my wife.
