Good choice of wines, dishes cooked very well and the maitre Daniele very friendly, present but not intrusive. Absolutely honest account, just a shame it was a rainy evening, we would return in the summer to also be able to enjoy the lake view and the outdoor tables. Absolutely recommended.

23/02/2025: We went there today for lunch with a couple of friends. As soon as we arrived we immediately realized we were in a renowned restaurant, we were greeted by very kind and professional staff who accompanied us to the table. We ate very well, the toasted risotto with courgette flowers and black truffle, the sliced ​​sirloin and the pork loin were delicious, not to mention the homemade desserts. The choice of wines is very wide. Congratulations, we will definitely be back.

23/03/2025: One Saturday at lunchtime, my wife and I were in Rovigo. So we stopped at this restaurant for the first time. I was very impressed as soon as I entered by how it is furnished. With objects from the past, photos and paintings. Relaxing music in the background that I love....always! The environment is not very large but well organized. Simple and well-made dishes!!! Kindness and professionalism of the staff made lunch even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and to book....because I saw all the tables occupied.

11/02/2025: 👍🏻We went to Prosciuttiamo di Rovigo for the half marathon and, despite the crowd, we managed to book a table for three with a call made in the morning. The place is well-kept and the atmosphere is pleasant. The service was good, with helpful and attentive staff. 🍽️The menu offers different options, even for those who don't eat meat, as in my case. We tried various dishes: tagliatelle with hare ragù and pear, cheese and walnut flakes (really excellent because very balanced). I ordered the pumpkin cappellacci with amaretti, which I found a little too sweet for my personal taste. 💸With two desserts, two glasses of wine and water, the bill was around 23 euros each, a fair price for the quality of the food and the service. In general, I recommend it.

09/03/2025: Well-kept and refined local restaurant, beautiful view from the porch, elegant modern wood-style furnishings, traditional dishes revisited in a modern style, excellent ingredients selected and fresh daily. Few but varied meat dishes, fantastic cuisine; excellent and fast service. Fantastic wines on offer; Convenient parking in front of the entrance.

01/03/2025: We were guests of this wonderful structure in a company of 13 friends to follow our Hockey team away to Pieve. The structure was recommended to us by a dear local friend. We had already liked the photos on the site a lot, but the reality was an even more enchanting surprise. The kindness of the owner Mr. Federico and all his staff made us feel at home. The warm, wonderfully renovated environment is a perfect fusion of romance and comfort. Everything perfect: the rooms, the food, the abundant breakfast with fresh products. A truly exceptional experience.

20/02/2025: If you are looking for an informal but particular, friendly place where you can drink and eat in company and listen to good music, this is the ideal place! You can't leave without having fun! I would give a premium on everything! Vintage themed place with gorgeous pieces of furniture, fantastic food and the quality of the cured meats, cheeses and meat are spectacular. Even the vegetarian dishes are top. Great selection of beers. Always live music on the weekend with musical gems you don't expect! And then in the summer it opens up to the party. Large outdoor space with even Mexican "food trucks" and lots and lots of nice people! For the more "daring" there is also a skate track! Highly recommended!

The Sommelier has a nose for exactly what your palette desires. No one is upselling you. No one is telling you to spend 1000s. Fine dining in the most casual sense. Elevating what farm to table defines. Lovely.

15/03/2025: Nos encantó SanBrite - si usted es un amante de la comida, usted debe ir. Hemos descubierto que muchos restaurantes con estrellas Michelin parecen ser bastante similares en estos días y a menudo carecen de algo... ¡pero no de SanBrite! Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta el momento en que nos fuimos, toda la experiencia fue increíble. Tuvimos el menú degustación @ Euros 150 por persona y fue increíble. Unos cuantos artículos peculiares en el camino y luego un viaje sorpresa a la bodega para el curso de queso - maravilloso - no vamos a olvidar que en un apuro! Personal brillante también - el jefe de cocina solía trabajar en Osteria Francescana en Módena, que creo que en algún momento, fue elegido el mejor restaurante del mundo. Do go - fue por mucho la mejor comida que tuvimos en Cortina d'Ampezzo! Gracias chicos!
