23/10/2025: Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good; it seemed more like it had been thawed and reheated (ready meals), and the house wine was a bit acidic and too warm.
The ambiance was fine, but perhaps they could try to improve the quality of the food a bit.
12/10/2025: Friendly waiter... Very long wait, despite there being very few customers. The bruschetta appetizer wasn't bad. The pasta was almost raw, the wild boar ragù was full of oil, flavorless, and even a bit tough—nothing like wild boar ragù. The sliced pork loin with lard was fine. Umbrians are very good at making porchetta, but if they'd seen that, they wouldn't have even tried it. Don't order the house wine. At the end, the guy at the cashier gives you the bill without even apologizing or offering a discount.

27/07/2025: Extremely annoying! When they hold their parties for seniors who want to recapture their lost adolescence. Loud music until 1:00 AM. They can be heard everywhere in town, with no respect for others. Plus, they litter the entire surrounding area.

14/05/2025: Very positive experience.
I booked a table for 4 from Milan on the anniversary of my dear friends, asking for a little surprise for them, as soon as we arrived we found a small bouquet of fresh flowers on the table. The food was truly exquisite and 100% recommended. Thanks to the managers for their kindness.
21/04/2025: It is no longer Lu Frigu but, where Lu Frigu was, the Bosco del Velino has moved which until recently was Campacci di Marmore. The place is neither beautiful nor spacious, it is difficult to park your car except in front of the nearby condominiums whose owners, probably with good reasons, are protesting bitterly.
But the food is quite good, traditional Terni dishes, I would say top quality ingredients. The service is quite nice. Honest prices.

02/05/2025: We had a reservation for dinner on May 1st at this restaurant, and it had been confirmed that it would be open that evening. However, when we arrived yesterday, we found the restaurant closed, without having received any communication. Fortunately, we were able to find another available restaurant at the last minute, but the situation was decidedly unpleasant.
30/03/2025: Noisy place where it's impossible to converse among diners. Dishes arrived 20 minutes apart between people at the same table. They didn't bring us any portions of the tasting appetizer, and they even treated us as if we'd tried to steal a paltry portion of bruschetta and porchetta. They brought us eight of the nine planned tasting appetizer courses. Otherwise, the food was good, nothing to complain about, but I won't be returning.
