The manager is very attentive and present, explaining the dishes carefully and recommending cheeses, cured meats, dishes, and wines, with precise and informative descriptions. The chef is young and very knowledgeable, and prepares dishes according to requests. The wine cellar offers a wide selection.
11/10/2025: We found the restaurant on the recommendation of locals and immediately loved the ambiance and the outdoor seating. We had dinner featuring traditional Umbrian products reimagined, and the staff were superb. Everything was so good we returned the next evening.

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

Excellent quality fish and excellent cuisine.

affidata a due sorelle cordialissime; conversazione piacevole con entrambe.
Cucina super genuina, di ottima preparazione affidata alla madre delle due, gusto ottimo sia per i primi che per i secondi come il vino. Prossima al sito di Rasiglia, ma su un altro pianeta del piacere, rispetto agli esercizi contigui al sito.
Una esperienza che varrebbe la pena di ripetere pur distante 250 km da casa.

The dishes were of excellent quality and beautifully presented; the owner was very kind and friendly, and the service was impeccable. The appetizers were excellent and delicious. The first courses were exceptional. The meat was delicious. Highly recommended for celebrating events and anniversaries, as well as for spending a pleasant evening in a welcoming setting enjoying excellent food.
06/09/2025: We stopped for dinner with friends, having booked two days in advance. Excellent service, great food, a wonderful evening, we'll definitely be back.

19/09/2025: In the historic center, with just a few tables in the main square, it's a café, but you can also have lunch. We were impressed by the delicious food and the friendly, cheerful staff. Well done.
