11/01/2026: I rarely eat out lately because I don't trust them; there are so many improvised ones. Here, however, I had a pleasant and unexpected surprise. My impression is that in their kitchen, the majority of the food is truly handmade, like the creamy desserts with a few lumps in them, an unmistakable sign that it was made by hand—light, extremely delicate. The tagliatelle with truffle FINALLY, with real truffles, absolutely no sauce or oil, the strangozzi with fresh seasonal mushrooms, delicious, and the final touch: mocha coffee. It's certainly not the same as espresso, but I sensed a truly surprising delicacy and originality in the idea. They bring the mocha to the table, so the gesture of pouring myself the coffee with that aluminum mocha, like the old Bialettis, that tastes so much like home, made me feel serenely good! The duck breast was delicious with a delicious caramelized orange reduction. Maybe I would have left the breast a little undercooked and used less caramelized orange (but no, really, we're looking for a lake in a haystack). Fair price. Attentive and friendly staff despite the rather crowded place.... Congratulations I will definitely be back.

21/11/2025: The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!

06/01/2026: I've been there several times and I can say that the food is AMAZING! The platter is highly recommended because it's amazing, but the first courses are also very good. The carbonara, in my opinion, is very well made, creamy and full of guanciale.

03/01/2026: My bad experience doesn't give me any advice. I ordered pasta with truffle (the only option without pecorino), and a small portion of tagliolini with a light sprinkling of truffle was brought to my table. After taking my first bite, I asked the waitress if there really wasn't any pecorino, a cheese I hate (sorry to anyone who likes it). She replied firmly, "Absolutely not! There's just butter and truffle." At that point, I gave my portion to my fellow diners, as I couldn't eat it. After paying the dues (23 euros for a small portion of tagliolini with truffle), we asked the cashier if there really wasn't any pecorino in the tagliolini with truffle. She replied, "Of course tagliolini with truffle are creamed with pecorino!" I literally felt like I was being mocked.

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.

18/10/2025: Even though we live in Foligno, we go here often. Everything is excellent, you definitely won't leave hungry, in fact, even too much. Perfect value for money, and kid-friendly. You can sit inside or outside. It's great all year round. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

19/09/2025: Tiramisu Restaurant – amazing! I visited Tiramisu Restaurant and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is very pleasant, cozy, and relaxing. The staff is polite and attentive, and the service is excellent. I especially want to mention the tiramisu with pistachio and Nutella – both options are simply delicious, tender, and absolutely delicious. A true delight! 21/12/2025: I stayed one night for work and was given a spacious, fully renovated double room with a very large bathroom. The morning breakfast was quite extensive, and the service was good. Overall, the hotel deserves a thumbs up, especially considering its location and the manager's ability to provide a parking permit nearby.
