Each dish is better than the other from start to finish, never banal but always sensational!! For me the best place on Foligno
24/01/2025: Upon entering you immediately feel the right atmosphere, like a tavern. The food is excellent and the cuisine on offer changes every week, paying attention to the territory and raw materials. Pigeon is their trademark, it's how my grandmother made it. There is no lack of love for music, which made me nothing but happy. When I pass through Foligno I will definitely return to try the first courses.

06/03/2025: Good pastrami sandwich, but the bread was really too dry, unfortunately it comes out smelling cooked, because the extraction of the kitchen hood does not guarantee correct extraction. Friendly service, fair prices.

It is beautiful, welcoming, very clean and offers excellent services and hospitality. Inside there is also a renowned restaurant where you can eat really well. The staff are very professional and helpful and friendly. Really a great hotel.

07/03/2025: Lovely place! Pizzas are so delicious! Nice friendly service (our server was a very sweet girl from Romania), plenty of parking on site. Locals love this place (a great sign for me as a visitor) and it never disappoints! Visiting Spello for the second time and visiting it each time with friends who live here ;)

Very nice environment with photographic exhibition, excellent blues music and professional as well as friendly and nice staff who accompanied us in an excellent dinner of gourmet dishes based on local 0 km products. Excellent choice of wines and beers. The welcome of a very nice dachshund dog was very pleasant. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
