02/11/2024: Bad experience, not to be made again, the pizza looks like cracks, inedible, all frozen, the only thing they produce, the supplì was finished

06/01/2025: My husband and I stayed at this property the night between 4 and 5 January 2025. Upon arrival, no one answered the intercom. A gentleman who was working in the garden had to open the gate for us. The lady at the reception was eating and greeted us with her mouth full, so much so that she couldn't even respond to our greeting. She told us that she didn't know that we had the spa included, but my husband had purchased the complete package. Given our insistence, with paper reservation in hand, he showed us the time dedicated to us, but shortly after he called us back to tell us to wait longer. However, the most disconcerting thing was that he assigned us a room that was still dirty because the previous guests had just left. So we opened the door and found the bed unmade, slippers thrown around, etc. At this point we were assigned another room, and I pointed out that TO BE A 5 STAR, the essential products were missing, for example body cream! The shower gel dispenser was half empty. The room was definitely not up to 5 star standards, but at least it was clean. In the mini bar there were only two bottles of water and here came the second surprise: the bottle of sparkling water tasted like orange, so it had been used by previous guests (who had evidently eaten an orange or a tangerine) and then filled! The spa was fortunately clean and well-stocked, although the outdoor pool which should have been set at 38 degrees was freezing, and the sauna was not working. The reading room on the ground floor is nice. As for breakfast on the veranda, the products were absolutely not up to par, and it took half an hour to get a hot tea and a cappuccino (we had practically finished breakfast). The gate should have opened automatically from the inside, but instead we always had difficulties. The staff is absolutely unprepared and uncourteous. The location however is beautiful, so it's a big shame!

15/12/2024: Excellent experience, friendly and always helpful staff, beautiful structure, absolute tranquility especially because few cars pass on the road 20 meters from the relais. Clean and equipped spa, and above all private at the time you book it. Lack of balcony and bathtub in the rooms, price per night 200 euros for 2 with spa treatment. Overall recommended.

20/02/2025: Il ristorante è molto bello e accogliente. Ha Una buona carta di vini e diverse possibilità (menù pinsa, menu hamburger,...). Prezzi nella media. Suggerirei più possibilità di pesce (fresco).

26/03/2025: We stoped by to order some diner as everything was closed in Assisi. We ordered fish and chips and a couple of paninis. The owner I think gave us a couple of free items due to the big ordered. Thank you for such a nice customer service.

12/10/2024: Collocata all'interno del castello di Postignano la casa rosa offre il piacere di una accoglienza cordiale, un servizio impeccabile e una cucina armonica e perfettamente integrata nel territorio. La scelta dei vini é completa e il sommelier Marco ha la capacità di incantare nella spiegazione dei vini. Esperienza veramente ottima.

11/10/2024: Bellissima giornata, location stupenda, accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza al massimo, da parte delle ragazze ma soprattutto dello chef che ha allestito appositamente x noi, x festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito, due menu degustazione deliziosi. 02/02/2025: Friendly staff despite the terrible outcome given the inappropriate, uncomfortable arrangement without even having the foresight to make me eat with the tablecloth because I was arranged "as best I could". It would have been more professional to say "we are fully booked". The cold cuts were good, then I had some absolutely tasteless ravioli dipped in sauce and only then literally filled with cheap chilli powder. I ate 2 just long enough to realize that they were simply inedible!!! It was rightly taken off my final bill and I appreciated it I was with 3 other people who ate without being satisfied, each for different reasons. Disappointment for the non-existent truffle (only in cream and similar) Neither I nor they will return to this Osteria again

23/02/2025: Among the most convenient service places on the motorways. Friendly and present staff. We stopped on Sunday for about 30 minutes. I recommend having lunch at the self-service restaurant, excellent food at reasonable prices considering that a sandwich in the bar area instead cost €8-9 with simple cold cuts. Fairly clean bathrooms, certainly at other times of the year it is very busy, there is also parking and a fuel station.

15/10/2024: Excellent place from where you dominate the city of Perugia. Inside we find many green spaces, a restaurant which is also suitable for refreshments, very organised, with swimming pools, tennis courts and lots of games for children. We spent a beautiful birthday of our granddaughter, together with all her companions, highly recommended.

12/08/2024: First and last time I come here. The swimming pool itself is ok, shame about the rudeness of the "president" of the sports center. Noticing people at the poolside without swimming caps, I entered thinking it wasn't compulsory, but I was immediately scared of this old man who started shouting to put on swimming caps and read the rules at the entrance (the sign was so discolored that it seemed to date back to when they founded the university). Only later did I discover that he was the president of the CUS. Given his role, I suggest taking care of the environment around the swimming pool (which looks like a latrine) rather than making these inappropriate scenes.

11/01/2025: Orvieto is a wonderful city, but unfortunately our experience did not end in the best way. We had dinner in a cold room and, after asking if it was possible to raise the temperature or move to a warmer area, we were told that the problem was caused by people who went to the bathroom without closing the door. Among us there was a person undergoing chemotherapy, and we kindly asked if they could bring us two chips or anything else to allow her to take her pills, which must be taken at specific times. The answer? “There are other tables.” After half an hour of waiting, we had to ask for something to eat again, underlining the urgency linked to the needs of the therapy. However, we were told that another table had priority and that they would be served first. Apparently, in the restaurant it works like in a butcher's shop: one table at a time. The pizzas arrived very late, clearly unleavened and of poor quality. The service, already unsatisfactory, was the worst part of the experience. Importantly, the place was practically empty, which makes the whole situation even more surreal. Overall rating? Less than one. A disconcerting experience that left us deeply disappointed.

29/12/2024: Cold room, without any heat source. Very long waiting times for three first courses and a portion of chips. I would like to remind these people that if people come for dinner it is because they are also hungry. Meager dishes (among other things, a white pasta for a small child, 10 euros, shameful), in particular the first bacon and pecorino was really poor. We wanted to order something else but then, given the biblical times, the quality of the dishes and the cold, we opted to leave. Change job! Happy New Year

15/01/2025: The owner was very kind and served us personally. Available and attentive to every need. The vegetarian torte al testo is delicious, rich in typical Umbrian condiments and with attention to every detail. The Cappuccino is very good.

23/03/2025: I was eating so deliciously... I left my pouch with my passport at the restaurant and went to Rome. The hotel in Rome recognized it and called the restaurant, and luckily they had it in their possession. I visited twice and the food was the best! Thank you so much.

23/03/2025: When I first came to this restaurant, everything felt fancy and was really pretty. I sat on a table with my family then looked at the menu and after that ordered something. We were left waiting for about 10 minutes then our food finally arrived. It looked really good and seemed delicious so I ate the food with my family and it tasted really well. When I finished the food I already felt really full and was really happy of coming here. I hope soon enough I'll get the chance to come back because this place is really great. When coming to Orvieto never miss this restaurant!

16/12/2024: Trovatoci a Perugia in orario di pranzo io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati in questa osteria. Questa è la nostra opinione: Punti forti - vino della casa, un rosso umbro della casa a 10€, molto difficile trovare in giro di meglio a questo prezzo. -personale molto cortese Punti deboli -l'antipasto a 16€, misero e con affettato rancido -pasta scotta e sugo slegato Nel complesso può migliorare molto.

09/03/2025: Mi devo ricredere rispetto alle altre volte e purtroppo devo dare ragione a chi finora ha espresso pareri negativi : pranzo prenotato alle 13:00 , cameriere che prende la comanda alle 13:50 e ci rappresenta a mo di minaccia, che " avendo ordinato cose diverse mangeremo tardi" .....purtroppo la gente non ha sempre gli stessi gusti e se esiste un menù ognuno è libero di scegliere ciò che gli piace altrimenti basta mettere 3 cose solamente e la scelta si limita!!!. Il primo di noi ha mangiato ovviamente da solo alle 14:20 e siamo arrivati al dolce alle 16:30. Vorrei soffermarmi anche sul cibo: al posto degli gnocchi dono arrivati dei tortelli di pesce, l'hamburger era stato forse cotto la mattina e buttato dentro un panino freddo di frigo, nelle grigliate la carne sapeva di formaggio perché, forse, cotta sopra una griglia non pulita usata magari per una scamorza...... A parte questo il panorama è bellissimo ma il panorama non basta per soddisfare un cliente e fare cucina è sicuramente tutt'altro, partendo dalla qualità delle materie prime e dall'accortezza nelle preparazioni.

09/12/2024: Assolutamente incongruente il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Due pezzettini di controfiletto, un pugnetto di bieta ripassata ed un caffè: 30€! Non si rendono conto che per 5/10€ in più, non rivedranno più un potenziale nuovo Cliente! Non è assolutamente più tollerabile essere considerati "Clienti bancomat"! Ci si può sentire fregati, una volta; ma, a due non s'arriva!
