02/03/2025: We went to this restaurant about four times, even bringing people, but we will never go again. Every time we asked for a change in some food, or other, they always brought up some problem, even for a simple change of mozzarella due to intolerances. They make the customer feel uncomfortable and in any case, the food is normal, nothing that can't be found in any other restaurant in the area. For me it's NO 😕😕😕😕😕👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

16/01/2025: The village is beautiful, renovated starting from structures from around the 1500s, enchanting. With some adjustments it can improve a lot. The absence of a bidet in almost all apartments is a glaring lack. Good and rich breakfast, discreet cleanliness in the rooms. Avoid events (such as New Year's Eve), where the dinner was completely improvised, served in the best possible way, with poor quality food (the children's menu was the worst), made even worse by a couple of scoundrels playing music (dated but not terribly bad, but in an almost grotesque way). You have an excellent base in your hands, it can be improved with a little good will.

07/02/2025: Posto molto carino e cibo veramente buono, servizio gentile e discreto. La location è molto bella e curata. Ho preso un antipasto di salumi, formaggi e bruschette e delle penne alla norcina, tutto veramente buono. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è, se possibile, di servire anche delle confetture o del miele di accompagnamento con i formaggi.

04/02/2025: In posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal Duomo di Spoleto, il ristorante ha ambienti suggestivi, autenticamente medioevali. L’atmosfera è rilassante e le voci degli altri ospiti arrivano piacevolmente attutite. Menu ricco, decisamente tipico; altrettanto ricca, la lista dei vini, attenta ai vini del territorio. Il personale di sala è stato attento, solerte e discreto. Assaggiati il tagliere di bruschette (eccellenti quella con crema di asparagi e quella con salsa di peperoni), formaggi (di due qualità, entrambi ottimi) e affettati (ottimo il prosciutto, ma peccato per qualche fetta che sarebbe stato preferibile ricevere “pulita” da parti un po’ troppo secche); poi una “strapazzata” di uova al tartufo, ottima, esattamente con la cottura che avevo richiesto (non asciutta); infine, una cicoria ripassata, squisita, e altrettanto buoni i funghi porcini trifolati. Porzioni più che generose. Vino Montefalco doc Rocca di Fabbri, molto gradevole e adatto alle scelte. Da visitare di nuovo.

Situato vicino al centro di Perugia, questo locale offre un ambiente accogliente e moderno, perfetto per una serata tra amici o una cena informale. Il design del locale è curato nei minimi dettagli, creando un’atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Il personale di Impasto è cordiale e professionale, sempre pronto a consigliarti la pizza o il fritto del giorno. La passione che mettono nel loro lavoro si riflette nel servizio impeccabile e nell’attenzione al cliente.

03/03/2025: L'unico piatto da salvare, molto buono, è stato la coratella. I primi con poco sapore: tagliatelle con rigaglie asciutte e con poca carne, agnolotti al tartufo...senza profumo, lo stesso dicasi per l'arrosto al tartufo. Saremo stati poco fortunati ! Il servizio poi, con locale pieno, un solo cameriere che girava...e faceva errori.

28/10/2024: È una trattoria Autentica,verace,Genuina:piatti della tradizione,cucinati come li farebbe la vostra nonna.Siamo stati sabato scorso,su segnalazione di un amico del posto.All'ingresso ci accoglie il bar ,poi nella sala successiva si entra nella trattoria:semplice e pulita,tovaglia di carta...ma chissene importa è dentro il piatto che troverete i sapori antichi .Fino a sabato la migliore coratella della mia vita l'avevo assaggiata da nonna Rita,ma questa ( sia pur con l'aggiunta del pomodoro)la eguaglia.Bruschette x antipasto,buone le pappardelle con il sugo di cinghiale ( molto sottile la sfoglia e sugo non molto pesante),delicato il filetto di maiale al pepe verde e ottima la costata di scottona alla brace,con rosmarino...in aggiunta (richiesta da me) un'ottima salsiccia alla brace,per contorno cicoria ed bieta ripassate in padella.i tozzetti con il vino santo come dessert e vino della casa rosso Prezzo onesto .Come buon peso,un servizio gentile e veloce, torneremo e lo consiglieremo agli amici!

21/01/2025: Ho assaggiato solo la pizza oltre a un piccolo antipasto con arrosticini e olive ascolane ed è stato tutto molto apprezzato!!birra rossa alla spina molto buona... non sempre scontato perché spesso non vengono controllati gli impianti di spillatura.Nota positiva anche per il servizio in sala dei ragazzi e per il conto...

15/03/2025: Nonostante lo sconto troppo caro per essere una trattoria, non mi era mai successo che il vino venisse servito a tavola già stappato e il cameriere nemmeno ha chiesto se ci piacesse o meno. Un tagliere con 4 fettine di affettati misti e 3 bruschette di 4cm al costo di 16€, una tagliata semplice 20€. Ma stiamo scherzando? In altri locali della città allo stesso prezzo fai un menù a base di tartufo!

12/11/2024: We have been guests at Patrizia several times and are always surprised at how friendly and accommodating the whole team is. The rooms are very clean and the food is simply excellent. The appetizer buffet is also unsurpassed. The wellness area is very well maintained and inviting with a wide range of saunas, a roof-top whirlpool bath and inviting relaxation rooms. The fitness room is well designed, although there is no rowing machine. The other devices are great. The fitness offering also includes yoga and Pilates, both of which are taught by very competent instructors.

06/11/2024: The star rating for the Hotel Patrizia here on this platform is not sufficient to rate the hotel! For us there are 10 stars!!! Whether the location of the hotel, its cleanliness and style, whether the great food, the service and friendliness of the staff, whether the extremely clean wellness (especially the sauna on the roof with a view of the valley)... For us, this hotel is hard or impossible to beat!!! The staff at the Hotel Patrizia is simply amazing! The staff at Haus Patrizia are always friendly, courteous, always ready and extremely attentive! We find the staff to be extremely friendly and unparalleled... After several stays at the Hotel Patrizia over the years, the staff is still the same! This fact alone speaks for the satisfaction of the staff, which also lets the guests feel this satisfaction. We are particularly looking forward to individual service employees with whom we have already developed a kind of friendship... Robert, who has always accompanied us in Patrizia's house since our first visit in 2019, is one of these excellent people!! Always open, first class service at the table and at the bar as a bartender... Robert is one of those all-rounders who contributes significantly to a special sense of well-being and, with his style and skills, probably plays a special role in the Patrizia house! The rooms in the Hotel Patrizia are always extremely clean, always very spacious, and have a wonderful view over Dorf-Tirol and the Merano valley... We always feel at home here because we attach great importance to cleanliness...! There is also a quick cleaning every now and then during the day... Where can you find something like that? The super comfortable, always clean and spacious beds are also easy to feel good about:-)
