18/05/2025: Barista scortesissimo, in fila con altri fa superare chi conosce e alla richiesta di rispettare la fila ci viene urlato ‘se state là dietro’ e continua a borbottare al seguito.

The waitress was incredibly rude from the first moment, she seemed annoyed by our mere presence. No smile, no courtesy: a decidedly unacceptable attitude for those who work in contact with the public. We won't be returning.

11/01/2025: Orvieto is a wonderful city, but unfortunately our experience did not end in the best way. We dined in a cold place and, after asking if it was possible to raise the temperature or move to a warmer area, we were told that the problem was caused by people going to the bathroom without closing the door. Among us was a person undergoing chemotherapy, and we kindly asked if they could bring us two chips or anything else to allow her to take her pills, which must be taken at specific times. The answer? “There are other tables”. After half an hour of waiting, we had to ask for something to eat again, stressing the urgency related to the needs of the therapy. However, we were told that another table had priority and that they would be served first. Apparently, in a restaurant it works like in a butcher’s shop: one table at a time. The pizzas arrived with a considerable delay, clearly not risen and of very poor quality. The service, already unsatisfactory, was the worst part of the experience. It is important to note that the place was practically empty, which makes the whole situation even more surreal. Overall rating? Less than one. A disconcerting experience that left us deeply disappointed.

29/12/2024: Cold place, without any heat source. Very long waiting times for three first courses and a portion of chips. I would like to remind these people that if people come for dinner it is because they are also hungry. Meager dishes (among other things a pasta in bianco for a small child 10 euros, shameful), in particular the first guanciale and pecorino was really miserable. We wanted to order something else but then, given the biblical times, the quality of the dishes and the cold suffered, we opted to leave. Change profession! Happy New Year

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

30/05/2025: 2nd update: I just need to add a few things. The price-performance ratio at the complex is great. Very reasonable apartment prices. Breakfast for €10 and a two-course dinner for €30 if ordered in advance. And the lawn was mowed yesterday. The two pools are also good. The view from our balcony in apartment 408 is fantastic. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Very close to the SS3, but not audible. The mattress is super comfortable. Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex and super fast, even for streaming videos. I think if you work on a few small things, something really good can emerge. So keep it up. The only downside in apartment 408: When the neighbors turn on the air conditioning, it's very loud in the bedroom, even with the windows closed. This is due to the very poorly positioned external air conditioning unit. Review update: The nice lady at the reception desk read my information and brought me some kitchen equipment and two wine glasses. Dinner was also quite good. We had crostini and potato pâté with truffle and Parmesan cream. It was quite good. My wife then had homemade tagliatelle with ragu sauce, and I had wild boar goulash. The tagliatelle was good. The sauce was okay. The wild boar was good. The vino rosso della casa was much too cold. When it warmed up, it was good. Overall, the food was good, but there was still room for improvement. The breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired. Everything looks really good and was really good, except for the scrambled eggs. That was due to the eggs used, which had a strange smell and taste. The kitchen has no pots and pans and no dish soap, so why would I get an apartment with a kitchen when I'll have trouble preparing breakfast, let alone cooking? The entire green area outside is pretty neglected. They should hire a gardener. The pools look pretty good. The restaurant looks nice. Let's see how it tastes.

27/05/2025: I spent a weekend surrounded by greenery with my friends, very welcoming and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and good dinner. Recommended, we will definitely be back!

09/12/2024: Assolutamente incongruente il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Due pezzettini di controfiletto, un pugnetto di bieta ripassata ed un caffè: 30€! Non si rendono conto che per 5/10€ in più, non rivedranno più un potenziale nuovo Cliente! Non è assolutamente più tollerabile essere considerati "Clienti bancomat"! Ci si può sentire fregati, una volta; ma, a due non s'arriva!

25/04/2025: Nulla di che,ambiente molto rumoroso,servizio discreto e cucina da mensa.Abbiamo atteso un’ora per il secondo piatto ed è pure arrivato freddo!

02/06/2025: Luca's restaurant was a pleasant surprise: despite the late hour and the heat we enjoyed a delicious porchetta sandwich, made with pizza bread and filled on the spot, fast and attentive service under the trees in the garden attached to the restaurant, in short, few pretensions but good substance and excellent quality, I recommend it!

09/05/2025: Fantastic pizza with top quality ingredients, superb focaccia with porchetta and really good local cold cuts. Welcoming location especially the private garden. We will definitely be back.

30/04/2025: Este bar - bistrot está a orillas del lago Trasimeno, un hermoso lugar para disfrutar del almuerzo. Sin embargo, después de 30 minutos el almuerzo no había llegado, y solo había otra pareja aquí. Los raviolis con tomates cherry estaban buenos cuando finalmente llegaron, pero no había oferta de parmigiano o pimienta negra. Parece que este lugar comercia con su ubicación, pero no invierte en su personal.

26/04/2025: Impasto a Perugia, di fronte al cinema multisala UCI, è il tipico esempio di pizzeria nate sul modello americano, però qui la pizza è molto meglio. Direi Ottima. Avrei qualche riserva sul colore del locale, quasi interamente di colore nero, e dei servizi igienici, veramente scomodi e mal posizionati. Quello che però ci ha dato veramente fastidio è il servizio asfissiante. Dopo pochissimi minuti che ti sei seduto iniziano a chiederti di ordinare, e poi non appena lo hai fatti passano in continuazione a chiederti se va tutto bene, mentre mangi passano ogni minuto per sapere se va bene , se vuoi altro, se possono portare via i piatti. Insomma, non ti lasciano cenare in pace. Se aggiungiamo poi che i tavoli sono piccoli e vicinissimo l'uno all'altro, diventa veramente un insieme caotico. Ripeto, la pizza è molto buona, ma locale e servizio lasciano a desiderare .

23/03/2025: Sono tornato dopo diverso tempo ricordandomi una pizza molto buona, penso sia cambiata la gestione. Comunque, camerieri molto gentili e veloci, la cucina molto lenta. La pizza? Non è stata come me la ricordavo. Se, è dico se, dovessi tornarci proverò il menù ristorante. Per la gestione consiglierei di organizzare meglio la cucina e rivedere la prenotazione dell'impasto della pizza.

02/06/2025: Indubbiamente la location è bella e piacevole ma non basta.. abbiamo preso pesce e carne, e non siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti. .. Vino della casa piuttosto scarso.... Prezzo decisamente alto.

15/05/2025: Ottima scelta vegetariana, antipasto ricco, fettuccine con i funghi porcini molto buone. Io mio compagno ha mangiato un ottimo piatto con pesce di lago.
