25/08/2025: Il Baronetto in Amelia was a wonderful discovery. The restaurant features a charming garden and a terrace with a breathtaking view, ideal for enjoying a relaxing dinner. The decor is original and meticulously crafted, never boring, as is the table setting: it's impossible not to notice the truly unique and refined placemats. The staff is kind, attentive, and available to satisfy every request, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The cuisine is simply excellent: the homemade pasta with a spectacular ragù, the flavorful main courses, and the unforgettable side dishes. The waiter's recommendations were also excellent, guiding our choices. Finally, the dessert: sublime, delicate, and perfect. I wasn't familiar with the town of Amelia, but now I have one more reason to return: Il Baronetto is truly worth a visit.

08/08/2025: It's a beautiful location with stunning views, tucked away on a hill in the village. Parking is available downstairs, and then you have to hike up a steep hill. The service could have been better; the hostess wasn't very welcoming. The food was pricey, and the portions small. However, the carpaccio was very tasty, as was the ravioli with tartufo. Unfortunately, the lamb was overcooked and dry. It's a shame, as such a beautiful location offers so many possibilities! Three appetizers, two main courses, a bottle of water, a glass of wine, and a cappuccino cost €110.

19/07/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of Assisi, with just a few tables in an intimate space. Sometimes, when reservations exceed expectations, service can be a bit chaotic, considering the restaurant is run by just two people: a chef and a waitress. However, despite the chaos, the waitress does her best to ensure a pleasant experience, always remaining kind and helpful. The food is good and the dishes are carefully prepared, demonstrating the chef's attention to detail and passion. It's a shame that yesterday the bread ran out at 8:40 PM, a frustrating detail, especially considering that the truffle-poached egg is one of the menu's signature dishes. Despite this inconvenience, the quality-price ratio is excellent, thanks in part to a discount that made the meal even more affordable. Overall, a restaurant worth visiting, especially if you're willing to forgive a few small mistakes.

16/07/2025: We tried this little place based on the good reviews; it must be said right away that the dinner itself was average, with good, average dishes. The problem, however, is dessert: €8 for three spoonfuls of tiramisu is excessive...

02/05/2025: La sua priorità è alla cassa ... Per ordinare si può sperare che dopo 20 minuti qualcuno si avvicini al tavolo dove ti ha invitato a sederti. Se invece decidi di non aspettare oltre e fai per andartene in silenzio, per cercare altrove almeno un poco d'acqua, il cassiere ti prende pure a maleparole. Tuttavia, fuori è un incanto estivo e riprendi quantomeno a respirare.

12/07/2025: In response to the great master Roberto Agostinelli, I am very sorry to read and understand your review, written with stupidity and superficiality... comparing my croissant (awarded and appreciated everywhere since I supply Terni) to a frozen croissant is pure malice regarding the raw materials, I only use the highest quality unlike those before (Carlo the bungler because comparing him to a pastry chef is an insult to my category) I am 28 years old and have a long way to go but stupid reviews like yours really piss me off because they are written with the mouths of others... and then as for the staff, no one is mistreated unlike before, I was there, she is not, so before speaking, use your brain, if you have one... we have only taken over a historic Terni pastry shop and we are bringing it where it deserves to be because if the Clapier pastry shop is still open it is thanks to my family who invested money, patience and love in this work, then if you really miss the mediocrity of before, go to Carlo and Sandra and have them make your croissants because we do not know what mediocrity is What is good life...and if you want to discuss the truly excellent raw materials with me, I'm waiting for you...

28/08/2025: A very pleasant bar in Deruta's main square, with lovely outdoor tables made of modern ceramic. We opted for an aperitivo; the cocktails were good, although I would have appreciated a few more appetizers. The owner was very kind and courteous, and I also thank her for recommending a restaurant I really enjoyed.

12/07/2025: Una comida magnífica con un servicio amable en el restaurante con hermosas vistas desde Montone. Buena relación calidad-precio y un excelente menú de comida Italiano . Una visita obligada si estás en la zona.

10/07/2025: Ondanks het sfeervolle terras en mooie menu-kaart was de service in dit restaurant zwaar ondermaats. De vriendelijke gastvrouw leek de bediening in de zaal alleen te verzorgen waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten op onze menu-kaart en het opnemen en krijgen van onze drank. Verder kwam de gastvrouw bijna niet op het terras dus iets bijbestellen, verliep moeizaam. Na meer dan anderhalf uur wachten kregen we onze gerechten. Hierbij kaderend dat elk van ons enkel een hoofdgerecht besteld had; 4 vleesgerechten en 1 pasta. De pasta met mosselen en de ribs waren lekker. De eend was aan de droge kant. De porties waren erg klein in vergelijking met anderen restaurants in de streek. Door de ondermaatse bediening durfden we geen dessert meer bestellen wat maakt dat sommigen onder ons met honger naar huis gegaan zijn. Over het algemeen was dit één van de duurdere restaurants die we in de streek geprobeerd hebben. De kleine porties en veel te lange wachttijd, maakt dat we dit restaurant slechts een 2 geven. Er zijn veel betere alternatieven in de streek waar je meer waar krijgt voor je geld!

06/05/2025: Questo locale è veramente molto particolare.. piccolino, con pochi tavoli, il proprietario è super simpatico e gentile e si mangiano solo piatti tipici. Il menù non è ampio.. 2 primi e 2 secondi.. La pasta però è fatta in casa e le porzioni sono abbondanti e cucinate bene. A noi personalmente e’ piaciuta sia la cena che l’atmosfera. Merita una visita..

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria in una serata particolarmente affollata, ovvero durante la processione del Venerdì Santo. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sembravano un pò smarrite nella gestione dei tavoli e delle prenotazioni, ma la prima impressione è stata poi smentita dalla loro simpatia e cordialità. I tempi di attesa sono stati meno lunghi di come me li prospettavo, data l'affluenza. Ma soprattutto il cibo è davvero ottimo, persino il pesce (inaspettatamente per una tipica trattoria umbra). 03/09/2025: There were three of us and we arrived at this restaurant on a muggy August evening. Valter, a cheerful and helpful man, welcomed us. I didn't want to eat outside, even though it was very beautiful, so I asked if it was possible to eat inside with the air conditioning. Valter turned on the lights and air conditioning for us with no problem. Fantastic... The Florentine steak was exceptional, and everything else about the dinner was as well. I recommend it without hesitation.

15/06/2025: È la seconda volta che mangio in questo posto, hanno un ottimo menu della tradizione umbra. La coratella era buonissima veramente,la straconsiglio. La pizza è la classica bassa e scrocchiarella come usa da noi ma forse poteva essere più cotta. Comunque una buona pizza a prezzi molto accessibili e così tutto il resto del menù. Locale con molti coperti ma il servizio è abituato a fare i numeri avendo uno staff molto numeroso. Bravi. Prezzi molto onesti

18/08/2025: I'd like to say that the place deserves a clean hotel, good rooms, a well-maintained pool, and above all, a wonderful view. But unfortunately, the part I have to criticize are some flaws that shouldn't happen in a respectable hotel. First of all, the empty minibar. Then, on the website, it says aperitifs at the pool bar, but it was as if the bar didn't exist. I noticed that a girl was the bartender upstairs, the bartender downstairs, and she was also at the reception. I don't know, maybe in the middle of August, they should have a little more staff. Anyway, you can't praise service and then not do it. At least the restaurant works well. We ate well, and we were looked after even better.

20/04/2025: Without a doubt, terrible place for the service. I will no longer come to Cascia. I will only come in passing because I am a devotee of Saint Rita but I will no longer stay in Cascia.
