28/09/2025: It's a work in progress! It's the ongoing artistic, structural, and cultural restoration of the former Agip motel. It's a visual journey, a growing work of art; it's more than just a hotel. The breakfast buffet is top-notch. Ask for an Art Room if you don't want to leave empty-handed. I booked a Smart Room; it hadn't been decorated by any artist yet. The bathroom and room were spotless. The staff were always present and helpful. The furnishings are almost entirely historic. The location is very convenient. It's a gem worth experiencing during your visit to Spoleto.

09/10/2025: I visited Finnegan Restaurant and was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly and always smiling, and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I ordered a Finnegan pizza: light, fragrant, and well-cooked dough, with top-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. Truly one of the best pizzas I've eaten recently! I washed it all down with a cold, full-flavored Warsteiner beer, which paired perfectly with the pizza. To finish, I couldn't miss a delicious tiramisu, perfectly creamy and made with fresh ingredients—a perfect dessert to end a successful dinner. Excellent value and impeccable service. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who loves good pizza and genuine conviviality. I'll definitely be back!

19/09/2025: We were in the middle of a siesta – no one else, under an umbrella, with a gentle breeze. Perfect. Perfect cappuccino 👌🏼 Since there was a "frying pan," the gentleman moved our table for shade without asking and set everything up. Overall, great.

12/07/2025: Terrible experience. We had breakfast at 8 am on a Saturday. We had coffee and pastries but the pastries were really stale and at least a couple of days old. When we query the freshness of the food, the waitress said that they were delivered that morning fresh from the bakery and that the pastry was a bit hard because of the fridge temperature. This confirmed our suspicions because why would you keep fresh pastries in the fridge at 8 am in the morning while people are eating food?

10/09/2025: Stopped in during pouring rain - the Norcina was excellent, one of the better homemade pastas I’ve had traveling Italy. Inexpensive, and local.

21/07/2025: An experience to forget. The sign "Typical Dishes" was just misleading advertising for those of us who stopped for lunch at 1:30 PM on a road trip. In fact, one of us didn't even eat...they forgot to tell us the dish wasn't on the menu. Better to just stop at the bar.

10/06/2025: Restaurant/pizzeria that I have been frequenting for years and that I strictly recommend to anyone who asks me for advice on a restaurant where you can eat well and with friendly staff. The restaurant is family run and the owner is an excellent person from all points of view, friendly, polite, discreet... a polite person like few others today. Together with him, his sister and brother, unfortunately their beloved father is no longer with them... he was exceptional... I highly recommend it because it is a harmonious place and you can eat very well. TOP OF THE TOP.

21/09/2025: I was very disappointed with the experience. I had ordered a 1.8 kg Florentine steak and it was brought to me pre-sliced, with much more salt than necessary, and most importantly, without the characteristic T-bone. When I asked for clarification, I was told that "one steak comes with the T-bone and one doesn't," a reasoning I find opaque, given that a true Florentine steak should have both sides (fillet and sirloin). In fact, I was served a rib-eye steak, passed off as a Florentine. Furthermore, the Arnaldo Caprai wine I had chosen wasn't opened at the table, but brought with the corkscrew inserted and the cork partially loose, with only the final opening stage performed in front of me. A detail that may seem minor, but it shows a lack of care and professionalism. The meat, it must be said, was of excellent quality and flavor. But the service was not at all transparent or up to expectations. With little effort, an excellent experience could have been offered, but instead it left a bitter taste in my mouth.

29/08/2025: Absolutely avoidable, practically nonexistent service, wine arrived after 20 minutes thanks to our prompting, then the side dish arrived 50 minutes after ordering (note that the mixed salad arrived already dressed 🤦), an hour later the wrong order arrived. Basically, it was a catastrophe!!! We paid for what we consumed (i.e. drinks) and ran away. No, we're not in for it!!!!

25/09/2025: Anyone who loves traditional Italian cuisine should visit this restaurant. In a typical Perugia setting. No high-end decor, but down-to-earth and very good food. For starters, we had bruschetta. The bread was great with the olive oil and tomatoes. For my taste, it was missing a bit of salt and pepper, but that's easily remedied. We had tortellini and tagliatelle tartofu for main courses. They tasted very good. The pasta was al dente and well-seasoned. The tiramisu was particularly good. I haven't had such good tiramisu in a long time... except for the ones I make myself. Thanks for the delicious food!

07/09/2025: Informal atmosphere, excellent service, located in one of the neighborhoods near the city center. Excellent value. A variety of dishes, from pizza to pasta and meat dishes. They even offered us homemade arancello.

21/09/2025: I used to come here almost a year ago, every other day. When I decided to go back last weekend, I sat down and opened the menu and saw that there was no sushi section, which is what I used to come here for. The first thing I saw was a huge joke, because 99.9% of the customers came for sushi, and not warning them either on the menu or online seemed embarrassing, so my rating for honesty was ZERO.

27/08/2025: A nice place not far from the historic center, well-decorated. Clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. The pizza is very good, worth it. The prices are also reasonable. There aren't too many tables, but this is more of a strength than a weakness because it allows the place to remain family-friendly rather than chaotic and crowded. I also found the atmosphere welcoming and friendly. Worth it.

24/10/2025: Honestly, I didn't like it very much. Every time I go in, the owner is on the phone, which is unprofessional, especially if a customer you're not familiar with arrives. Every now and then, you can hear swearing and curses coming from the counter... it's unprofessional at all, and to add something very important, mothers come in with their children, and I don't think it's right that small children hear such bad words!!!! The owner is sullen, sometimes rude, and the grandfather who occasionally strolls around the dining room and bar is also very sullen. The food is good, but it's served in small quantities, and especially in some cases, it's cold. I honestly wouldn't drink the coffee, seeing how it's made... it disgusts me. The jug isn't cleaned thoroughly to remove excess coffee, and that can give the coffee a burnt taste. There are so many things that could be improved... TOO MANY!! The ice cream too. It's good, for sure, but after a while, it makes you nauseous. IMPROVE!! ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE, IT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL!!
