02/06/2025: This hotel was a nightmare. The room was small and dirty, with ruined walls and mold, and the beds had stains on them from who knows what. The doors didn't close properly, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were still rolls of toilet paper used by those who were there before us, which was really disgusting! It smelled of smoke everywhere, and it looked like no one had cleaned it for a long time. The walls were so thin that you could hear everything they said in the other rooms, even at night. No peace and quiet. The elevator was small and seemed dangerous, every time we took it we were afraid it would get stuck. The breakfast was awful: just toast with Nutella, jam or honey. Nothing else. It seemed like a nightmare. In short, this is a hotel to absolutely avoid. Dirty, noisy, old and poorly maintained. I wouldn't go back there even for free.

02/06/2025: The price is affordable but the three stars of the hotel are more than given away. The phones in the rooms do not work and everything is completely dirty. I thought about changing hotels as soon as I arrived but then I thought that living a horror experience every now and then could be fun, because yes, the whole hotel is really scary.

And I did well, because when I arrived I found a very well-kept place, with very clean rooms and this is not to be taken for granted. The owners Mario and Anna, with the help of Luca, welcomed us very well and let us have dinner with them. Surprise fixed menu for 30 euros all inclusive, starter, first course, second course, wine, sweet water, coffee and bitters, all made by them and for our immense pleasure, excellent and plentiful. In addition to his kindness, Mario entertained us by telling us about the dishes he prepares and all the herbs he uses as a great expert. You can see that he does it with great passion. Certainly for those who come to these parts it is strongly recommended to stop and verify for yourself that what I said is true. Congratulations we had a great time.

01/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo veloce che è diventato un pranzo!!! Le migliori polpette mai mangiate! Cacio e pepe,ragù e piselli ben equilibrate e fritte alla perfezione con panatura fragrante e non unta . Polpette di carne con salsa tonnata, morbide e perfettamente abbinate ai capperi fritti !!! Complimenti!!!

11/05/2025: I frequented the pool area and I felt good. Today I ate the pizza and I found it normal. I can say that I liked the calzone much more. The normal appetizer, the honest and low prices for the pizza and calzone, the desserts normal. I would have liked to give a 4 but I didn't find the motivation to express it. The friendly staff, perhaps the environment should be renovated a bit especially for the lighting. I hope to return soon this summer to eat at the tables outside. I I forgot the oven is wood fired.

02/06/2025: Torniamo spesso in questo ristorante sulle splendide Fonti del Clitunno. Il ristorante è molto accogliente e se è bel tempo si può mangiare all’aperto circondato dalle acque del fiume Clitunno. Cucina di terra e di mare e si può gustare anche il tartufo nero. Piatti deliziosi e ben preparati dalla cuoca che cura molto anche la presentazione. Il personale è giovane, gentile e premuroso. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!!

02/06/2025: Siamo entrati alle 12.15 eravamo i primi. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto, due primi con tartufo e patatine. L'antipasto è arrivato nei tempi giusti poi più niente! Abbiamo sollecitato la cameriera ma niente da fare. Alle 13.20 Abbiamo pagato antipasto e bibite e ce ne siamo andati Quello che ci ha irritato è il fatto che tutti gli altri clienti arrivati dopo di noi avevano quasi finito il pranzo. Niente scuse da parte di nessuno del personale anzi la cassiera si è anche arrabbiata. Non abbiamo compreso il motivo di tutto questo ma in futuro staremo più attenti nella scelta di un ristorante! .

18/05/2025: Non ci siamo. Dall’inizio. Se entri in qualsiasi posto noti prima l’accoglienza. Inesistente. Nel senso nessuno ti saluta o ti guarda. Va beh… Poi cerchi di ordinare. Non c’è’ alcuno. Aspetti 1 ora e 20 - una e venti -. Dopo varie insistenze e tentativi di segnalazioni, arriva una simpatica ragazza che disperata ti dice c’ha ha troppi clienti arrivati tutto insieme. E va beh…Ordiniamo allora pizze. Che costicchiano, sopra 10 euro. Ma non sono pizze. Arrivano piadine, ben condite. Allora riassumendo.1 risolvete i problemi interni tra proprietà e lavoratori che sono evidenti e non sono pochi. 2 era ed è un pub e allora proponete con forza pochi piatti seri da pub 3- se fate la pizza chiamate un pizzaiolo professionista che vi insegna a fare la pizza. 3 sorridete!!!! Perché gli ospiti sono sacri e la prossima volta altrimenti non tornano… e offrite loro insieme al sorriso anche un amaro …. In conclusione. Vi vedo male. Se non mettete la testa a posto non vi salva neanche Cannavacciolo!

I came here to make sure what I read on the internet was true... unfortunately (despite the waiter's apologies) I had to wait a good 1h15 for a tagliata that, asked for rare, arrived cooked... Actually I was a bit disappointed for not having received an apology when paying (or, at least, a discount or a digestive offered). I'm sorry, I don't think I'll return... and friends who came here will follow me in my choice. I don't blame anyone in particular but... 1h15 for a tagliata... come on...
