11/10/2025: A very quaint place right in the center of Perugia. We had a charcuterie board with very good cheeses. The only downside was the watered-down spritzes. Although you have to set up your own table, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent value.

Points deducted for the service. Too few employees, who even looked away just to avoid having to serve. Old dishes were still lying around everywhere. When you finally got around to ordering, because you were able to move, things moved slowly but surely.
Another point deducted for the bill. You didn't see it until after you paid, and it was incorrect, too. Too many drinks were charged. My impression was that the employee was somewhere between intentional and incompetent.

18/10/2025: What can I say... A hub of socializing, the food is excellent and at a great price...
I stumbled upon it by chance and it immediately became my favorite place in Terni.
The aperitif is full of delicious local and ethnic dishes.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

09/07/2025: I learned they were under new management in 2025, and I contacted them for my baby's baptism. It was a resounding success; there's plenty of space for children, and even though there were a lot of us, they put us in one bright, spacious room. Special thanks to the chef, who created delicious dishes, even for the vegan guests. The welcome aperitif on the veranda was delicious and original. A heartfelt thanks to Hakam for his hospitality; we were very satisfied.

07/09/2025: I went to Capricorno on the recommendation of friends, and never was advice so welcome.
Besides an excellent appetizer with local cured meats and cheeses and mixed bruschetta (the chickpea one was especially good. The best).
I ate grilled lamb with truffles. Peace of mind.
The price... Far too fair for the quality and variety of products.
If you're in the area... Book a table. It's definitely worth it.

Excellent food, exceptional daily menu, generous portions, excellent value. Friendly and super helpful staff. Short wait times for food. RECOMMENDED!
09/11/2025: We visit Gubbio very often, and this place is a guarantee for us. Claudio and his staff welcome us within the ancient walls of this restaurant to enjoy, from appetizers to dessert, dishes that have the flavor of Umbria. And then in the evening, an excellent pizza with a nice mug of Forst beer. Thanks guys ❤️

Be careful with the double-filled brioche—there's so much of it, it's scary.
Then, if you want to look cool, they make croissants with multiple fillings, and they're mouth-watering.

20/10/2025: A former workshop, tastefully renovated and converted into a restaurant. Beautiful, well-decorated venue. We ate well, paired with excellent wine. The service is truly excellent, with attentive service and attention to detail. Given the restaurant's appearance, I expected higher prices. I will return to Foligno and stop at "Mangiafuoco" again. I highly recommend it.
