We stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent value for money, spotless rooms, and excellent service. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

06/04/2026: The view is breathtaking. The aperitif is fresh, youthful, and friendly. The owner is incredibly kind. The Aperol Spritz is perfect, according to a Venetian. They have gluten-free products upon request. Well done!
07/12/2025: Lovely little cocktail bar with an amazing view over the city of Perugia! We went at the beginning of November, during the low season, and were lucky to find a great spot. That said, I’d definitely recommend arriving early, especially in busier periods. It’s an ideal place for a good drink and some snacks while enjoying the view, though I wouldn’t suggest it for a full dinner. The staff were fantastic—very friendly and easy to communicate with, as everyone spoke excellent English. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Perugia ☺️

Fermento Bar e Piccola Cucina

08/04/2026: The dinner and the experience lived up to the restaurant's reputation. We ate well, especially the poke, which was very tasty. The beers and pinsa were also very good. The place is welcoming, and the service was quick and attentive. Even on a weekday evening, the place was packed, so reservations are definitely recommended.
07/03/2026: Great place for aperitifs and aperitifs, even after 9pm ✨
