06/06/2025: Beautiful place with good staff. Beautiful garden, lots of greenery and characteristic interiors. Place managed by Italian. We passed by there for lunch, the owner stayed to chat with us, he was very kind. We ate very well!! Recommended!!

24/06/2025: I went there just to eat... the staff is polite but the food is questionable. I asked for a first course with truffles and was told that the sauce was 'bought', so I decided on ricotta and spinach cappellacci with porcini mushrooms! That sauce was also bought and had a tasteless flavour, the porcini mushroom was non-existent (not even the smell could be smelled, it was probably mixed with the mushrooms). The other dish was a carbonara, passable, there was no typical 'sauce' of fresh egg, so it was dry. The price of the dishes was average for the place but the quality is not the same as other nearby places, and in any case I don't even buy ready-made sauce at home and I expect a restaurant to avoid using it, especially in areas where in theory you eat well by tradition.

14/05/2025: Cenare a La Capannina in Castiglione del Lago (PG) è come trovare una singolarità (non pensate subito ai buchi neri, via). Sì, perché, entrando nel locale, accogliente, con ampi spazi tra i tavoli (realtà quasi unica, ma assai apprezzabile, visto che non amo desinare a stretto contatto con qualcuno che non sia mio commensale), con un titolare affabile, dalla battuta pronta e sagace, che porta a tavola vivande di alta caratura, è evento, come dicevano i latini, signanda lapillo, non quello nero, ovviamente. Sì, signori, tale favorevole concatenazione di fatti la troverete qui; per giunta siete sul Lungolago e di sera lo troverete assai romantico. Conto onesto e, per sopramercato, anche la cuoca, oltre che brava, è simpatica. Prenoto un tavolo fin da ora, lo stesso che occupò Annibale dopo lo scacco a Caio Flaminio. Alfredo da Bologna

29/04/2025: Good morning everyone I can say that in this place I ate really well, starters, first courses and delicious lake fish (compliments to the chef) then the homemade bitters, I won't tell you, and don't forget the dessert 🍰 Friendly and helpful staff, owner as well Highly recommended

10/04/2025: Very nice place near the E45 and with a varied menu and also with choices for vegetarians. The owner who welcomed us was very kind and guided us in choosing the wine, being a sommelier. Low prices and excellent quality!

13/06/2025: I have been coming to this place occasionally for a few months now. In the last period I have noticed an impressive decline in both food and service but above all in the rudeness of the owner who in my opinion is not capable of treating customers with courtesy (look at the responses to the reviews for example) I do not recommend this place to anyone. Too bad!

Nella mia famiglia siamo tutti* vegan ed è decisamente complicato trovare un ristorante che abbia un menù vegano a Terni che non offra solo pasta al pomodoro. Qui oltre all'infinita gentilezza e disponibilità della chef e del personale, ho ritrovato innovazione e ricerca nelle pietanze e cura sia del cliente che della materia prima. Consiglio vivamente il tortino di patate con fonduta di nocciole : spaziale!!

24/04/2025: Magnificent culinary experience in this small restaurant in the center of Terni. I highly recommend the hot and cold appetizer, keeping in mind that it is already a meal on its own! The fish first courses and the Coda di volpe are also excellent. Points against: place with little attention to detail and, above all, service timing definitely needs improvement.

30/03/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo diverso tempo e abbiamo trovato le stesse ottime cose, accoglienza, qualità delle pietanze, cura, pulizia, attenzione. Gnocchi e Pappardelle alla Castellucciana, Sacrpetta e Formaggi al forno, Dolci di ricotta e caffè....superlativi, buon vino buona genziana e buon conto. Bravi alla prossima

16/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale per tre volte tra fine gennaio e febbraio prima di scrivere questa recensione. Questo per poter essere certi che la bellissima impressione avuta inizialmente, fosse poi confermata nel tempo. La cucina è veramente Castellucciana, le pietanze sono preparate con prodotti locali e naturali (che si possono anche acquistare nel locale). Sia i primi piatti che i dolci preparati con la ricotta sono veramente speciali. Si mangia con vista sul Monte Vettore e su Pian Grande (impagabile). Elemento molto importante, da non trascurare nella scelta dei locali dove si va per rilassarsi e godersi qualche emozione, è la gentilezza e la simpatia dei due titolari sia durante il pasto ma anche in fase di prenotazione del tavolo. Credo sia una tappa imperdibile in un giro da quelle parti. È consigliato prenotare perché il locale non è molto grande (anche se credo che con la primavera metteranno anche dei tavoli all'esterno). C'è anche un'area di parcheggio al di sotto del ristorante stesso.

21/09/2024: Very nice little bar with delicious little Pranzo bites. Exactly as it should be. There are also good IPA beers in the fridge. It's also nice to sit in the medieval alley.
