07/03/2026: I was on a business trip and went to a restaurant using my meal voucher app. I asked if it was possible to pay with vouchers, and the guy who greeted me said yes (I should point out that I also pointed out the vouchers I'd seen with the logo attached to the entrance). We sat down, two of us, and I found a nice place, friendly people, and a good pizza. When it came time to pay, I asked to pay with vouchers and was told they didn't accept them yet. I don't have the time or the desire to argue, so I paid, thanked, and whatever. I understand that you pay a commission, but why make a commitment you don't want to/can't keep? It's a shame to miss out by a hair, but all in all, I ate a good pizza. P.S. It must have been the timing, but I didn't even get a receipt. Never mind.

08/03/2026: The sandwiches are amazing! The dishes are delicious too! The setting is stunning, right next to the Isonzo River! Truly wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. We'll be back! The only downside is that they only accept cash. Debit cards aren't accepted. Everything was excellent, I highly recommend it!

31/12/2025: We found this lovely restaurant while strolling through Gubbio. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the interior was lovely, with a charming and charming fireplace. My wife and daughter, I had maltagliati with ragù, which were very good; cappelletti in capon broth; and gnocchi with artichokes. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The price was very reasonable, and I highly recommend it.

14/03/2026: A themed restaurant, but only in its furnishings and accessories. Excellent menu, offering a variety of first courses, pizza, and top-quality meats, as are the wines. Ditto for the desserts. Reservations are MANDATORY...and well worth it. Average to high prices (if you order a specialty meat, the price goes up 😉).

18/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel with a Smartbox. A pleasant surprise. Everything was wonderful, from the building, which is a former convent, to the cleanliness, the spa, the dinner (sublime), and the staff. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: My husband and I got married at San Pietro Sopra Le Acque on July 7, 2024, taking advantage of factors we considered essential in choosing the venue: the possibility of having a religious ceremony on-site at the church on site, the proximity of us and our guests (almost all being local), and the reception being held in the park. Our day was exactly as we had imagined, so much so that our friends often remember it as one of the happiest weddings they've ever been a part of (we're probably biased in describing it that way ourselves!). The weather initially seemed to be unhelpful, clearing up only shortly before the ceremony, and for this I will never be able to thank all the staff who went out of their way (despite the tight schedule) to allow us to hold the outdoor reception as we wanted. We will never forget it!

22/02/2026: A very quaint and homestyle restaurant that has fresh, local cuisine. Everything is made fresh and tastes typical Italian deliciousness. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Would come again for sure!

05/01/2026: A small trattoria in the center of Spello: we stumbled upon it by chance, but we really enjoyed it! Excellent cuisine, traditional and authentic dishes made with local ingredients! 22/02/2026: I went to this restaurant for lunch with friends on a Sunday. The place is quite small but welcoming. We arrived around 1:40 PM and waited about 30 minutes for our order, as only one of the three staff members was responsible for taking orders. Unfortunately, while we were ordering, some of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available: the coratella, the truffle, the pasta with wild boar sauce, and the tortelloni with gorgonzola and chicory. So we had to order the available dishes, our second or third favorites. While we were waiting for our first course, which arrived about an hour after ordering, the waiter came over and told us that two of the first courses we'd ordered were no longer available because they'd just sold out. So, since the first courses were almost completely gone, we opted for the tagliatelle with asparagus and guanciale sauce. Some rather disappointing appetizers: still-frozen zucchini flowers, very salty fries, good tripe, a platter of very good cured meats, and very salty chicory. The first courses (very generous portions) were salty and undercooked; the "carbonara sbagliato" in particular was almost raw. The mutton was very good, but also too salty. Since the second course arrived around 4:00 PM, after a few bites, we opted to have it wrapped up along with the rest of the partially consumed dishes. Despite our high expectations for home-style local cuisine, it was a disappointing lunch, both for the long wait and the quality of the food. The wait staff, however, was very friendly. As for the bill, it was in line with average local prices.

21/02/2026: Without a doubt the best trattoria in the Terni area. A rustic atmosphere, extremely friendly staff, and intensely flavorful cuisine. Generous appetizers, homemade first courses, and second courses to die for. The top-quality desserts are especially noteworthy. Definitely worth a try...and a return visit!
