16/03/2025: Very high disorganization but above all attention to the customer, nothing. We went there last night, there were two of us; We hadn't booked but the waitress made us sit at the only free table. After about 15 minutes the latter comes to take the order (drinks only, our usual during karaoke evenings like yesterday) and already there she repeats twice: just drink, don't eat?". After about twenty minutes they brought us the order and we were told that the table was booked (there was no placeholder and in any case they had made us sit) and that we had to free it. I resist by saying that they should have told us before; after a while the pizza chef comes to tell me the same things, adding that we were the ones who sat down without asking (I raise my tone and tell him that this is absolutely not true, so much so that his colleague had also brought me the chair, which was missing). The first waitress returns with an arrogant tone, saying that we could join another table in front, already largely occupied by people we didn't know. At that point, I decide to leave, also paying for the drink. Moral of the story: that table wasn't really booked and they certainly needed to maximize revenue, given that the new couples arriving would probably have dined (and not just drank like us). Time always pays off and venues with management like this are bound to fail sooner or later, because all in all a statistically satisfied customer brings in three more, a dissatisfied one takes away ten...

07/02/2025: My partner and I, having arrived from Milan at 8pm, initially chose this place because it closed at 10pm instead of 9pm like many others in the area. On the Internet we had seen that in addition to first and second courses, they also made pizzas, so in this case we would still have had the choice. In the end we opted for the restaurant part. The food was all really good! We split a charcuterie and cheese platter which both in terms of quality and quantity was perfect. They accommodated my request to make the dumplings with butter instead of broth and they were phenomenal! Very very very but very very good! My partner had the tagliatelle with venison ragù and they were really delicious too. At the end we shared a hazelnut, cream and walnut ice cream cup and what can I say... that was delicious too! Finally, luckily the coffee was also very good, which is not always so obvious. For all this (and 2 cokes) 52 euros, so the price isn't bad either. I really recommend it to everyone

The owners are very kind and there is a lot of choice of meat in addition to their raw and cooked speck and a very tasty coppa. Then if you get the chance, try their tripe, already ready ....I only eat this one and the one prepared by my husband. If you want to sweeten up, there is also their pastry shop... at this point we don't lack anything,

04/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato nel Bistrot della Locanda durante la visita delle Cantine Ferrari. Il nostro menù comprendeva 4 portate e dolce, tutti i piatti abbbinati ad un calice di vino Ferrari. Il personale super preparato e tutti molto gentili. Siamo stati addirittura rincorsi dal sommelier fuori dal locale per gli ultimi saluti, è stato tanto apprezzato quanto inaspettato. Servizio impeccabile e il cibo degno di nota. La location è fantastica, offre una vista bellissima sulla valle.

25/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato nella veranda in questo ristorante dopo la visita alle cantine Ferrari.. Se vi piace bere e mangiare bene questo è quello che fa per voi.. servizio, cucina e location da ristorante stellato quale è.. consigliatossimo!!!

06/03/2025: What I think: I order a marcherita with landuglia (what is landiglia and a Calabrian salami are soft and should be put on the pizza in wedges) instead and it arrived with spicy salami, they are two extremely different things, the dough itself is medium edible.

23/04/2025: Old-fashioned but well-kept hotel, plentiful breakfast and decent dinner. The room was quite noisy due to the proximity to the main road. Price a little expensive compared to the average for the area for what it offers but a good option if passing through Val Rendena.

05/02/2025: The expectation was too much😔 For the welcome I should give 5⭐ But I went there to eat. There were two of us, one gets Pasta and beans was pre-cooked and okay... I went because among the SECONDS on the menu there was a description of a dish: Polenta, cod, etc.. If you read such a description, the customer expects a dish with hot polenta accompanied by a piece of cod. None of this folks, 5 thin strips of polenta full of oil arrive with a sprinkling of cod on top. I would put a dish like this in the appetizers so the customer doesn't feel upset. .. That was supposed to be my dinner, but would you dine with 5 strips of polenta?!!!🤦🤦 Not to mention the high bill, but that's a detail.
