Used the restaurant for dinner: obviously spectacular location and location in general, impeccable service. Good and certainly refined dishes, made with excellent raw materials and appreciated open cooking. Prices certainly above average, but adequate for the offer. An experience, perhaps not for all budgets or, at least, not every week, but certainly recommended.

We had dinner in this elegant restaurant with refined and tasty dishes. Carefully researched combinations of raw materials. The desserts are also excellent.

Had dinner on the occasion of the wedding anniversary. Excellent cuisine, dishes prepared and combined with refinement. Table service not very attentive, distracted... too bad!

Had a Negroni aperitif unfortunately diluted with water.... Seen with my own eyes…. It's not a good thing. High price compared to what was offered.

I only used the restaurant so I'm only reviewing this aspect Some dishes were truly exceptional, exquisite (tuna tartare, mango, stracciatella and pistachio; spaghettoni with gin and lime with salmon trout) and I found the others good but perhaps less memorable. The strudel with vanilla ice cream is very good The only flaw, which however does not lower the overall rating, I found in one of the waiters who I found decidedly unfriendly

21/01/2024: For the New Year period, I booked this place with friends: we took a hotel room and a residence room, with two distinct formulas. The hotel room also included breakfast, cleaning services and daily linen change, while the residence room also included an outdoor BBQ grill and enjoyed a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. From the place it was possible to reach Bolzano, Pergine Valsugana, Molveno in 30-40 minutes, while Trento in a maximum of 15 minutes. The owners have a shop selling their own products, such as very good apple juice - tried it for breakfast. We all had a great time and were welcomed by the hospitality of the managers. Memorable experience!
