31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

07/02/2026: AMAZING We were there as a couple with our two small dogs. We had onion soup, followed by rabbit and goulash. Two coffees, two grappas, two glasses of wine, water, and bread for €65. Excellent price and quality. The place is very rustic but beautifully decorated. I only took one star off for the atmosphere because it was a bit chilly inside. However, for a quick stop, it's passable, as long as we're not too demanding. We'll definitely be back, maybe in the summer. Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the dishes we devoured in a flash. ☺️

10/01/2026: Group lunch with friends in an authentic and refined mountain setting above Levico Terme. We wanted to try the entire menu, and they managed to accommodate us, offering a complete menu including appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee, all well-prepared and rooted in local tradition. The welcoming and relaxed atmosphere is ideal for spending time together and enjoying a leisurely lunch. The price, €50 per person, is appropriate for the quantity, quality, and setting. Recommended for lunches with friends and convivial occasions, especially if you're looking for a traditional mountain experience.

02/04/2026: The pizzas are unworthy. I probably would have made a better one when I was drunk. They taste like shoe soles. Dry and tasteless. The pizza is to be avoided like the plague in this place. The shrimp are good.

22/03/2026: The cellar stinks horribly and my drink tasted of chlorine.

06/04/2026: I was cycling after work and was a little hungry. I stopped to ask for a sandwich. No meat, fish, or cheese. The manager was very accommodating to my somewhat strange request, given my food allergies.

06/03/2026: The food is good, and I've been going there for years when I'm in Trento. The place is welcoming, the food is good, the desserts are good, and the prices are fair. What can I recommend? Excellent fries, excellent homemade tiramisu, and Sachertorte.

30/03/2026: Nestled in the magnificent Mocheni valley in Kamauz is a place that offers typical dishes of the area, a restaurant that once you have tried it is impossible not to return.

03/04/2026: A lovely café with the typical flair of an Italian bar. The cappuccino, panini, and pastries are excellent.

15/03/2026: Owner was rude. Walked up to me and without saying anything pushed my foot off the chair it was resting on. Said something very fast at me in Italian (which I don’t speak). When i asked calmly what was the problem, he ignored me and walked away. If there was a problem then there is an appropriate way to deal with it, not getting physical with your customers. Waitresses seemed very nice but the owner seemed like he just didn’t give a dam and quite frankly had a poor attitude to customer care.

28/12/2025: We had lunch today and had canedarlotti and fettuccine with white ragù. I have to say they were excellent. The service was also excellent.

28/12/2025: Discovered by chance, this trattoria has excellent food and a truly wonderful welcome! Must try!

29/09/2025: We had a perfect stay at the Bosc del Meneghi. We will definitely come back again. The location is very quiet in a small valley. You need 20 minutes to drive to lake Garda. A car is necessary. The hotel is very new and everything is built in very high quality. There are only 7 rooms for guests. It is not you typical hotel. The building is sperated into 3 parts. The middle part is the reception, breakfast area with a the greatest view and on the 1st floor the dining area. The left part of the building is where the rooms are located. And the right part of the building is where the kitchen and building facilities are. The outside are is very big. They have a herb garden and a vegetable garden. They have 2 ponies and some donkeys. There are also chicken. The breakfast is vegetarian. It is very high quality. It is the best breakfast we've had although we are not vegetarian. It is made with love! The hotel offers dinner. Unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try it, because we were outside at the time. I believe it will also be amazing. Next time we will try. The restaurant is also vegetarian.

14/10/2025: A fantastic bakery and the croissant, is worth dying for😍 Friendly staff even if we didn’t talk the same language, she was trying to understand what I wanted.

18/06/2025: Extremely delicious croissants/cornettos and doughnuts!!! Very moist and fluffy. Simply a dream. Both cost €1.60 in June 2025 and are definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, the croissants sell out very quickly, and there's sometimes a line outside the store. So it's worth getting there early 😀

27/10/2025: From breakfast to lunch or aperitif, my favorite place in Modena. The legendary Betty's freshly prepared dishes, both for breakfast and lunch, set it apart from all the other bars. RATING 10!!!

09/04/2026: The owners are welcoming and kind. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Dinner features carefully prepared dishes. The burgers are definitely worth trying.

14/02/2026: We stayed for one night on a half-board basis. The hotel was very well-organized, with a comfortable room with a small private sauna, a small terrace overlooking the mountains, and a very friendly welcome! They were excellent at dinner, with a personalized menu and truly excellent dishes. Breakfast, with homemade cakes, jams, and typical products from the Trentino mountains, was excellent! Recommended!

25/01/2026: A day in the mountains to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The staff was always super professional, kind, and friendly. The food was excellent. The place was spotlessly clean throughout.

24/01/2026: I stayed with my family, my brother, and our niece, unfortunately only for one night. We were assigned a suite with a private sauna. It was spotless, the furnishings and comfort were beyond top-notch. The dinner was very good, the only thing that dampened our enthusiasm a bit. The group was a bit lackluster, and there weren't many alternatives, but overall we made it. However, given the setting and the high quality of the place, I think they have a lot of room for improvement in this regard. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
