We were immediately welcomed by Katia who followed us with excellent advice and friendliness!!! The second course of meat revisited the Cervo.2 was super promoted (if I remember correctly) Absolutely not to be missed for the extraordinary combination of flavors but also for the accurate presentation of the dish. Everything was really excellent, even the savory strudel and the top wine. What can I say, it will be a place worth mentioning where you will definitely return for another dinner.

Wonderful place, with very welcoming and helpful staff like the fantastic Katia who welcomes you like a member of the family, chef Simone's cuisine with the help of Lorenzo is simply exquisite, they put love and passion into every dish. Excellent choice of wines. If you pass through Folgaria, a visit to John's café and stua is a must. Thanks for making us feel at home!

I have been in the hotel industry for more than 40 years. Lover of trying local specialties. And I can't help but be happily grateful to have found this place. Welcoming, clean, nice and friendly service staff. And I don't leave out the excellent wine and excellent food. For the rest I invite you to try

Conosco da sempre il John, non abito lontanissimo. Non ci ho mai mangiato, e non posso dare un giudizio sulla cucina. Mi è sempre piaciuta però l'eleganza rustica, calda, accogliente, da vero chalet di montagna. Conosco invece bene i dolci, che sono veramente ottimi e particolari. Tra questi, la torta settepetali è da patrimonio dell'Unesco. Talmente buona da rimanere commossi..

We stopped for a drink Delicious gin and tonic which we enjoyed with an excellent dessert There was a piano bar evening with 80s songs It was like being in a Christmas vanzina movie We will definitely be back Beautiful!

Ho mangiato molto bene e voglio fare i complimenti allo chef perché sicuramente il merito è’ suo. Personale molto professionale , luogo molto curato . Consiglio antipasto tagliere selvaggina , ottimo anche il cervo . Piccola nota ho trovato il bagno non pulitissimo lo segnalo alla proprietà per la prossima volta

30/11/2023: Cenato due volte, mi è sembrato buono tutto. Particolarmente apprezzate le frittelle di patate. Dormito in camera molto moderna, molto pulita, non lussuosa ma molto confortevole, ottimo rapporto valore/prezzo.
12/11/2023: Tutto abbastanza buono, la parte del locale più nuova è, per noi, un pò freschina. Sul servizio nulla da dire. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità del posto.

11/09/2023: Cena squisita e vista sul lago. Prodotti locali ottimi, cura e attenzione nel servizio e nella scelta delle materie prime, da non perdere!
03/08/2023: Nach gefühlt 10 Jahren besuchten wir wieder das Agritur Calvola. Man muss es schon etwas suchen im Dorf. Aber es lohnt sich, die ebenfalls schöne Strasse nach Tenno und weiter hochzufahren. Die Aussicht ist perfekt, um den Tag am Gardasee ausklingen zu lassen. Insbesondere, wenn man den Tisch in der ersten Reihe erhält. Das Essen ist wie damals absolut Spitze. Das meiste ist selbst produziert und alles selbst zubereitet. So weiss man, was man bekommt. Das Kaninchen mit Polenta war perfekt. Auch die anderen Gerichte waren super. Ich hoffe, es bleibt ein kleiner Geheimtipp.
