Lo chef Gianni è giovanissimo, ma nonostante ciò vanta una grande esperienza e … si vede! Insieme al suo staff ci hanno guidato verso un percorso di gusto ed emozioni con i prodotti tipici locali rivisitati in chiave moderna. Tutto eccezionale, complimenti!

A discovery in the heart of Folgaria! An excellent restaurant, of the highest quality and with meticulous attention to detail. I recommend the venison tartare accompanied by beetroot parfait and waffles, the game-filled ravioli, and the crispy mushrooms accompanied by asparagus. If you're in the area, you absolutely must experience the quality of this restaurant and the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff.

The place is very nice, it is refined but at the same time it remains typical, you feel like you are in the mountains. Welcome and service: courteous and very attentive ... The food, to say excellent is an understatement ... compliments to the chef!

23/09/2025: Reopening and under new management after various ups and downs. Run by young but experienced and well-intentioned people. The typical local dishes are acceptable, although I personally think the tosella cheese should be revisited and the sauerkraut should be tasted before offering it. All in all, it's adequate. The new start deserves praise, given the improvements already made, both to the restaurant and to the stable, and the surrounding environment. Prices are in line.
