06/01/2026: We had pizzas for dinner. The service was fast; since we were staying in the house above, they even brought the pizzas to our door! The pizza was delicious, with a light and tasty dough and a generous amount of high-quality toppings. We enjoyed the pizzas, which were truly excellent. The staff were very helpful, and the owners were truly kind and welcoming!!! Ms. Piera made us feel right at home; she was truly wonderful!!!

25/10/2025: The Unterfinser Hof is beautifully situated and is a classic Buschenschank (wine tavern) with plenty of charm. The ambiance is rustic and cozy, and the wooden parlor immediately conveys a homey feeling—exactly what you'd expect from a traditional South Tyrolean farm. The outdoor area, with its view of the surrounding landscape, is also truly inviting. The food was solid, but not outstanding. The dishes are down-to-earth and fresh, but I felt they lacked a bit of refinement and spice. The Brettljause (snack) in particular, while plentiful, was rather average in terms of taste. The wine was good, but the overall value for money was a bit limited. The service was friendly, but a bit inattentive at times—perhaps due to the full house. A few minor things, such as empty glasses that weren't cleared away for a while or a rather long wait for dessert, somewhat marred the overall impression. In conclusion: A pleasant Buschenschank with an authentic atmosphere, ideal for a cozy evening in a rustic setting. But it's not quite enough to be a real insider tip (yet). I would come back, but with rather subdued expectations.

12/03/2026: The food was decent, but the main courses arrived at the same time as the Aperol Spritzes, which was normal for the waiter and the owner. We should have mentioned that we wanted to have drinks first and then dinner... Absolutely unbelievable! Luckily we didn't order dessert at the same time. Only good for takeout.

03/03/2026: If you happen to be vacationing in the area and have forgotten that kitchens generally all close at 9 or 10 PM, even in the city, this place can be your lifesaver for a quick, last-minute dinner: the kitchen stays open until late! After wandering far and wide to find a place to eat, we finally arrived at this establishment late in the evening. The staff welcomed us kindly and quickly got us dinner without too much fuss or rushing. We ate pizza and some traditional Tyrolean dishes, and I must say that everything was cooked perfectly and the pizza was truly delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the place overall was very spacious, clean, and well-kept.

24/02/2026: Surreal evening. After spending over €200 at the bar, a girl spilled a drink on me. Instead of intervening professionally, the staff grabbed me by the arm and threw me out, without even hearing what had happened. They held me by the elbow as if I were the problem, while the person who caused the scene remained calmly inside. Kudos to you for your impartiality. If this is how to handle conflict situations, then the priority is not fairness but appearance. A clear double standard. In a reputable bar, both sides are listened to, especially when a customer has just left over €200. Here, however, the decision is based on who is best protected. I won't be returning. Professionalism is another matter.

08/03/2026: We went without a reservation and there was no problem. The waiter speaks a little Spanish, very friendly, and the girl was too. The food was very good. The charcuterie board was excellent and the polenta with mushrooms was spectacular. And the tiramisu was a great choice for dessert.

27/02/2026: I've been to this restaurant a few times, and I've had both fish and pizza. The food is delicious. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing.

24/02/2026: I ordered four takeout pizzas, and I arrived home surprised. The pizzas were completely burned, inedible. I don't understand how they had the nerve to deliver pizzas to customers in those conditions. This place is definitely worth avoiding.

12/12/2025: A place that at first glance seems authentic but then leaves you a bit disappointed. The waiter says they do good fish, and we opt for that. The dishes actually look inviting, as do the generous portions. The mussels and clams sauté is not bad, although the thyme is a bit out of place. For the first course, we order the seafood gnocchi, which has the same sauce as the mussels and clams, and after a while, you can't eat it. The other first course, the seafood risotto, is good if it weren't for the stick of butter in it... after three forkfuls, it falls out of your eyes. It's a shame they don't know how to make the most of the raw ingredients.

18/03/2026: One of my all-time favorite restaurants, this year, a huge disappointment, starting with the waitress snorting in a child's face, but I can also understand the tiredness, then two dishes that in the cafeteria would have been more abundant, served at restaurant prices.

17/03/2026: Once I discovered this wine bar, I found myself coming back every evening during my ski trip for aperitif time—I only wish I had found it sooner. Max is a fantastic host, the wines are excellent, and his recommendations are always worth trying. Whether the bar is busy or quiet, the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and unpretentious. This place was truly one of the highlights of my week in San Vigilio. Hopefully I will be back next season.

09/03/2026: I love this Hotel but the service was terrible when I visited solo last week. I had to wait so long no eye contact walked by me many times. Felt so uncomfortable . In the end instead of lunch I opted for espresso and dessert espresso came 10 minutes later the dessert no apology no explanation. Very disapointing

27/09/2025: We managed to enjoy the last weekend before the seasonal closure and felt right at home. A comfortable retreat with all the amenities, although there's no internet access. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the local food is delicious and home-cooked. I hope to return in the future, outside of the tourist season. The presence of a dog and cat who greet you upon arrival is incredibly sweet.

25/08/2025: We arrived with our bikes! The outdoor children's area is lovely. We ate at the restaurant. Excellent food and very fair prices. Highly recommended!
