I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

15/03/2025: Date le buone recensioni abbiamo deciso di recarci in questo ristorante fiduciosi di mangiare bene al giusto prezzo, come veniva descritto dalle foto presenti su questo sito. Non appena seduti in questa sala staccata dal resto, poiché dedicata alla clientela esterna al ristorante, abbiamo guardato il menù non considerando l ambiente cupo. Aperto il menù abbiamo notato come le foto del menu fossero datate dato che abbiamo trovato una pasta al pomodoro a 12 euro mentre una tagliatella con i porcini a 14 euro. Ma lasciamo stare la questione prezzo. La proposta pur essendo identica agli altri ristoranti del paese non rispecchia né la qualità né il valore. Le tagliatelle con i porcini erano una pasta in bianco scondita con qualche fungo messo lì mentre gli gnocchetti verdi li abbiamo trovati passabili. Fortunatamente un impegno improvviso ci ha permesso di concludere velocemente la deludente cena. Nonostante lo sconto del 10% proposta dalla nostra struttura abbiamo speso 46 euro per: 2 tagliatelle uno gnocchetto e una bottiglia d acqua….

22/02/2025: Recommended! We stayed a week with our three children, half board service. Magnificent experience and to be repeated next year. Warm and comfortable hotel. High quality food and excellent cuisine. Environments cared for in the smallest details, brand new and designer rooms. Meticulous cleaning. Various common areas to rest, play cards, read or do homework. Welcoming and always available staff. Warm, attentive and discreet management. Central location, reserved parking and very close to the facilities.

14/02/2025: La verità..... uno impazzisce a cercare un ristorante di pesce buono a Trento .... basta andare al Simposio trovare il cuoco Vincenzo che da 20 anni fa magie in cucina e un servizio al bar al dir poco eccellente per fare la serata perfetta.... Grazie di cuore ❤️ SEBASTIAN

27/02/2025: Driving through Sud Tirol, pass through Sterling and visit Bäckerei Konditorei Cafe Häusler. Feel like having some cake, cookies, pastries or some strudel? No problem, this bakery has plenty of options. There are even a few savory options, including pizza and sandwiches. Coffees and your sweet item of choice can be enjoyed inside or outside at one of the few tables lining the Main Street. High recommend

12/03/2025: I love this place, yesterday we arrived at 4.00 pm, they treated us very well, let us in with the dog, two minutes all ready, very kind. It seems like a better world.

10/04/2025: We have been there twice. It tasted delicious and the service was very nice. We liked all the little details about mice

28/03/2025: Unfriendly service!!!! From above!! And the pizzas aren't the best either, for what they claim to be! Not recommended at all!!! Never again!!! There are better pizzas in the area and the quality of the dough leaves a lot to be desired!! Concealed plates and cutlery are served!! So much for that, you can see what status the guest has in the “restaurant”.

20/03/2025: Great hotel, good clean rooms, with a good kitchen and friendly service. Extensive breakfast. There is also a frequent shuttle bus to the ski lifts. What could be better? The extremely poor service in the lounge bar. There you have to beg for someone to come and ask if you want something to drink. That can certainly be improved.

07/01/2025: Che dire, qualità eccellenza, gentilezza, amicizia, tutto questo abbiamo ritrovato al ristoro dolomiti di Brenta, avevamo affittato una casino a San Lorenzo in Banale, ci siamo capitati per caso appena arrivati e da li sono diventati il nostro ristorante di fiducia, cibo ottimo, qualità eccellente, gentilezza e dolcezza. Grazie mille a tutti voi Federica e tutta la nostra famiglia

23/12/2024: Siamo tornati al Ristoro per la terza volta, scegliendo però di raggiungerlo a piedi con una bella camminata di circa mezz'ora e partendo proprio dal nostro Hotel. Il locale è sempre una garanzia sia per la strepitosa bontà dei piatti sia per la simpatia dello staff. Io ho preso delle tagliatelle con i funghi spettacolari, nelle quali ho sentito tutti i sapori del bosco mentre il mio compagno ha preso il piatto con polenta, funghi e formaggi restando un pochino deluso dal fatto che sperava in polenta calda e morbida e non fredda ed a fette per poter sciogliere i formaggi che, benché buonissimi, non si sono sposati bene in una combinazione a freddo, peccato. Non abbiamo preso il dolce ma 2 ottimi caffè ed il conto finale è stato di tutto rispetto e per niente elevato rispetto a tanti altri rifugi trentini.
