12/11/2025: My room was above the restaurant, so it was incredibly noisy at night, until late at night we heard the clatter of pots and pans despite the closed windows.Forget about sleeping.

18/10/2025: About a 25-30 minute walk from the convention center. Friendly staff, clean rooms, though not the latest fashion. The bathroom in particular, while perfectly clean and functional, was a bit too 1970s-esque. Good and varied breakfast. Overall, recommended.

08/12/2025: A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is simple, home-style, with no-frills yet truly delicious dishes. Special mention goes to the goulash soup and dumplings, both excellent and well-prepared. The pizza is average, nothing exceptional, but still good. Excellent location outside the city center, just 20 minutes from Bolzano: ideal for those who want to avoid the hustle and bustle while still being convenient. A much-appreciated feature: the menu includes some simple children's dishes, an important detail for those traveling with family. Overall, a recommended place if you're looking for a casual place to eat well and feel at home.

08/12/2025: We stopped by this small restaurant in the historic center by chance. We didn't have a reservation. The place is family-run, and the welcome was very kind and friendly. We even made friends with the people sitting next to us, making our dinner even more enjoyable. The food was very good, and the wine list was excellent. We enjoyed the goulash with Trentino-style polenta and the dumplings in cheese sauce: everything was delicious! We raffled off an excellent Lagrein. The portions are generous, the menu varied, and the price very affordable.

25/10/2025: A great little restaurant with great food and charm. I've eaten there more than once. Excellent value for money. A personal highlight. The waiter, presumably the owner, noticed our wine preference. After we drank a world-class Ripasso, he offered us the accompanying Amarone the next day, which wasn't on the menu. That's service!

28/10/2025: A Wonderful Dining Experience – Exceptional Food and Hospitality We arrived after a long bike ride, still in full gear and outside the official opening hours, and asked if the kitchen was still open. After a quick check, the staff kindly agreed to serve us — and from that moment on, everything was simply fantastic. We started with homemade bread in four different colors, served with matching spreads — already worth mentioning on their own. The amuse-bouche, saffron rice fritters on olive paste, was a promising start. The following dishes were outstanding: ravioli filled with cod and tagliatelle with shrimp — both perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The octopus on lemon purée was tender and beautifully balanced, while the seared tuna with braised fennel and seasoned spinach was nothing short of a revelation. Dessert was another highlight: the tiramisu struck a perfect balance between the cream and soaked biscuits — not too watery, not too dry — easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and even stayed open a little longer so we could enjoy our late lunch at 4 p.m. As a charming final gesture, we received the cookies served with our coffee as a small package to take with us. Prices were absolutely fair for the quality and generous portions. Many restaurants charge similar prices for food that’s nowhere near as refined. In short: a truly memorable experience — from the warm welcome to the very last bite.

06/09/2025: I have no words to describe how good we have been these days at the refuge. If I had known, I probably would have made the whole trip there, since the location is great too. The food a 10, both breakfast and dinner (all very homemade, top quality products and very well prepared and tasty dishes). The double rooms with private bathroom (something impossible to find in other refuges, especially in Catalonia), very cozy and with comfortable beds, perfect views of Lake Fedaia and the mountain, at the foot of the Marmolada. The attention, needless to say, has also been a 10.

11/10/2025: Dinner for two. We had booked, specifying a quiet table. We were seated at the entrance, at the walk-through table. The people standing at the bar enjoying aperitifs were less than a meter away from us: it felt like we were in the middle of a market, with the added hustle and bustle of people coming and going. To top it all off, the door leading outside was constantly left open, leaving us eating in a cold draft. The table was too small to hold two glasses and two plates.

04/10/2025: Terrible service. We were seated promptly, but then completely ignored for over 30 minutes. During that time, several tables that arrived after us had already placed their orders and even received their food, while no one had so much as asked us for drinks. When we finally flagged someone down to express our concern, the response we got (from either the server or the owner, we don't know) was: "Is this a problem?" Yes, it's absolutely a problem. How does a restaurant staff not realize that skipping over a table entirely, while serving others who arrived later, is unacceptable? It’s not just poor service, it’s a clear lack of awareness and professionalism. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

21/09/2025: A "luxury" mountain hut, both for the price and the services offered. A family-friendly place, both for the surrounding trails and woods and the meadows surrounding the hut. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Excellent dinner and breakfast. I also note the owners' willingness to lock up their two male dogs when we needed to go out with our dog.

01/09/2025: Perhaps the most authentic mountain hut I've visited in Val di Sole. It can be reached by car. The food is good, homemade, and features a typical mountain hut menu. There's not much room to stretch out on the deckchairs, etc., but it's still pleasant. There are also donkeys and cows for the kids to see.

12/10/2025: A hospitality that everyone can measure up to. Incredibly friendly host family – Lucia with her daughters Sonja and Sofia, and her husband/father Micello (I hope that spelling is correct). They run their hotel and restaurant with passion, and every guest feels at home! Breakfast, location, rooms, and wellness area are all praiseworthy, but the absolute highlight is dinner: salad every day, followed by five dishes, always varied and delicious, all prepared by the chef. I can hardly imagine how it could be any better! Stay December 2022.

19/09/2025: We stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb for our honeymoon. We had indicated in writing in advance that we would like to spend it there. Unfortunately, nothing had been arranged. At breakfast, we discovered that other tables had been specially decorated. The situation was, of course, extremely unfortunate. What was really good: - Breakfast/dinner and the service (a very friendly, "on-the-ball" waiter) - The meal was really enjoyable - The main building, as well as the restaurant, are really chic and beautifully decorated What was unfortunately disappointing: - Both outdoor pools were in very poor condition (severe discoloration, peeling film, etc.) - The room is no longer of an acceptable standard (considering the hotel's classification and the price). Baseboards were broken, the curtains had stains, etc., and the furnishings seemed mismatched. - Information (general hotel information) about the hotel and the surrounding area was virtually nonexistent. Overall, I have to say that some of the recent reviews quite rightly emphasize the condition of the rooms and the outdoor area. It's a real shame, because the hotel has real potential. And we can't really recommend it. Nevertheless, the friendly receptionist was helpful at the end of our stay, which we really appreciated. Thank you again!

18/09/2025: Just a stroll, not a visit to the hotel. But it's a classic car meeting place. There were a few treasures and a new McLaren in the garage.
