14/02/2026: We went to the mountain hut for a meal while skiing. The food was very good.

09/02/2026: We stayed at the Graziani Hut during the first week of February with a group of nine people and booked a family room as well as the Chalet Gracia. The chalet is simply amazing – superbly equipped, very stylish, and comfortably furnished. The barrel sauna and the whirlpool right next to it are especially fantastic and make the stay truly special. The family room was functional and clean, but a bit cramped for four adults. The bunk bed, in particular, is rather small for adults – but manageable for a few nights. Breakfast was excellent, and the four-course dinner was delicious, varied, and featured regional cuisine. There were also great options for vegetarians. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable cabin holiday with only minor drawbacks regarding the family room. The chalets are truly fantastic – we would love to come back!

28/02/2026: Well-maintained property, with a family atmosphere, and welcoming rooms with everything you need. The wellness area is a bit small, but well-maintained. We enjoyed a couple of massages, which were rejuvenating. Breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory items: croissants, homemade pastries, strudel, jams, juices, cold cuts, cheeses, bread... Dinner was mouth-watering.

17/11/2025: For many years now, we have returned to the HOTEL KAUFMANN for our holidays. We feel very comfortable here, and after 15 years of family vacations, our children have grown up here as if it were their second home. The outstanding cuisine deserves special mention. Dear Fabian, we owe it to you that the food always tastes so good to ALL of us, and we can't wait to enjoy your delicious treats. Everything is always fresh, homemade, and organic!! Everything is perfectly prepared. It couldn't be better, thank you so much! It should also be mentioned that the outdoor pool has become a very successful constantly improving addition to your oasis of well-being. The entire hotel exudes a very pleasant tranquility, and the commendable cleanliness, as well as the comfortable furnishings, always make it a relaxing stay for us. ... 28/10/2025: It was fantastic, beautiful rooms, very friendly service, a varied and delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but I've saved the address for my next longer stay in South Tyrol. Thank you for your kindness.

17/02/2026: The place is cute and the staff is very friendly, the starters and appetizers were good. But I ate a beef medallion that I couldn't even get a fork into, it was so tough. Even after I told them, nothing was done to fix it.

21/02/2026: We spent a short trip there. We were able to relax very well and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The spa area was lovely and the food was first-class.

19/02/2026: We’ve just finished a four-night stay and it was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had. The views across the valley — especially the white-tipped mountains in the distance — were absolutely phenomenal. The art and interiors throughout the communal areas were beautiful: lovely lighting, gorgeous furniture, and a really cosy yet social atmosphere. We stayed half board and the food was absolutely delicious. The sauna and steam setup — particularly the regular sauna ritual they offer — was phenomenal after a day of skiing. But the biggest highlight was the staff. They were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and consistently went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Truly fantastic service. We came primarily to ski and the location is super convenient for Seiser Alm — very quick and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and are already planning our next visit. Thank you so much for having us.

24/02/2026: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria for both lunch (often frequented by workers due to its convenient location and the option to pay with meal vouchers) and dinner. They also offer the convenient option of taking out both pizzas and other dishes.

16/02/2026: We went for dinner, ordered a meat dish that smelled of freshly defrosted fish, slow service, cold environment, I don't recommend it!

06/01/2026: The inn is situated above Lake Serraia and serves as a starting point for hiking and cycling trails. The circular trail is relatively easy to walk (minimal elevation gain) and offers breathtaking views in various directions! This makes it attractive to a wide range of visitors. The inn has a clean, cozy atmosphere with friendly staff and a singing innkeeper with a great voice. The tables are spaced far enough apart that you can easily bring your dog inside. The bar inside is new and includes a cake counter.

14/09/2025: A very simple and quiet place. We ate inside because the weather wasn't the best, but there's a nice space with tables outside as well. The food was very good and plentiful, both the first and second courses. The dessert was also delicious. There's plenty of parking outside and a lovely park where you can relax. From there, trails lead to the Frog Lake and the Bellavista viewpoint. Highly recommended.

23/11/2025: I had lunch at the Kaserhof on Renon a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful time. The location is stunning, with a breathtaking view. The staff was friendly and quick, and the food was truly delicious: simple, carefully prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere was quiet and authentic. I'll definitely be back!

03/03/2026: Good food but the service is not good. First of all, the food is not arriving at the same time when sitting with a group. The pizza oven and the kitchen is working at different speeds. Also, the staff was unfriendly, not speaking English and it was hard to communicate. They also told us that the kitchen was closed at 21.30, even though it was written that the kitchen was open until 21.45.

04/01/2026: It's located in the heart of Trentino, ideal for exploring the region. Convenient location, excellent food and a superb breakfast, and an elegant yet simple restaurant. We stayed four nights and were sad to leave. We thank the owner, Sonia, for her helpfulness and advice, as well as her entire female staff.

02/01/2026: We arrived for New Year's Eve and stayed a few days, we had a great time, I would also add the column to evaluate for the cuisine because it is excellent.... Excellent fresh food and generous portions.....

06/03/2026: The food was okay. We had two appetizers and salad from the buffet. However, we were charged for three times because we used three plates. Each of us had a salad plate, and we shared a small portion of the appetizer on one of the smaller plates. Nowhere did it say that we would be charged per plate. When we pointed this out at the checkout, the manager became very unfriendly and completely uncooperative, so we decided to pay the extra €10. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

02/03/2026: Poor: Average food, not bad, but nothing tasty or truly authentic. Very noisy place. So-so service: by Wednesday night, they had already sold out of several dishes and/or ingredients. I wouldn't go back.

14/03/2026: The chief service and food was great , basically a fiorentine steak in Trentino region! It is a bit pricy compared to the Tuscan region but nevertheless I would highly recommend this place and the wonderful owner !

23/03/2026: We had dinner at the restaurant. It was a wonderful surprise. I hadn't heard of it, even though I've been coming to Vipiteno for decades. I'll definitely be back.

14/03/2026: The Hotel Restaurant Schaurhof was recommended to us by Snowtrex when we were looking for accommodation for a week's ski holiday with vegan options at the beginning of the year. The price-performance ratio and the ski area appealed to us, so we booked it. Our room was very clean; the bathroom bin could have been emptied daily, but otherwise everything was excellent. Our room on the first floor was a bit dark, but that wasn't a problem. Everyone who worked here was exceptionally friendly and helpful, whether it was the waitstaff at mealtimes, the owner when we ordered dinner, or whoever was at reception. Quality is clearly a priority here, and it shows. Now for my personal highlight: the food. Finding vegan options on holiday is often difficult, and I had my doubts about half-board. But the breakfast was more than sufficient for me. It included bread, rolls, spreads, hummus, muesli, and plant-based milk. Dinner was like a fine dining experience, either already vegan or adapted by the owner, so we had three vegan courses every evening. We had confirmed beforehand via email that this had been noted during booking, and everything was as expected. The food was almost always excellent, very thoughtful, and not at all run-of-the-mill. Our only suggestion for improvement: When booking half-board, you mark your preferred dinner option at breakfast. It would be very helpful if the list included ingredients or a label like "v" for vegetarian and "ve" for vegan, or something similar, and would save some time and potential questions. However, since meals were often specially adapted for us, there's really nothing to complain about. We would and will wholeheartedly recommend the entire combination of accommodation, food, and the Rosskopf Hotel to everyone. Thank you so much for everything!
