05/09/2025: A regular stop on my summer vacation in Folgaria (before dinner), where I can enjoy an excellent beer without having to worry about driving since the car is parked. There are tons of beers to try here, of all kinds, but don't worry, the staff is knowledgeable and will be able to recommend something based on your tastes. But if you're lucky enough to enjoy any beer and have time...try them all!!! PS: On weekends, they always play great music during happy hour to liven up the area; definitely check it out!

04/08/2025: Anyone who tries Kaiserschmarrn here will never want anything else! WORLD-CLASS! But the other dishes looked great too! Very friendly service, a lovely cook, and a fantastic atmosphere! Great alpine hut!

02/09/2025: For over 10 years now, we've been coming to this refuge every chance we get to enjoy excellent local food at absolutely fair prices. The staff is, as always, extremely friendly, and the place is managed with great care. The food is very good, never disappoints, and the berry tart, in my opinion, is certainly memorable—a real treat, the best I've ever eaten. I recommend it!

25/08/2025: A week ago we stayed at the Dolomia refuge, located in a simply stunning location at the foot of the Marmolada. The view of the mountain is spectacular, and the refuge offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the owner did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Dolomites.

04/08/2025: We ordered pasta with shells, it was okay, but Indian food has nothing to do with India.

23/08/2025: You can only sit down if you order at the restaurant. If you order sandwiches (which aren't cheap, by the way), you have to eat them outside. With empty tables and a closed kitchen. Welcoming customers is another matter entirely.

25/07/2025: Great every time. :) Very tasty delicatessen in the heart of Brixen. We stop here regularly and enjoy a coffee on the sunny terrace. Very friendly service. 👍🏼

02/07/2025: We are on vacation in Canazei and last night we stopped for dinner at this very nice and welcoming little restaurant. I had an off-menu tagliolini with pea cream and tartare: an exquisite dish!!! And my wife chose polenta with goulash and mushrooms, with good and tender meat.

16/08/2025: A refuge at 1900m offering a restaurant, overnight accommodations, and breakfast. Reachable by car via a 20-minute drive through the woods: I recommend a slightly higher-capacity vehicle, as the dirt road is potholed, and I don't recommend driving at night, as it's not lit. Stunning views of the entire valley at sunrise and sunset. Located at the crossroads of several trails on Monte Cavallo, it's an ideal place if you want to spend a couple of days away from the city and enjoy some nature walks. We had a great time: excellent food, with the option of a set menu in the evening for overnight guests, and very friendly and helpful staff. There are some children's games and a volleyball court. Top!

26/08/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place. We ate the house seafood appetizer for two and the spaghetti allo scoglio were truly fantastic. Looking around, I also saw some delicious fried seafood. I would have loved to try it, but I was already full. Returned after two months: the prices have gone up a bit, the dishes are still excellent, and it's always worth stopping for a meal.

01/09/2025: Perhaps the most authentic mountain hut I've visited in Val di Sole. It can be reached by car. The food is good, homemade, and features a typical mountain hut menu. There's not much room to stretch out on the deckchairs, etc., but it's still pleasant. There are also donkeys and cows for the kids to see.

21/08/2025: A spectacular mountain hut, super friendly staff, especially Giulia, the owner, a unique character, there are two beautiful rooms, I recommend dinner with an overnight stay, relaxation guaranteed!

09/08/2025: Great local place to enjoy confort food after a little stroll around the marvellous sorroundings. Overall 👍🏻 If you are around, yes I think you should definitely give it a try. But don't just "hit and go". Especially in spring, summer and early autumn, allow some time for a little walk to the frogs lake nearby (15 mins) or even some longer trials (up to 1h). In winter? Enjoy an afternoon in front of the wood fire place inside. Food 👏🏻 We tried almost everything, from delicious pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, to intriguing tagliatelle with deer, innovative spazle with goulash, all the way to mouthwatering melted malga cheese and polenta. We concluded with cherry jam tart, tiramisu and ricotta and black cherry. Everything was just satisfying as you would expect from a small restaurant managed by local people. Special mention? The raw material they have, especially the meat and cheese are fenomenal! Service 😉 Simple and polite, in sync with the place. Location 👏🏻👏🏻 Sorrounded by nature, ample space outside for families with kids. In summer they even host some events such as poetry nights. Price 👍🏻 Fair. For a main, a dessert, a couple of glasses of wine and a coffee you spend around 30€.

08/07/2025: Close to the beautiful Lago di Ledro is this small, quiet campingsite with nice places to put your tent in the shadow. There is an excellent restaurant and friendly staff. The services are all there and the swimming pool is an extra plus. De prices are very good. It's a perfect location if you use the bike to go to the lake and find all the natural treasures.

07/07/2025: We spent 5 days in June 2025 using a Confort pitch for a tent, good ground, very well shaded, with electricity column, facing the pool, close to the toilets. Comfortable, quiet environment, view of the mountains/woods, close to walks and the lake. Helpful staff, special thanks to Giuliano who helped us with the inflation of the tent. Bar and restaurant present, we tried the desserts, really good. Spacious pool, lots of sunbeds. New toilets, showers with running water, always clean. Just one small suggestion regarding the positioning of electric towels in the toilets and umbrellas by the pool. Overall a very positive experience and the desire to return.

14/08/2025: Good place for inexpensive Italian food. The atmosphere is less touristy, a bit spartan, but pleasant. The pizza is recommended.

24/08/2025: The location alone is worth the trip! It's located on the side of the road from Sant'Antonio di Mavignola to Madonna di Campiglio, with a view of the Brenta Dolomites, which is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The well-maintained stone and wood structure, nestled on a slope at the edge of the forest, looks like a fairytale house. There's also a large parking lot, also in a scenic location. It offers a very extensive menu, with many local dishes (I especially loved the venison shanks). The staff is attentive and courteous, and the prices are fair. It's best to book in advance, as it's very popular.

23/08/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant. The food was decent, but the service was terrible. The two young waiters circulated like vultures, and as soon as the dish was finished, they came to the table to take it away. Twice, I was still chewing, and they took my plate away without even asking. When it came to the bill (€120), although the customers before and after us were offered a digestive grappa, we were not offered anything. The food was okay, but it definitely needs improvement. We won't be returning.
