I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Trentino-alto adige

27/02/2025: Vale la pena certamente di raggiungere Sarentino perchè Braunwirt merita una visita. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 4 portate a scelta dello chef già riportate nel menù, per le quali comunque viene chiesto se vi siano alimenti non graditi, così da evitare brutte sorprese. Partiti con vari pani di loro produzione, in accoppiamento a 3 tipologie di burro squisiti, a seguire le quattro portate comprendenti un tartare indimenticabile, piatti squisiti, complessi, esteticamente perfetti. Carta dei vini non particolarmente estesa, ma ricercata comprendente anche proposte, insolite, del territorio (vignaioli indipendenti). Servizio ottimo, conto nella norma considerando la qualità complessiva. Unica piccola pecca il locale, in effetti non di mio particolare gradimento per la vicinanza dei tavoli e le sedute, così da sentirsi più a Milano che non in Alto Adige, ma è un dettaglio.

23/02/2025: Che dire un esperienza davvero interessante, capitati per caso, abbiamo pranzato per la prima volta un sabato di dicembre, ci siamo tornati per due domeniche di febbraio consecutive con degli amici. Il cibo, e l'accoglienza tutto davvero ottimo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, a presto. Raffaella

24/08/2025: The atmosphere is simple and rustic, the food is genuine and without too many frills, the bill is fair, the quantity is above average, the choice is not wide but just right to try the local specialties, such as canederli and firm meat, the staff is very kind and familiar, it is advisable to book, in the area you can also go on some nice excursions.

23/08/2025: We stopped by chance and had a great time!! Generous portions, quality, family run, homemade dessert (strudel) as I think are the tagliatelle and canederli... I recommend! Super prices!

Questa sera delusi dal rapporto qualità prezzo e dalla scarsa scelta del menù..... musica troppo alta da non consentire di parlarsi e camerieri che ti osservano da vicino tanta da farti sentire a disagio. 19/04/2025: Ci fermiamo solitamente per acquistare solo i vini della cantina adiacente al ristorante. Questa volta abbiamo deciso di pranzare, prima di ripartire. Tutto ottimo, ambiente molto curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Un tagliere salumi e formaggi e un secondo di carne molto buono. 2 calici di buon vino, siamo stati bene .

17/08/2025: We were on vacation here by the lake for 10 days. If you just come to the restaurant for a bite to eat, you have a beautiful view of Lake Kaltern from the terrace. The rooms were very fresh every morning after housekeeping. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning, and it was way too hot at night. There was also no refrigerator to keep drinks cold. But it was still very nice. The service was always very friendly and cheerful. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

29/08/2025: Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

25/07/2025: Pranzo dopo una passeggiata con amici, da Tesero a Daiano. Avevamo prenotato, siamo arrivati in anticipo ma ci hanno fatto accomodare ugualmente. Canederli buonissimi, caserecce gustose, gröstl appetitoso, generose le porzioni. Interessanti comunque tutte le proposte presenti in carta, esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Il locale è pulito, i servizi pure, e il personale è stato estremamente gentile. Bravi!

Ambiente rustico, siamo come suggerisce il nome in una cantina. molta attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, tutte di qualità, a km zero. Antipasto di formaggi misti di livello, come primo notevoli i canederli, cucinati in maniera diversa dal solito ma semplicemente deliziosi, e il risotto al mirtillo ha saputo conquistare mio marito. Buoni anche i dolci ( particolare il semifreddo al limone e basilico) servizio gentile, veloce e professionale. Consigliato

13/07/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Weidmannshof. A wonderful location, hospitable, attentive service, excellent food, and family- and pet-friendly. 🐕. We visited with four teenagers, two adults, and one dog, using the Weidmannshof as the starting and ending point for our hut hike (from Bressanone/Tils to Merano). The farm is easily accessible by car, and we took public transport back from Merano. The bus stops right outside the front door. 5 out of 5 stars.

21/04/2025: The inn is recommended, super clean and great location with various hiking opportunities. There is a bus from Brixen to Tils if someone comes by train. The Hofer family is very helpful. I had a great time in these 3 days, thank you very much.

22/08/2024: An idyllic landscape up there. Very quiet location near the small lake. Prices are reasonable for an alpine hut. It's hosted by a really cool guy!
