22/12/2025: A truly family-run hotel with a heart for its guests, clean, with an excellent spa, a fantastic restaurant and food, and an incredible breakfast. I definitely consider this hotel one of my favorite places to stay.

Okay, good restaurant, good value considering the location... All true.
But the real difference is made by Matilde and Nicholas, the two waiters.
It's really hard to find such friendly and approachable people these days, as well as, of course, very professional when needed.
It's mainly thanks to them that we came back right away.
Congratulations guys, keep it up.
See you next time.
12/01/2026: We stopped in on our way back from a hike, without a reservation, around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon in January.
The staff was incredibly kind, quickly setting up a table for two and sitting us down. Creamed porcini mushrooms for both of us, followed by dessert and coffee. The next day we used their takeout service.

The view to Planeil/Planoil and down the valley towards Watles.
07/10/2025: We stopped here on our bike tour. The food was delicious and lovingly prepared. They served great homemade herbal lemonades. We sat there for a long time; the atmosphere was very pleasant and the owners were very friendly.

22/02/2026: We ate there yesterday for lunch. The food was truly amazing. The atmosphere was great, super welcoming, and the staff were very friendly, especially the waitress from Salerno who welcomed us and made us feel right at home. They were truly excellent! 🙂

13/03/2026: A very comfortable hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.
We really appreciated the spa, which was new and relaxing, with large relaxation areas. The Guest Pass to reach the cable car station was very useful.
Our only comments: the room was a bit warm and there was no bidet.
We plan to return!

The cuisine is top-quality, with sophisticated dishes and pairings that offer a true sensory journey, always in keeping with the seasonality of the menu. The quality-price ratio is amazing for what's on offer. Kudos to the entire staff; highly recommended.

11/02/2026: Great hotel, in the city center, excellent access to nearby ski resorts. We have been there several times during our vacation.
28/01/2026: The rooms on the third floor have been renovated, while those on the first floor haven't. Overall, they're clean and cozy. Breakfasts are repetitive: egg, peppers, cucumber, ham, and yellow cheese. The selection is small, but adequate. The coffee is delicious. Dinners are plentiful, delicious, and imaginative, but there are definitely too many dishes. I'll definitely be back.

25/03/2026: Finally, a restaurant that doesn't look down on couples or ask at the entrance how much we plan to spend just because we are an older couple who like to eat, drink and have fun. No reservation was needed, and the food was warm, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The ambiance, with a view of the mountain peaks, speechless. There is plenty of space for ski storage, and the music is great. Highly recommended! After this year spring ski, we will come back again. They deserve!
04/03/2026: A beautifully situated sun terrace. Unfortunately, starting at 1 p.m., a "DJ" blasts his excessively loud music, ruining the stunning Dolomite panorama.
One could enjoy the sun and the ambiance and have a conversation. Or, one could invite a DJ who, through his colleague, tries to get young people dancing in front of the DJ booth. A club holiday at 2,000 meters – unintentionally. Most of the guests studiously ignore the music.
