17/11/2025: While traveling from Berlin to Sardinia in our campervan, we stumbled upon the beautiful old town of Neumarkt/Egna. To our delight, we discovered the superbly located Pizzeria Lauben. In a friendly, family atmosphere, we were able to end the day enjoying delicious pizzas and good wine. The service was excellent, the pizzas arrived quickly and were perfectly prepared, the wine was top-notch, and the atmosphere in both the pizzeria and the adjoining bar was consistently positive. All in all, a real treat!

13/11/2025: We stopped on a rainy evening during a roadtrip from Stelvio to Venice. Perfect stop in a lovely town in a local faily owned establishment. Very delicious pizza with the freshest ingredients, and very good prices. Highly recommended.

28/11/2025: A place with incredibly delicious food, incredibly friendly staff, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The view is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

08/10/2025: The panoramic terrace looks beautiful, but unfortunately, you're only seated in the front dining area. The service isn't very friendly, but the chef is even more so. The burgers were tasteless, the pizza was quite good and large. But I've had much better pizzas. The ice cream was okay, but neither homemade nor well-stored.

08/10/2025: Beautiful panoramic terrace and perfectly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and thoughtfully maintained interior spaces. Outside, you can dine with or without table service (the sunniest spots). Children's and adult menus are available, with generous portions. Good, high-quality, well-cooked food.

19/10/2025: We had a very tasty lunch. They have a gluten free menu, the gluten free pizza is incredibly! All the other "normal" dishes were good as well. Very nice and recommended! The staff was very kind, but, we received 2 of our 7 dishes with a big delay (only after asking where it was... they missed on preparing the pizzas) Even with this happening, we still had a good experience.

In macrobiotics, food nourishes when it's cooked with love, when the chef cares for the soul and emotions as well as the proportions and nutritional pairings. Pasquale and Doris are family to us. When I want to eat healthily, gluten-free, and organically, I come and will always come here ❤️🧘🏻‍♀️

25/09/2025: This was an extremely expensive meal where the quality of the food did not meet the total cost. Actually had a meal at their other restaurant 4 Sajons which was 1/3 the cost and significantly better. The initial amuse course was all very tart lacking balance. Foie course lacked balance, the other elements lacked the strength to balance (acid, sweetness, etc) the strongly flavored cold Foie preparation. The lobster course the lobster was very fishy tasting, seemed maybe off? The steak was pretty chewy and not very tender the other parts of the dish were good. Everything else was just okay... didn't have any moments that opened my eyes or surprised me (in a good way). Everything was either lack luster or uninspired or at times not enjoyable.

18/09/2025: Found by chance after climbing Piz da Peres, a paradise in the Dolomites, beautiful both inside and out. A couple's lunch, and I can honestly say it's an excellent place for a romantic moment. Plus, you can also eat outside, weather permitting. Typical dishes are simply delicious, recommended directly by the chef, who came directly to the table and explained the various ingredients used. Excellent wine, very kind waitresses. In short, I would never have left. I absolutely recommend it, not only in the summer but also in the winter. After an excellent lunch, a good coffee with one of their delicious desserts enjoyed outside on their wooden veranda overlooking the Dolomites. I really couldn't ask for more. I hope to return very soon. Thanks again to all the staff. ❤️

23/11/2025: I booked this restaurant on the recommendation of a dear friend, and I'm still thanking him. We had beef tartare and a spectacular Black Angus carpaccio, while my friends opted for sea bass and venison fillet, which they both said were exquisite. The service was prompt and discreet. Prices were reasonable for the high quality. The wine list is second to none. I'll definitely be back.

08/10/2025: I stayed here for three nights in early October. Having stayed in several other hotels in the dolomites La Tambra stands out as one of the very best. Super comfortable rooms and exceptionally, friendly and attentive staff, especially Rafaella at the front desk, who was very friendly and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was exceptional as well. If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely want to stay here.
