27/07/2025: I'm taking one star off because I ordered polenta with porcini mushrooms, but there were far more chanterelles than porcini mushrooms. The customer should be notified. The polenta concia, on the other hand, was very good.

25/08/2025: We stayed there for five nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is in a great location, within easy reach of all the sights and a bus ride to Bolzano. You also get a South Tyrol card that allows you to do many things for free. The breakfast was very varied, the rooms clean and spacious, and the staff very friendly. We'd love to come back.

25/08/2025: The hotel's style is dated, but it's clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Unfortunately, the pool smelled strongly of chlorine, making it a bit unpleasant to swim in. It should also be noted that the hotel is quite noisy, which can be a problem for sensitive sleepers. Overall, we liked it, but it's only giving it 3 stars because the price doesn't meet our expectations. Approximately €190 per night. The photos are true to reality, but a few fewer filters and image distortions would certainly be beneficial to guests' expectations.

25/08/2025: Great experience at the chalet. Easy access by leaving the car in the parking lot and the cable car takes you directly to the chalet. Superb decor and quality food served with kindness. In short! An establishment worth the detour.

24/08/2025: Excellent aperitif and lunch in a unique setting. I left at dawn, and after several hours of walking to visit old, now-forgotten trenches, I treated myself to a well-deserved reward. The downside is clearly the proximity to the facilities, but that's just my personal opinion. You can find everything, as is normal. Kudos to the waiter and the food. The former was very kind and professional, the latter excellent. Thank you, and see you next time.

31/07/2025: An extremely positive experience. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, the location beautiful, and above all, the half-board option was spectacular, with delicious homemade dishes.

06/09/2025: We came for a horseback ride, truly beautiful, fantastic horses, and wonderful service. The people were very kind and helpful. A truly wonderful place.

30/08/2025: We took a one-hour horseback ride for 30 euros, worth it for the beauty of the places and the very well-treated horses, and the girls who guided us and advised us during the trip were excellent.

28/08/2025: For several years, Pizzeria Da Lucio has been a regular stop during our holidays on Lake Garda. We feel right at home here. The food, the service, and everything else is simply perfect. The pizzas, in particular, are fantastic. And all at a reasonable price. Many thanks to the entire team. Special thanks to the owner, Manuela. She is always warm and friendly. And is happy to accommodate special requests. We will definitely be back to Ballino.

02/06/2025: Cucina gourmet da 10 e lode in Val di Fassa. Lasciandoci tentare dal percorso da 6 portate del territorio, siamo stati accompagnati in eccellenza di sapori e presentazione. Gusto inattesi ma ben orchestrati, non estremi ma inpensati quello si, porzioni adatte e presentazioni che colpivano l'osservatore, senza tuttavia intimidire. Ritmo di servizio perfetto, non lento da consumare la serata, non affrettato da non lasciare il piacere conviviale. Piccole accortezze come entrè, pane e buon olio per iniziare. Personale in sala sempre attento, capace di orientare con sorrisi e consigli richiesti, senza eccedere nel voler essere presente divenendo così invadente. Ambiente piacevole, numero di coperti non troppo ampio da disperdere la sensazione di essere fra amici in occasione speciale. Vini al calice ben selezionati, piacevoli e consigliati con la giusta franchezza ed esperienza. Prezzo ragionevole per la complessità e l'ampiezza del menù, le materie prime uniche e del territorio, la loro qualità e la gestione complessiva. Tutto in linea alla tipologia di ristorazione attesa e scelta, non per tutti i giorni ma neppure per una volta e mai più, percependo uno scomodo disallineamento nel dare e ricevere.. qui non accadrà. Insomma, se foste in zona e desideraste una cena di misura, non perdete l'occasione per farvi tentare e sentire la passione di coloro che amano il loro lavoro di ristorazione, ne varrà la pena.

27/04/2025: Ok ristorante gourmet ma i prezzi sono spropositati, 4 euro il coperto senza neanche la tovaglia, anche perché non credo sia molto igienico il puro tavolo. Come faccio a sapere se è stato pulito a dovere?

21/08/2025: The staff at Gastof Kohlern made us feel like we were the only guests on site. They were a attentive, kind, and truly built a relationship from the moment we checked in. The views from the property are unmatched. You can see the entire Bolzano city and valleys beyond. Looking at the mountainside with vineyards and villages from our balcony was like looking at a painting! Incredibly peaceful after a day of hiking. You will not get this view from Ortisei or Brixen, I can guarantee that! From the coursed dinners, to the thoughtful interiors, to the relaxing treatment from Nadine, this hotel checked all the boxes. The owners of this hotel are present and put so much care to your experience. They went above and beyond. Thank you Natalie, Josef and our new friends in the Dolomites!

19/08/2025: We discovered this inn through "My Local, Your Local." Since we're currently on vacation in South Tyrol, we didn't want to miss the opportunity to visit. The food was delicious and the service very attentive and friendly. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️.

14/07/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

06/07/2025: Il locale è caratteristico ed è gradevole la terrazza esterna, personale un po’ troppo “veloce” per la location, eravamo a cena e il locale non era pieno, per cui ci sarebbe stato modo di curare meglio il servizio, invece sembravano tutti rincorsi da un cane rabbioso. Menu’ con poca scelta. Cibo che non lascia traccia, ma il conto parecchio! Eravamo stati diverse volte, qualche anno fa, e siamo rimasti un po’ delusi per la proposta della cucina e i prezzi lievitati.

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.
