21/08/2025: I returned after nine years, and I must say it left a bitter taste in my mouth. They renovated the restaurant, and in my opinion, it's lost that sense of warmth that these mountain places usually convey. The cuisine has also changed, with a modern twist. For example, orecchiette with clams and mushrooms. In short, it's Milanese cuisine, not Canazei, and in winter, I hope the portions are for energy recovery, not for tasting. The staff is friendly, a little inexperienced. They definitely don't have the attention you expect from a 4-star superior hotel. The room was clean—I stayed in a junior deluxe—and spacious, with a huge bathroom with a window. I would only recommend a few more hangers for bathrobes and for the winter, and a few more hooks for hanging clothes. Oh, and I forgot, the closet is really small. I didn't have a bad experience; I want to encourage them to improve a little on the attention to detail, which, I repeat, 4-star hotels deserve. The spa in the basement is truly superb, and the pool is almost Olympic-sized. The location is excellent! 10 meters from the Belvedere ski lift and 50 meters from the town center.

17/08/2025: The Pareda Hotel is located right next to the Belvedere cable car (therefore right in the center and in an excellent location, especially for skiing). It's a clean and comfortable hotel, with a more than decent wellness area. I stayed in a spacious Deluxe Traditional room with two terraces. So far, it was in keeping with the hotel's 4-star rating and would have fully met my expectations. But now comes the weak point...or rather, the embarrassing one. Upon arrival, we were told that the dinner menu is à la carte, so we choose our dishes on the spot. The following are always offered: 1 meat 1 fish 1 vegetarian. The vegetable buffet consists of 5/6 bowls of vegetables (always the same): tomato, lettuce, carrots, corn. There is no cooked vegetables (not even boiled potatoes) except, a couple of evenings, a meager platter of grilled zucchini. The menus are inspired by MasterChef, but they don't quite live up to it. Bread, which is available in baskets for breakfast in the morning, is brought to the table in a meager basket in the evening. It contains: half a rosetta (half!!), two slices of brown bread, and four or five "Bibanesi" (small, rounded breadsticks, for those unfamiliar with them). When I asked for more white bread, I was told they didn't have any. The second time, they brought me two more slices of brown bread. Salt (which is missing from every dish...perhaps they're concerned about the customer's health) has to be requested every time, as it's not on the table. The cuisine is, at the very least, "alternative." Dishes have little or nothing to do with local cuisine, but above all, the emphasis is on presentation (flavor and quantity are secondary). One evening, I asked for two scrambled eggs or some cold cuts instead of the usual offerings. I was told it wasn't possible due to an unspecified kitchen policy (I've never asked for such a simple alternative and been refused, not even... remember, we're talking about a 4-star hotel). The next evening, after yet another presentation of a completely charred dish, I decided to cancel my half-board and not dine at the hotel again. Management, completely inattentive to this problem, which was left to Mrs. Lara (a caring and capable person), let me know they'd give me a credit for the last dinner, which I hadn't eaten, so... thank goodness. I wasn't able to express my complaints to the owners (who were present, but apparently only in case there was praise to be had), but I politely pointed out to Lara that a hotel with such high potential and top-notch services should definitely reconsider this aspect of its catering, which is seriously penalizing it. I should point out that I stayed for 14 days, so I could also see the disappointment of other guests who had come and gone. The dining room staff was courteous and did their best to "patch up" these unpleasant situations.

13/11/2025: A truly special bistro with its own unique charm and very comfortable seating both inside and out. The perfect place to simply enjoy a glass of wine and beautifully presented, high-quality, traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. The service is also very prompt, attentive, and courteous. P.S.: A visit to the small wine shop next door is highly recommended! The wines from each line are all appealing, and there's truly something for every taste and budget. On top of that, the staff provides expert and friendly guidance during the tasting. A big compliment to the entire Tiefenbrunner team!

29/10/2025: Great atmosphere and excellent service! The food is very good, especially the sandwiches, and the portions are generous. It's a shame the salad is a bit small, but it's still tasty! The restaurant/shop concept is also nice! A good place to eat quickly and without any fuss.

26/10/2025: Lunch on October 24th. The bruschetta was good, but the chickpea, potato, and coppa pasta dish was out of this world! Well done! We also tried the Bronte pistachio cake, which was very good. The coffee could be improved. I gave the atmosphere a 4⭐️ because a pigeon was flying between the tables, which was truly unhygienic. The bill was reasonable.

07/10/2025: My family and I stayed for 5 days at this wonderful property, in one of their apartments, but with the hotel's amenities. The indoor area features a beautiful play area suitable for children, a lovely water park, and a swimming pool. My 5-year-old daughter, I must say, loved playing there and had a lot of fun. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts: a washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and cookware. However, the induction hob and cookware could use something more efficient! Despite the excellent services we enjoyed, I would like to recommend a few things to the property that would certainly make our stay and service even better. They would definitely install air conditioning in the apartment, so that if you're cold and don't have heating, you can perhaps warm the room. We personally felt a bit chilly. I would provide dryers (even for a fee) within the hotel so that, if you wash your clothes on a bad day, they can dry more quickly! Otherwise, the facility is clean and tidy, and the reception staff is impeccably welcoming, clearly explaining all the day's activities and excursions. Highly recommended for children!

02/09/2025: We stayed in the apartment at the ValdiSole Hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful, welcoming, and just like all the owners. There's a beautiful pool, a very inviting spa, a water park for kids, and a separate play area run by very friendly, kind, and attentive entertainers. We had a wonderful time.

12/12/2025: Everything was wonderfully perfect! Gorgeous spa, varied and plentiful breakfast with excellent products, clean rooms. Friendly staff, we'll definitely be back.

12/12/2025: Pizzeria Ristorante Mausefalle is a place where you immediately feel at home: a warm, informal atmosphere, perfect for a quiet evening. The pizza is truly delicious, with a light, well-cooked dough and fresh ingredients. The dishes are also a pleasant surprise: I tried a tender and very flavorful meat dish. The service is fast and friendly, always with a smile. The prices are fair for the quality. A simple yet elegant place, ideal for a no-frills yet flavorful dinner.

23/10/2025: We chose this spot spontaneously. Everyone was generous, and the people were incredibly nice and helpful. We had a broken antenna that wouldn't retract, so they promptly provided us with a ladder and tools. The restaurant on site is a delight: fast, good food at reasonable prices.

22/10/2025: A very good place to stop when traveling south or north. The delicious pasta dishes, and especially the delicious tiramisu, in the on-site restaurant are worth a stop.

31/07/2025: I spent 4 days/3 nights here with my family. The hotel's location is top-notch, overlooking the lake. Private indoor parking. Excellent cuisine with local products, fair prices. I recommend a room with a lake view for a stunning view. The owners are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

31/10/2025: I tried the special menu at Lido, but I thought 130 euros was too expensive, so I went with the regular menu. It was fantastic. If they have a special menu, I'd definitely try it again! I think the price would have been reasonable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, but the view is amazing. It's magnificent.

26/10/2025: This was our second time there with our campervan – it's always worth a trip. However, we've never used the restrooms, as we always bring our own supplies. The food was delicious, the beef broth was fantastic... The value for money is absolutely fair. We'll be back!

21/10/2025: A Tyrolean farm with approximately 20 pitches for campers on gravel ground. The Untereggerhof restaurant serves excellent homemade food and traditional Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes). €32 per night, plus €5 for a single overnight stay. Unfortunately, it's also become very expensive.

08/09/2025: My review is only for the restaurant, where we've been three times over the years. It's almost a regular stop, as it's right in front of the parking lot where you leave your car and continue along the trails of the Oclini Pass, which I discovered in 2022. Following the main road is easy, with little incline, but beautiful views: ideal for those like me who no longer hike like they used to, and in 2022... let's forget about it. For outside guests, the restaurant appears simple in its layout and ambiance, with tables outside when the weather permits, or in the dedicated hall. The service, however, is impeccable, with "longtime" staff joined by seasonal workers only for the simplest tasks. The dishes are traditional, with excursions that here in Trentino and Alto Adige commonly include the Milanese steak and the ubiquitous carbonara, which we distance ourselves from. The portions are generous, so be careful when ordering; desserts, on the other hand, are slices for two or three people. A special mention goes to the wine list, not only for its variety, and sticking closely to the local area isn't a limitation, if this is the region; but also because you can choose wines from the list and have just a glass, or a quarter. Be warned: here in Trentino and Alto Adige, a glass of wine is cheap, but it's truly meager (0.1 l). In short, for around fifty euros for two, you can eat enough, with simple dishes done well—everyone knows how to mess around, and then they can give us big names—excellent service, in a quiet atmosphere, with tables close together so you can maybe even chat. Kudos to you.
