11/10/2025: We stayed here for two nights to explore the hometown of my grandparents - Cagno and Revo. A superior plus corner room with a balcony overlooking the lake. What a view!!!! Best materials were used to build this room. Outside blinds that are open and closed and lowered and raised remotely. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Lay in bed , open the blinds and see the lake out one window and the mountain out of the other. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and all of the food was delicious. Even had made to order scrambled eggs for breakfast. We travel a lot in Europe and in the US. This is the best room and stay that we ever had!

10/10/2025: We stopped by here on our way home from skiing in Madonna and loved the hotel. We stayed there for three days at the end of September. The room was large, with a nice bathroom and a large balcony. The direct view of the reservoir was particularly enchanting. The staff was attentive and the food was excellent. The value for money is still right here.

08/09/2025: My review is only for the restaurant, where we've been three times over the years. It's almost a regular stop, as it's right in front of the parking lot where you leave your car and continue along the trails of the Oclini Pass, which I discovered in 2022. Following the main road is easy, with little incline, but beautiful views: ideal for those like me who no longer hike like they used to, and in 2022... let's forget about it. For outside guests, the restaurant appears simple in its layout and ambiance, with tables outside when the weather permits, or in the dedicated hall. The service, however, is impeccable, with "longtime" staff joined by seasonal workers only for the simplest tasks. The dishes are traditional, with excursions that here in Trentino and Alto Adige commonly include the Milanese steak and the ubiquitous carbonara, which we distance ourselves from. The portions are generous, so be careful when ordering; desserts, on the other hand, are slices for two or three people. A special mention goes to the wine list, not only for its variety, and sticking closely to the local area isn't a limitation, if this is the region; but also because you can choose wines from the list and have just a glass, or a quarter. Be warned: here in Trentino and Alto Adige, a glass of wine is cheap, but it's truly meager (0.1 l). In short, for around fifty euros for two, you can eat enough, with simple dishes done well—everyone knows how to mess around, and then they can give us big names—excellent service, in a quiet atmosphere, with tables close together so you can maybe even chat. Kudos to you.

27/01/2025: Recommended place for those looking for gluten-free options. In addition to gluten-free beer, they make excellent platters of cold cuts and sandwiches with gluten-free bread. Owner helpful and very kind, attentive to contamination. Last but not least: they also serve food very late (we ate at 11.30pm)

01/10/2025: Excellent hotel. The service was extremely courteous and friendly. Very clean, everything was well maintained. It definitely lives up to its promise. A very nice, varied buffet in the morning and at lunchtime. A very "nice" wine cellar. 2-3 hour hikes directly from the hotel. A sauna, pools, and a good gym are available. It's in an extremely quiet location. The price level leads to a certain selectivity of guests, who tend to be less inclined to party.

23/09/2025: A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. A special thank you to the Ukrainian interior decorator. A very beautiful, peaceful lawn near the pools. The hotel is centrally located for visiting Merano and Bolzano.

09/09/2025: I can confirm what other reviews have said: a warm welcome from start to finish with a smile; it doesn't take much to be happy. Added to this, the dishes are tasty and varied, so you never get bored of coming here every day. It was my first visit, but I'll definitely be back! Keep up the good work. They offer seating both inside and out.

10/10/2025: Actually a nice shop with excellent products, but things get tricky at the checkout: locals are given priority over vacationers. It just happened again: a long line at the checkout, a second cashier comes along and picks a friend from the queue, you can come straight to me, and the others are left behind. Thank you so much for that!

09/10/2025: A great shop with regional products, often organic, and similarly priced to the same item in a supermarket. You can also eat in the cafe or enjoy snacks made from ingredients/products you can also buy. We got the sausage and cheese platter for two (€27). It was delicious and the portions were just right. The staff were friendly. The seating is nice, in the shade, facing the pedestrian zone.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!
