13/07/2025: A bit dated, but a nice and clean house. Very well-maintained, large pool. The bathroom in the apartment room was not up to date. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired – except for the plentiful and good breakfast. Dinner was very nicely arranged and delicious. We always had to ask for more drinks. A shame, otherwise it was quite okay!

23/08/2025: Excellent pizzeria, spacious interior, friendly staff, fast service. The only downside: they don't take reservations; you have to go and leave your name at the cashier and they'll call when a seat becomes available. It's also worth trying as a restaurant.

29/06/2025: A direct hit! The Innerperskoler Hof is one of the best and most beautiful wine taverns I've ever visited. No, it's the best and most beautiful. Everything is just perfect here: the super friendly and attentive young lady serving, the breathtaking view, the ambiance – characterized by the homemade rustic wooden furniture, a great sense of hospitality, friendliness, and local connection – and, of course, the excellent food and sparkling drinks. Absolutely perfect and authentic! My wife enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with herb pesto from the farm garden, while I was served a dumpling trio that is second to none. It came with a fresh salad and affogato for dessert. The meal was accompanied by an aperitif and the delicious house wine (Pinot Blanc); not to mention the homemade bread. Fabulous. Our dog, Ivy, was also very spoiled and was given a large pot of water without asking. We actually planned to stop at the Innerperskoler Hof again on Thursday evening to round off our vacation. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that Thursday is one of the hotel's days off. But if we ever come back to the Schlern area, a second visit is a must. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.

23/07/2025: Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt in der Speckstube Eggerhof,sehr freundliches Personal und Familie. Super Zimmer, groß und sehr gute Betten,extrem viel „Stauraum“ im Zimmer , Balkon usw. Frühstück war ein Traum und wir hatten immer Mittags von der Karte gegessen was alles sehr lecker war. Wir kommen wieder ,… Armin & Marina

Colazione con marmellate artigianali (mirtillo, lampone, prugna e un'altra che non ricordo), dolci fatti in casa, 4 tipi di pane, uova delle loro galline; buono anche il cappuccino. Formaggi e salumi ottimi, di loro produzione. Stanza ampia e pulita. Cena solo per gli ospiti offriva 2 scelte (costine con patate e 3 canederli con insalata) con prodotti ottimi, porzioni molto abbondanti; scelta tra 2/3 dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo scelto lo strudel, veramente ottimo. Ottimi anche i prodotti offerti per il pranzo, consiglio il piatto della malga.

20/07/2025: We dined at Panorama thanks to our hotel's special offer. Five evenings, five different menus were offered by the chef. We especially enjoyed the local dishes. They offered us the option of choosing dishes from the menu, paying the difference, of course. Overall, we had a wonderful time, and the entire staff was truly friendly.

17/07/2025: Fantastic food. What a wonderful owner and chef who cooks from the heart. You can taste and hear his passion. We were amazed and will be talking about it for a long time. Truly delicious food and drinks.

11/07/2025: What a surprise: I hadn't heard of La Scarpetta, but four of us decided to try it for lunch. The menu is Roman-style, so we ordered a gricia, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and a spaghettone al pesto. The portions were just right, the ingredients were top-notch (guanciale for the gricia and carbonara), the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was in keeping with the menu and location. Being close to Bolzano Airport doesn't bother us at all. The owner, Andrea, is a chef and mainly takes care of the first courses, as does his partner, Adriana, who takes care of the second courses. Both are also dedicated to service. They are two enthusiastic and hard-working young people who also try to offer themed evenings, such as Sardinian cuisine or a seafood evening featuring a 1 kg lobster per person. The prices are more than fair, like Andrea and Adriana. I almost forgot: a dessert of chocolate mousse with chili pepper and two affogato to round out the lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

20/08/2025: The game tagliatelle are delicious, and the charcuterie board is excellent. The only small flaw is the music, which is too loud for a mountain restaurant.

20/08/2025: We had lunch on August 15th, so the service was a bit slow, but they were very courteous and quick to bring the food. Everything was delicious and the prices were fair!

09/08/2025: The atmosphere is very clean and well-kept, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Excellent food, including traditional Italian dishes, Indian cuisine, and excellent pizzas. Highly recommended.

10/08/2025: A restaurant I haven't experienced in a long time. We went there spontaneously on a Friday evening with two people. All the seats were taken, but the waiter asked us if we wanted to wait at the bar, as a table would be available soon. We only had one drink at the bar before we were escorted to our table. The food arrived quickly; it was inspiring, authentic Italian/Tyrolean cuisine, and the price was absolutely reasonable. The service was very attentive and professional. I definitely recommend it.

09/08/2025: Nice restaurant on the busy pedestrian zone. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and mid-priced. The pasta portions (we had spaghetti carbonara) are manageable, while the pizzas are a real challenge even for experienced eaters. 😁 The gourmet pizzas are a bit more expensive, but not your average meal. The pizza la Montanara with ham and Kaminwurz (smoked sausage) on a mushroom sauce is very well seasoned and requires plenty of liquid during and after the meal. The only downside is the €2 caperto per guest, which can, of course, be included in the tip. Oh, and sharp knives would be nice next time... 😉

27/08/2025: Excellent fritte and vino blanco!! Lovely, quiet, relaxed atmosphere - great music. Bartender very friendly and even ran after us with one of the tiles from our game that we had left behind by accident.

28/07/2025: We spent 9 perfect days in a property that was excellent in every way: the owners and staff were friendly, the rooms were large and spotlessly clean, the meals were excellent...you couldn't ask for anything better! Thanks to Veronica and Petra. We'll definitely see you next year!

25/07/2025: A well-kept and elegant little place. The savory meat was delicious, and the bigoi and tagliata were also good. The desserts were a bit disappointing, and that's the only reason I didn't give the food a 5, because everything else was excellent.
