22/01/2025: Sono molti anni che veniamo sull’Alpe, avevamo sentito parlare bene di questo rifugio e quest’anno che finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzarci non possiamo che confermare il passaparola positivo in merito. Qui troverete autentica gentilezza, gusto, qualità, ampia scelta del menu’, ottima presentazione delle portate e una bella atmosfera. Al momento per noi è la migliore esperienza culinaria sull’Alpe. Speriamo di potervi tornare in futuro.

12/03/2025: Normal bar near the slopes of Folgaria and surrounding areas. Good sandwiches and chips, their price is probably slightly higher than average given the proximity to the slopes... but anyway I've always gone here

03/03/2025: Sandwich with onion and porchetta €8 which may seem like a lot but it isn't, very good and very large. Fast and professional service, I will definitely return

25/06/2025: Rustic and spacious place, friendly staff. I ordered a Viennese pizza, and for dessert a tiramisu, both very good and balanced. I appreciated the projector to watch the games

22/06/2025: There is a moment, entering Ca’ dei Gobi, in which time seems to stop: the soft light caresses the ancient beams, and the air is tinged with promises. It is here, between walls that breathe stories and tables that seem to invite the story, that relatives from two continents – Italy and the United States – have met to feel the heartbeat of an upcoming wedding. The place is a living picture, painted in dark wood and white tablecloths, suspended between past and present. The chairs aged by the smiles of those who lived there before, the scent of polished wood and oak barrels that can be seen in a corner: everything here speaks of an authentic Trentino, of green valleys and skies that are reflected in the nearby lakes. The glasses sang deep notes: a Pinot Noir that caressed the palate with a gentle freshness, a Nosiola that revealed mountain flowers in a crystalline sip. Each label seemed to tell the story of a hill, a winemaker who knows the vineyard like an old friend, and who passed on to us the baton of an ancient flavor. In the dishes, tradition danced with delicacy. The strangolapreti, soft as clouds of flour and spinach, melted under a veil of butter that was almost liquid gold; the polenta with porcini mushrooms, an earthy embrace, whispered stories of woods and mushrooms hidden among the roots of the larches. And then, the stewed venison: tender, wrapped in a sauce that seemed like a secret kept by the forest. The staff – elegant, discreet, ready with a smile that never sounds formal – made each service a welcoming ritual. But it was Mario, the chef, who transformed the dinner into an unforgettable celebration. With his affability he crossed the threshold of the kitchen, bringing with him the warmth of someone who loves his job and shares it without reservations. He spoke of herbs, recipes learned in the kitchen and how, sometimes, a touch of spice can become magic. When the lights dimmed and the last glass was raised in a sincere toast, there was the certainty of having woven a thread between two families, between two cultures. The preparatory wedding banquet took the form of a small convivial miracle: a suspended moment in which every detail – from the whisper of the wood to the first sip of wine – contributed to writing a chapter of joy that will hardly fade. Ca’ dei Gobi is not just a restaurant: it is a place where goodness becomes beauty, and beauty becomes memory.

01/07/2025: We had made a reservation in advance and, despite everything, were initially assigned a "cat table" in the farthest corner, overlooking a wooden shed on one side and the toilet cleaning cart on the other… The lake view was practically nonexistent. After requesting another table on the main terrace, we were able to enjoy our – frankly good – pizzas amidst the smell of a diesel generator from the neighboring campsite and the stern axe effect of the service staff. Despite our best efforts and a charming smile, the waitress couldn't open the bottle of Pinot Grigio properly. But never mind… we took it in good spirits, as did our table neighbors with their dog, who were also initially assigned the "cat table." The restaurant certainly has potential for more, but the 4.9 rating awarded here is, in our opinion, rather overestimated. A shame…

30/06/2025: Price a bit too high for the quality, some dishes really good, most average, but I wouldn't recommend spaghetti/penne al ragu. Long waiting time for lasagne, other dishes served very quickly.

08/06/2025: Beautiful, large, newly renovated rooms. The building itself is a beautiful old building.

06/06/2025: Very nice, renovated rooms with plenty of space. The bed was also very comfortable. There is free parking on site. Bicycles can also be borrowed free of charge. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the coffee was very good. The location is also perfect.

15/04/2025: Beautiful location, bare table without a tablecloth or napkin, table and stop... having read the menu we chose a platter... average good because it didn't excite me... high prices. Finished lunch there.

20/04/2025: Lunch with the family in a relaxing location, really good lunch and friendly staff. The risotto with asparagus and scallops was a delicacy... the kid with potatoes and polenta took me back to the past... I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back... Simply thank you Chef

19/04/2025: We returned to the place after about a year: perhaps something has changed. The park around the place is nice and you can walk around after eating. The restaurant is normal, but a little chaotic. When ordering, to avoid surprises, take what is recommended that day (the menu is vast, so not everything may be fresh or of the day). The staff is friendly and helpful.

12/06/2025: Purtroppo non posso giudicare la cucina perché, per come siamo stati accolti, la reazione simultanea mia e di mio marito è stata di salutare e girare i tacchi. Per fortuna, perché poi siamo andati in un posto meraviglioso, dove siamo stati accolti bene e abbiamo mangiato egregiamente.

27/06/2025: I ate here for two months and I must say that: Sometimes you have to wait a long time for waiters. Sometimes they confuse orders. Sometimes I was charged different prices for the same dishes. To summarize, the pork ribs here are the most delicious, and the tiramisu is the worst I've ever had. The ice cream is very good, but the pasta and pizza are mediocre.

06/03/2025: Questo rifugio è un posto magico con una vista spettacolare un'accoglienza fantastica e un servizio senza uguali. Lo staff ( Marco N1) sono veramente delle persone che portano la felicità. Il cibo è abbondante, ottimo il kaisermann e fantastici i spaghetti alla carbonara.... È la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta è sempre un piacere....

17/02/2025: I was on vacation with my family a few weeks ago. We thought we would visit the Kradorfer Alm after a hike. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND RIGHT but the only thing that stood out was the beautiful location, the food was really sickening and we all had to leave leftover food behind, as described in the reviews here, I don't think so at all. It's overcrowded with tourists, the staff is infuriating, self-deprecating and unsympathetic. Perhaps they could be used as prison staff and the cook could be used as a prison cook or cafeteria cook. Then don't be embarrassed by these prices😂😂 you lose half your wages if you see these prices and want to eat something. I will never visit this Alm on my vacation again because this is really bottom drawer.......😠

11/02/2025: Malga davvero molto caratteristica, piccola ma accogliente. Cibo squisito, personale gentile e attento alle esigenze di tutti. Facilmente raggiungibile anche per famiglie con bambini, noi eravamo 2 coppie con 3 bambini e hanno raggiunto KradorferAlm senza problemi, divertendosi con la neve lungo il sentiero (la salita è dolce). All'arrivo hanno anche trovato un bel parco giochi di fianco alla malga. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari per vederla anche d'estate!
