04/08/2025: A small lake, a quiet location, perfect for relaxing after a hike. And if you're a little peckish, there's something for everyone. We were satisfied and enjoyed ourselves very much.

27/07/2025: Functional for a few days, but the rooms need updating. Just a few weeks before our vacation, my partner and I were looking for affordable accommodation near Riva. The Hotel Rudy is located about 2 kilometers north of the city center. We walked there almost every evening to enjoy a (really delicious) meal. When we arrived, we tried to check in about two hours before the stated check-in time. The friendly staff member made sure our room was cleaned with priority, and we only had to wait half an hour. Our room on the second floor was easily accessible by both the elevator and the (fairly narrow) stairs. The door was a bit awkward to open, and the room key was very old-school (no card or anything like that) and clunky. The room opened onto two balconies, from which we had a direct view of the main street. One room had two seats and a small table, but unfortunately, due to the very bad weather for the end of July, we couldn't make use of them. The furnishings and fittings are a bit dated and very worn. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very small and difficult to use even for slim people. The bathroom door (see photo) had disgusting stains, and I didn't even want to know where they came from. The beds were quite deep, but functional. The biggest drawback for us was actually the very thin and thin walls. Combined with "great" neighbors who don't know how to sleep well at night, last night was a complete nightmare. The street noise is also quite loud; if you're sensitive to this, you should ask for another room. We visited the pool twice. It's beautifully quiet, large enough for cooling off, and offers sunbathing space for around 25 hotel guests. If the weather is good and you don't necessarily want to swim laps, it's perfectly adequate. The breakfast was delicious throughout our entire vacation, the selection was absolutely sufficient, and there was always something to suit everyone. I think everyone will find something to their liking here. We didn't use the hotel restaurant during our stay. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended for a short trip to Lake Garda (with a few reservations). However, there are certainly more modern options available at a comparable price.

18/07/2025: Very friendly staff 👍 Cozy pool area Great breakfast. We stayed there for 7 days. It's a 5-minute bike ride to the center of Riva del Garda. The only downside is the bathroom, which was unfortunately too small.

26/08/2025: I found myself in Trento on a mission. After several attempts to find a place to stay, I finally found (also considering the positive reviews) the Hotel Everest. What can I say? Everything was perfect: the welcome, the kindness, the cleanliness, and the magnificent breakfast. The owners were fantastic.

22/08/2025: Wonderful experience! I stayed at the Hotel Everest from August 10 to 17, 2025, on a half-board basis. The room was comfortable and quiet, spotlessly clean, and well-ventilated. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, but I must also compliment all the dining room staff and the restaurant chefs. They truly pampered us, and they paid special attention to me, especially since I have celiac disease. The dinners were truly delicious, and the daily menu had a great selection. A truly enjoyable stay. We'll definitely be back!

04/05/2025: We can only give 5 stars here. A super friendly team. The rooms are very modern. The pool can even be used at the end of April. Great breakfast! and unfortunately we only know this from stories, a great evening menu. Unfortunately we didn't know this beforehand. The head of the house cooks the menu himself every day. Even at breakfast nothing was left to be desired. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. What's also great is that you can use public transport to the nearest towns (Merano, Bolzano) free of charge. We'll definitely be back. Kind regards Florian and Heike

19/07/2025: The Locanda Alpina is a little gem waiting to be discovered. The rooms are tidy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort. The common areas are well-maintained and refined. The food is simply prepared to showcase the high-quality ingredients. Even the bread here is delicious, and the speck, prepared by their Salumeria, is spectacular. The staff is young, dynamic, extremely kind, and helpful. The surroundings of the Locanda are enchanting and offer the utmost relaxation. Dogs are welcome. In short, a stay or dinner at the Locanda Alpina will give you an unforgettable experience.

10/07/2025: Very welcoming and well-kept restaurant. Indian management and they also offer typical cuisine, Italian cuisine and even pizzas, a very vast and excellent menu with value for money. We opted for tasting the Indian menu and it was an excellent choice. There is an outdoor space for children. Pets allowed. Parking available both in front and behind the restaurant.

25/08/2025: Terrible experience. I sat down for an aperitif, and the glasses left by previous customers remained on the table for several minutes, with no one bothering to clear the table. After politely asking me to move to the next table (so as not to be left in the shade), the grumpy waiter entered the restaurant to call the head waiter. The latter arrived with an arrogant attitude and, instead of obliging me, made me understand that asking to move was downright disrespectful to the person who had just cleared the table. A ridiculous excuse, demonstrating zero professionalism and zero customer care. At that point, I left without ordering anything. This place is definitely to be avoided: rudeness and arrogance reign supreme.
