31/08/2025: On Saturday, August 30th, I had the pleasure of dining with my fiancé at Augurio Ristorante in Trento, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! We chose Samuele's surprise menu, and what a surprise it was! Each course was a masterpiece of flavors, with the freshest ingredients and creative pairings that made the dinner a true culinary journey. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. The staff was exceptional: courteous, attentive, and passionate in explaining the details of each dish, making us feel pampered from start to finish. The restaurant's atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening. Kudos also to the wine list, which perfectly complemented our menu. Augurio is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone seeking a high-end gastronomic experience in Trento. We'll be back soon, perhaps to try another menu! Thank you for making our evening so magical. 28/08/2025: We, nine people, had an outstanding surprise menu – it was amazing! The view into the kitchen is truly amazing, and the ambiance in the restaurant with its old cellar vault is sensational.

15/07/2025: Every time I return to Pellizzano, it's my go-to spot for breakfast and a snack. You have no idea how delicious Sicilian brioches are!!!! 🤤 But also the classic ones, and you can fill them with a variety of creams. It's a temptation I always happily give in to! 😅 Plus, the girls are always so kind 👍🏻

31/10/2025: Staff that make you feel at home, excellent food, and unforgettable pizza. It's worth the drive.

07/09/2025: I admire the pizza, most likely prepared by the owner, pizza Tartufo, which was barely there. It was divine! And then we took it to go, prepared by the chef or pizza master, I don’t know which is correct, but it turned out to be a complete failure. We discovered this already at home. And that’s the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

19/11/2025: It also has a room for smooth dancing and they do dance classes and then you can stay for dinner!

14/11/2025: I ordered water from three waiters and after 45 minutes it still hadn't arrived.

15/10/2025: The restaurant is beautiful, partly converted from old stables. The food is excellent, combining mountain refuge with Veronese cuisine. The landscape is relaxing, perfect for walks along the trails and in the woods. A must-try!

13/10/2025: Everything! Excellent location for setting off on bike or foot to explore the trails. Welcoming and spacious room, excellent breakfast with fresh, local products. Friendly and helpful staff, they even let us store our bikes in their garage. We also had dinner at the restaurant: all the dishes were truly excellent and reasonably priced.

26/11/2025: This cabin is recommended in both summer and winter. Quality food and helpful staff are excellent. Easy to reach, even with children.

25/10/2025: This café is a little discovery that instantly puts you in a good mood. The coffee is truly delicious, intense, and well-crafted, and the selection of pastries and desserts is extensive and carefully curated, always fresh and tasty. Even for a quick break or an aperitif, you can always find something delicious to accompany a carefully prepared drink. The only drawback is the slightly high prices. The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, always clean and pleasant to live in. The staff knows how to create a family atmosphere, welcoming each customer with kindness and a genuine smile. It's one of those places that easily becomes a daily habit, combining quality, friendliness, and a great atmosphere.

18/10/2025: Unfortunately, very unfriendly. 1st question: Food? Drinks? Yes, we'd like to eat. Seat over there. Other people only wanted drinks and were sent away.

06/11/2025: Absurd... I order a second course that on the menu costs 18 euros and they present me with mashed potatoes made with sachets and water and 3 small pieces of octopus, JUDGE BY THE PHOTO... ABSURD

03/11/2025: We found this place by chance for an alternative stop to our previously planned meal, and it's become a pleasant experience every time we pass through the area. A truly pleasant stop. A quick lunch that's always interesting and enjoyable.

19/10/2025: We visited here several times during our stay in Bolzano. Excellent quality food and drinks, friendly staff, and absolutely fair prices, all while enjoying a beautiful location on the corner of the cathedral.

29/10/2025: Beautifully prepared, delicious platters with a view of the lake, friendly service.

01/10/2025: Everything was excellent, but you can't spend almost €60 for 2 people on dumplings and little else, and in fact the place was half empty. I can understand a lot about the need to offer certain prices, but it seems a bit excessive to me.

14/09/2025: Unassuming small place with incredible food, so I have to congratulate the cook. The staff is also friendly. The prices aren't seem in huts anymore, unfortunately.

12/10/2025: A renovated, welcoming place with super friendly and attentive staff. The place is pet-friendly; they even brought a water bowl for my dog, Perla. 🐾

25/11/2025: Monte Baldo is a simply wonderful place, worth visiting at least once in your life. Stunning views, clean air, and nature everywhere: it's one of those places that truly rejuvenate you. I've been there, and the experience is well worth it, both for the lake view and the relaxing walks at altitude. The only downside is the parking for the peripheral road up to the top: it's hard to find and very expensive. This is a bit of a contrast to the beauty of the place and could be managed better. Otherwise, Monte Baldo remains a splendid destination that I absolutely recommend.

21/10/2025: A quaint restaurant, housed in a beautifully preserved former sawmill. Small, welcoming, and warm. The food is traditional, slightly revisited with interesting combinations that showcase the excellent ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are in line with the offerings.

01/10/2025: A truly special hidden spot! All the dishes are homemade with ingredients from the garden. The black beans are fantastic, a must try! The polenta with tosella cheese, the sauerkraut, and the blueberry ice cream are also delicious. Finally, a homemade blueberry grappa is the perfect end to the meal. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's absolutely worth it. Welcoming, authentic, and quiet. I'll be back!
