19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

The food is excellent, creative, and prepared with great attention to detail. Every day is like a surprising culinary adventure. The activities organized by the animation team are very enjoyable, and joining them is completely relaxed. Highly recommended!

19/03/2026: We stayed for six nights at this hotel, which bills itself as a four-star establishment – ​​but unfortunately, there was no evidence of that. The only positive aspect was the room: it was spacious and functionally laid out. However, even here, there was a complete lack of any thoughtful or creative design, making this area feel rather bland and impersonal. The rest of our stay was simply unacceptable. The food was consistently lukewarm, the selection extremely limited, and the appetizer buffet was the same every day without any variety. The low point was the duck breast on our last evening – inedible. We weren't alone in this; food was also being returned at neighboring tables. Especially irritating was the behavior after dinner: the tablecloths were shaken out in a corner of the dining room – right in front of the guests. Such a practice is not only unappetizing but also demonstrates a lack of sensitivity and an inability to understand basic hygiene standards in the restaurant industry. While the service was attentive, it couldn't compensate for the massive shortcomings in any way. The so-called "bar" is a relic from the 1970s – uncomfortable, uninviting, and anything but a place where you'd want to spend an evening. The same goes for the spa area, which barely meets 4-star standards. Overall, the entire hotel feels outdated and lacks modernity, a cohesive concept, and, above all, attention to detail. However, the handling of criticism is particularly disappointing: During our entire stay, not a single hotel manager appeared to inquire about guest satisfaction. When we complained, the senior manager simply dismissed it with a curt, "Then you'll just have to stick it out for another four days" – a response that is hard to surpass in its arrogance. In short: They're charging for a 4-star hotel, but what they're offering is, at best, a weak 3-star experience. For us, it was a complete disappointment and definitely not recommended.

In a similar situation, we would have expected at least a modicum of understanding or a small gesture of helpfulness from you. Strictly enforcing rules is a choice, but hospitality and professionalism are especially evident when a serious incident occurs. For this reason, we are disappointed with the way the situation was handled.

20/03/2026: Here's a well-written review: ⸻ Last night we ate pizza at the Palaghiaccio di Corvara in Corvara, and the experience was truly enjoyable. The pizza was very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is totally informal, perhaps even a little rustic, but precisely because of this, it's welcoming and relaxed, without too many pretensions. The service was quick and efficient, ideal if you want something good to eat without a long wait. The real added value, however, is the view of the ice rink: last night there was a hockey game, and being able to eat while watching the game made the atmosphere truly fun and different from usual. A simple yet authentic place, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. We'll definitely be back! Marta served us, very kind and helpful.

Impeccable service, even without speaking English very well, the gentleman who served us managed to understand us and explain everything about the menu. The food was excellent, the service was impeccable, the restaurant is beautiful and the price is very good! The tiramisu, which is the house specialty, was perfect, everything was incredible! I highly recommend it!! We loved it!

The apartment is truly spacious and has all the comforts, but the absolute highlight is the breathtaking view. At any hour, you're enchanted by the mountains changing colors throughout the day. The town of Merano seems so far away from you, as if you were looking at it from a plane window. In the evening, it transforms into a whirlwind of moving lights and colors... we could have spent hours just gazing out the windows or from the terrace. The place is immersed in nature and catapults you into a slower, healthier life, based on true principles. In the evening, we ate in their restaurant, an unforgettable experience. Every dish is prepared with what Alexander and his family produce, everything delicious, haute Tyrolean cuisine. One word: THANK YOU

21/10/2025: After a breathtaking and nerve-wracking drive through the vineyards east of Merano, the first thing you need is a drink to enjoy the picturesque view. You can get just that at the Greiterhof. The friendly host, Alexander, welcomes you with open arms and explains how things work on the mountain. This young man specializes in making everything himself, and that is his goal. Almost every bite that ends up on your plate is either homemade or at least from neighboring farms. A special highlight in the South Tyrolean calendar is the annual Törggelen, which, of course, is also offered here. In addition to barley soup, three kinds of meat, and doughnuts, local wine is served. Those who prefer a vegetarian meal should pre-order, as vegetarians are still just as uncommon at Törggelen as a South Tyrolean who speaks fluent Italian. What is particularly remarkable is that the host apparently runs the whole operation single-handedly. From taking your order to cooking, serving, and billing, everything is done with a smile and interspersed with short anecdotes from the life of a mountain farmer. The special hospitality is evident when you're offered a whole jug of schnapps for free. A true gesture of honor, considering the whole thing doesn't cost much.

21/02/2026: We went there for dinner for the first time. The food was wonderful. I only had the spaghetti, but the sauce was amazing. The entire meal was very exceptional. My wife had a salad with buffalo mozzarella, which was also beautifully presented. We both highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back.
