24/02/2025: Passing by twice during my ski holiday a fortnight ago, I ate well, spent the right amount, and was welcomed with kindness and friendliness! Well done 👏

12/10/2025: A superb guesthouse in an excellent location for hiking or motorcycling. Fantastic views of the mountains from the balcony or bedroom. Very quiet at night, with no light pollution. The dinner is fantastic, with three courses. You'll receive hiking and motorbike tour suggestions, as well as the history of the Koflhof. You feel like part of the family. We'd love to come back.

22/09/2025: We were able to spend a night with our camper van with the lovely family at the Koflhof. The Koflhof offers a wonderful atmosphere with lively animals, a lovingly tended garden, and beautiful pitches. The highlight was the three-course dinner – prepared with lots of love and experience :-) We felt very comfortable!

14/10/2025: A fantastic bakery and the croissant, is worth dying for😍 Friendly staff even if we didn’t talk the same language, she was trying to understand what I wanted.

18/06/2025: Extremely delicious croissants/cornettos and doughnuts!!! Very moist and fluffy. Simply a dream. Both cost €1.60 in June 2025 and are definitely worth the price. Unfortunately, the croissants sell out very quickly, and there's sometimes a line outside the store. So it's worth getting there early 😀

09/09/2025: This is a review for the restaurant. The food is delicious and non-hotel guests have an a la carte menu with good variety to choose from. The highlight was the service though - we had an amazing very friendly and helpful waiter. Disappointed not to have had time to go back!

01/10/2025: We stayed here for two days with our campervan and ate dinner one night (end of September). Although it's a bit of a drive, it's absolutely worth it to stay here with our campervan. And the homemade ravioli was truly delicious.

07/10/2025: My family and I stayed for 5 days at this wonderful property, in one of their apartments, but with the hotel's amenities. The indoor area features a beautiful play area suitable for children, a lovely water park, and a swimming pool. My 5-year-old daughter, I must say, loved playing there and had a lot of fun. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts: a washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and cookware. However, the induction hob and cookware could use something more efficient! Despite the excellent services we enjoyed, I would like to recommend a few things to the property that would certainly make our stay and service even better. They would definitely install air conditioning in the apartment, so that if you're cold and don't have heating, you can perhaps warm the room. We personally felt a bit chilly. I would provide dryers (even for a fee) within the hotel so that, if you wash your clothes on a bad day, they can dry more quickly! Otherwise, the facility is clean and tidy, and the reception staff is impeccably welcoming, clearly explaining all the day's activities and excursions. Highly recommended for children!

02/09/2025: We stayed in the apartment at the ValdiSole Hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful, welcoming, and just like all the owners. There's a beautiful pool, a very inviting spa, a water park for kids, and a separate play area run by very friendly, kind, and attentive entertainers. We had a wonderful time.

14/09/2025: Unassuming small place with incredible food, so I have to congratulate the cook. The staff is also friendly. The prices aren't seem in huts anymore, unfortunately.

12/10/2025: A renovated, welcoming place with super friendly and attentive staff. The place is pet-friendly; they even brought a water bowl for my dog, Perla. 🐾

11/10/2025: Very tasty, inexpensive pizza, German and Czech beer, and friendly service. A bit bare for my taste, but that's the Italian bistro style.

07/09/2025: I admire the pizza, most likely prepared by the owner, pizza Tartufo, which was barely there. It was divine! And then we took it to go, prepared by the chef or pizza master, I don’t know which is correct, but it turned out to be a complete failure. We discovered this already at home. And that’s the only reason I can’t give it 5 stars.

06/09/2025: I go there every now and then, even today with my son. Giuseppe and his wife Elena are kind and friendly owners, and the food is good and the pizza excellent.

27/09/2025: It's been a long time since we've eaten so excellently. We had a bit of everything from starters to main courses to dessert, plus a fantastic wine recommendation. First-class service, so incredibly friendly, courteous, attentive, professional, and humorous—a truly great pleasure. A cozy and stylish ambiance, friendly guests, and a lovely atmosphere. When it comes to food, you don't know where to start—such a special selection of dishes, or rather, creations. An absolute delight, not just for the palate but also for the eyes. The desserts we had were divine. Pure culinary delights and truly delicious. All in all, a wonderful evening and a great pleasure to be a guest in this special restaurant! Anyone in Merano or the surrounding area should definitely not miss a visit.

11/08/2025: We came to dinner at the Bistrò restaurant and it was a lovely surprise! The dinner was truly excellent. The venison carpaccio with fresh grilled porcini mushrooms was exquisite! Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back...

11/09/2025: The hospitable ladies were incredibly helpful. The coffee was delicious, but the pastries! They were outstanding! There were undoubtedly more than two calories in them, but it was definitely worth the sin!
