17/08/2024: A really good restaurant, highly recommended. The prices are much lower than on Gardase e. However, on the bill I had two portions more than I ordered. I paid 6 euros too much. Unfortunately I only noticed this later. By then it was too late to complain.

10/08/2024: Excellent Ladin cuisine, we tasted: dumplings, tagliatelle with mushrooms, goulash with polenta (very tender!), mountain pine risotto, barley soup and bruschetta (also non-trivial and delicious!). Stratospheric desserts, amazing strudels. Very friendly staff.

09/08/2024: If you want to eat typical food…This is the right place! The girls in the dining room are fast and efficient, the food is excellent and the dishes are definitely generous! Highly recommended😊😉

17/07/2024: Piatti cucinati da professionisti. Il cervo era squisito, le praline al caprino una piacevole scoperta. I dolci potevano essere un po’ migliori ma comunque erano buoni. Prezzo alto ma commisurato alla bontà dei piatti.

23/05/2024: A great evening in Sassegg. The atmosphere is stylish, modern and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The owners are very nice and open to a little chat at the table. The food was fantastic, great exceptional dishes that were all delicious. We would love to come back on our next vacation. If you would like to eat something special, you should pay a visit to this restaurant.

26/07/2024: Tortel like grandma's. Baked (with plenty of oil) but NOT FRIED as found in other restaurants that offer tortels and cured meats. Definitely the best I've ever tried around the restaurants in the Val di Non. Very quick service and the hostess is very courteous and incredibly efficient. The portions are more than generous and the prices are very affordable. The desserts on offer (all homemade) are also excellent! Super recommended!

08/08/2024: I went to lunch with my parents as we were passing through. We got 3 different things, all delicious! Fast service and very friendly waiters. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

04/08/2024: I dined in this restaurant several times during a holiday in the mountains because after the first positive experience we preferred it to other restaurants in the area. We ate both pizza and typical dishes from the restaurant and were very satisfied…. Above all, the pizza was very good and digestible. Fair prices for the area. Simple no frills but comfortable environment with friendly staff. I recommend it.

21/08/2024: A very nice, small and quiet hotel. The rooms are new and very tastefully decorated. The sauna area is also inviting and you can relax really well, we had some of it all to ourselves. Particularly noteworthy is the great service from the host family, very warm and attentive. The kitchen is outstanding, the menu in the evening was a culinary highlight!

03/05/2024: We had wonderful spring days in April 2024 at the Koflhof. We would like to thank the entire Kalser family for the great stay. We had the room Edelweiss. It really blew us away. Everything with pine wood and a fantastic view. Fantastic bathroom. All things new. We enjoyed it. Plus the warmth and love of the family. We have never experienced anything like this on vacation before. The food is like mom's, tasty and delicious. We looked forward to it every evening. They were unforgettable days on the farm and we still talk about them to this day. We would definitely like to come back soon and have a great time again. Thank you for giving us such a lovely stay and your wines, apple juice and sparkling wine still taste so good to us here in Berlin :-). We think of you so fondly. 18/08/2024: Very tasty pizza and the other dishes are also recommended. Centrally located, beautiful terrace.

11/07/2024: Very good stay and recommendation as an E5 hut: - Nice host with outstanding service - Enjoy your meal - quaint but very comfortable rooms/beds - Rooms with bed linen instead of mattresses - 2 clean showers and laundry room - Sun terrace with views and loungers E5: I found Meraner Hütte unsuitable because of the ski area and the noisy neighborhood. You continue walking for about 1 1/2 hours and about 400 meters downhill to the ski hut. Very nice path and mostly protected from the sun, but less view compared to the E5. The next day it takes 1 hour and 300m to get to the E5 (and then you also have the view) which then takes about 4 hours to get to the cable car to Bolzano. In total it takes about 30 minutes longer to walk, but you have good accommodation and a varied, shady path.

10/07/2024: A fabulous cabin at the foot of many easy-to-follow paths. I recommend doing the excursion and then returning to the cabin at lunchtime because Marcus will prepare some fabulous homemade dishes for you.

10/08/2024: don’t get the quesadilla - i’ll go as far to recommend sticking to pizzas. They’re good although if they contain garlic, they have a ton of it.

06/08/2024: Seen from the outside, you wouldn't expect a place like this. Very cute, recalls Mexico. And wide too. I ate the pizza and I liked it. The highlight, however, is the Mexican food. I will be back to try it.

07/08/2024: ITA: Abbiamo cenato in due in this ristorante and the cibo è state davvero ottimo. The ratatouille di verdure with gamberi and canederli with crauti erano prepared with cura and pieni di sapore. Tuttavia, the service has now been requested. When you arrive in the picture, you don't have to take the position, and the personal in the room will be wearing a scortese and a cordial. In particolare, the signora che sembrava essere la titolare non ha mai accennato un sorriso, facendo sentire poco gradita la nostra presence. A peccato, perché la cucina meriterebbe un'accoglienza migliore. ENG: The two of us had dinner in this restaurant and the food was really excellent. The ratatouille with shrimp and the dumplings with sauerkraut were carefully prepared and full of flavor. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. When the dishes arrived we weren't even brought cutlery and the staff in the room were rude and unfriendly. In particular, the lady, who I assumed was the owner of the restaurant, didn't smile once, which made us feel unwelcome. It's a shame, because the kitchen deserves better hospitality.

14/07/2024: Rooms are better than you would expect when you see the house from the outside. Otherwise everything is fine. I can't understand what some others are writing negatively about here. The rooms are clean, renovated and air conditioned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

20/07/2024: Conduzione familiare con tutto il calore del sud. Pesce di ottima qualità, preparato da chi lo sa cucinare a dovere. Servizio impeccabile, basta non avere troppa fretta. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo
