13/10/2025: This was the first time I tried beans on pizza (gluten-free, AIC certified) and it was delicious! The homemade desserts were also top-notch: meringue and semifreddo, both gluten-free and made with seasonal ingredients. The meringue was savoy-like and tasted like a real wedding cake! The entertainment, with magicians and card games, was also lovely. :) Warm and welcoming, also suitable for families, with wooden interiors and trompe l'oeil paintings of the Monte Baldo skyline and traditional flowers. I recommend it.

12/10/2025: I've been going to this restaurant since I was little with my parents, and rediscovered it a few years later. My kids love it for its special menu, playroom, and special evenings. The staff is really friendly, and the food is excellent.

10/10/2025: Another fantastic refuge in Seiser Alm! The food was delicious, with beef goulash with potatoes and chef's special spinach and cheese dumplings, and a fresh chocolate cake. Great place to chill out, with the views of Sassolungo and Passo Sella group of mountains. If you continue further, you also get the view of Sciliar mountains! It's a huge surrounding for all kinds of activities and leisure!

02/08/2025: Lovely, cozy rooms. When it's a bit warmer outside, the room gets warm quickly. Then you have to choose between an open window with the noise from the main road, or sleeping with the air conditioning on. The staff is very friendly and genuine. We had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast was also good. We were just passing through and stayed here for one night. A great experience!

11/07/2025: We've often used the restaurant's cellar for a quick aperitif. They serve excellent wines from their own production, and the staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The wines are always accompanied by a small platter of local products. We recently had dinner at the restaurant and were pleasantly impressed. Let's start with the location...even though it's close to a main road, it's extremely quiet and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu, while not offering a wide selection, allows everyone to find their perfect dish. The dishes are excellent; we tried the venison carpaccio and the gnocchi and were pleasantly impressed. Another highlight is the desserts! The semifreddo with peach and lavender ice cream was a real hit with us. I would therefore recommend this place for a simple aperitif or dinner. We will definitely be back.

01/10/2025: A truly special hidden spot! All the dishes are homemade with ingredients from the garden. The black beans are fantastic, a must try! The polenta with tosella cheese, the sauerkraut, and the blueberry ice cream are also delicious. Finally, a homemade blueberry grappa is the perfect end to the meal. The road to get there is a bit winding, but it's absolutely worth it. Welcoming, authentic, and quiet. I'll be back!

09/09/2025: We ate dinner for four. The trio of gnocchi was delicious, they melt in your mouth. The dumplings and the stew with polenta were equally delicious, excellent quality. And the strudel with ice cream or blueberry jam is out of this world! 😉

19/10/2025: Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, and excellent pizzas. My only advice is to invest in new knives, because we had a lot of trouble cutting the pizzas, even with a little force.

24/09/2025: Spectacular place. I've been working here up in the mountains with buses for three years and I didn't know there was such an incredible place. Old-fashioned flavors, homemade desserts, and excellent coffee. Plus, both indoor and outdoor tables. Typical Trentino wood interior. 💚💪 GT driver. And again today, September 24, here for lunch again. Exceptional service and a set menu as well. It's super convenient for workers who work in Folgaria, with ample parking.

23/09/2025: A truly delicious lunch with friends. Local food and an unforgettable strudel. The staff was friendly and willing to recommend the best. Must try.

11/10/2025: The waiter who set the table also cleaned the chairs very carefully. Overall, the service was very attentive and friendly. The dumplings were amazing and the portions generous. A special thanks to Francesco for his hospitality.

23/08/2025: Unfortunately, one of the worst chalets/huts/cabins we've ever stayed at. Extremely expensive compared to the others, €6.50 for a slice of cake when the market is €5-€5.50. All this is made worse by the lack of service: you walk in, pay at the counter, and take it out yourself. So, high prices and zero service give me a low rating. Plus, being the only one on the "Animated Mountain," it'll always have a crowd of people/tourists.

23/09/2025: I arrived after eight hours of walking, with three more ahead of me. I had already finished my two liters of water. The refuge was about to close (in 10-15 minutes), there were no customers, and I asked if there was a fountain to refill water, but there wasn't one. I then asked if it was possible to fill it at the tap and that I would even pay for it, but no: it wasn't possible and the only solution was to buy a plastic bottle. A girl (a friend of theirs?) started laughing and, mocking me, convinced them to let me fill my water bottle because otherwise "I could die of dehydration." They filled it for me from the tap. Half.

06/10/2025: A wonderful experience with the llamas and alpacas! The group of six made the experience very enjoyable, and Yuri was an excellent guide. You can tell he has a love for the animals.

14/09/2025: We were there today just to see the llamas, enjoyed a drink on the sun terrace, and received a very friendly welcome. So, it's a worthwhile destination for a day trip.

04/09/2025: I went for lunch the last week of August and despite its name, at lunch they have another menu, practically non-existent; the dishes ordered were not good, including a typical local dish such as eggs, speck and potatoes, if they didn't feel like cooking they could have said so.... Too bad.

03/09/2025: I really enjoy eating here. The food is always excellent, the service is top-notch and very competent, and the atmosphere is pleasant and harmonious. All in all, I highly recommend it. Thanks to the entire staff and, of course, the owner.

18/10/2025: A very, very nice and good hotel! Everything was just perfect here. I had a very nice room with a view of the mountains and Bolzano. The wellness area is also fantastic. The food in the restaurant is high-quality and tasteful. I will definitely return for a private stay sometime. The service is excellent.

13/10/2025: The food was okay but nothing special, far too expensive for the lack of refinement. The service was extremely friendly, and the ambiance was very nice, but all of that still doesn't justify the price. No overnight guests, traveled as a couple.

07/10/2025: Lunch break was nothing short of exceptional! The place is meticulously maintained, perhaps a little retro in style, but well-maintained. The staff is friendly and the service is super fast. The dishes (this time it was meatballs in tomato sauce) were delicious and light, just like grandma used to make! A wide selection of first and second courses rounds it out perfectly! I recommend it to fellow truck drivers, as the parking lot is very large, on both sides of the SS47 Valsugana.

24/09/2025: We've stayed at the hotel three times, and it's become one of our favorites. You can't help but feel at home. Mr. Toni and all the staff are simply fantastic.

27/08/2025: Service 20 out of 10 - Food 20 out of 10. Truly great - even with children. Elisabeth and Toni are simply wonderful hosts. They and their team offer service and cuisine (home-style) that would make any 5-star hotel green with envy. This is our third time here, and it's simply wonderful.
