29/09/2025: WOW! Best Michelin star dinner I’ve ever been to. Service was best-in-class and the food was out of this world. We did the 7 course option and there was an additional course at the beginning and end. The chef came out to chat and the entire environment was incredibly intimate and lovely. Pear tarte was mouthwatering. WOW wow.

11/10/2025: The waiter who set the table also cleaned the chairs very carefully. Overall, the service was very attentive and friendly. The dumplings were amazing and the portions generous. A special thanks to Francesco for his hospitality.

05/12/2025: We're usually happy customers of Pur Südtirol and order a larger batch two or three times a year to be delivered to Northern Germany. The products are great and always bring back memories of holidays. But what's completely unacceptable are the delivery times. We ordered groceries for ten people for an Advent gathering. The delivery time was stated in writing as December 10th to 12th, 2025. This worked for us, as we were only away from December 4th to 6th. On December 5th, I was able to see via our security system that DPD had left two huge boxes in front of our door. We hadn't given DPD prior permission. We also hadn't received any shipping notification from DPD beforehand. On the morning of December 5th (at 4:51 a.m.), we received a notification from DPD that the goods would be delivered that morning. At that point, we were 600 kilometers away, and the goods arrived five to seven days early. All our neighbors were away on short holidays. Dear Pur Südtirol employees, if you can't manage to deliver goods within the stated timeframe (we're talking about a miscalculation of a week), then that's it for orders from us. And DPD, if you're incapable of providing timely notification to the customer upon receiving the goods, then that's catastrophic. I assume you had the goods in your possession for some time and didn't just pick them up 5 hours beforehand. Merano to Northern Germany is well over 1000 truck kilometers. 😤 Neither company has covered itself in glory here. 😠

05/10/2025: A cozy restaurant in Bolzano’s city center with warm hospitality. The waiter greeted us kindly and provided excellent service throughout. We ordered hummus, mutabbal, and tabbouleh—all flavorful and fresh. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made our visit enjoyable. It is nice for a relaxed and satisfying dining experience.

26/08/2025: My family and I vacationed in Dobbiaco and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time! Excellent food, impeccable service, impeccable cleanliness, and a great location. Plus, there's a wonderful spa where you can relax in the afternoon after long walks. I hope to return soon! A special thanks to the owners and staff, who were incredibly kind!

22/10/2025: Arrived at 3pm-ish which was too late for lunch. Too bad but understandable. They do serve drinks at that time though and it does look great with outdoor seatings as well.

26/09/2025: It's delicious, but 22 euros for risotto and cola, excluding tip, seems expensive. Maybe it's because there aren't many restaurants in the area.

27/09/2025: The rooms are fine, clean, and comfortable, but the greatest asset of this hotel and restaurant is the absolutely fantastic and friendly staff. We felt great here! Regarding the location, we visited in summer; in winter, it's probably easier to get here and from there without a car. For those exploring the Brenta region entirely on foot, it's a good starting (and ending) point, but getting back by bus is quite a challenge, which is obviously more a problem of the local population's lack of transportation than a drawback of the hotel. Overall, I was surprised during my stay in this region that there's virtually no public transportation, even between nearby towns.

12/09/2025: They serve typical mountain cuisine and also pizza. Both are good...the staff is very friendly. I recommend it!!

06/09/2025: We arrived for dinner. The waiters were very friendly, and the place was average. We ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses. The cured meats were good, but I would have preferred a variety of cheeses. There were only two that weren't bad, but I expected better. We then ordered pizzas. The ortolane were loaded with vegetables (which according to the menu were supposed to be grilled), which wasn't a bad thing, except they looked more like boiled vegetables than grilled. As for the dough, I wasn't expecting anything different; I understand we're in the mountains after all. For dessert, they served profiteroles. I've had better, but it's still a dessert! If you want a simple meal, it's fine. Prices are average.

08/11/2025: Perfect pizza with plenty of toppings, thin crust, and no thick edges. Friendly service, about a 20-minute wait. Complimentary limoncello. All good, simple atmosphere, but the price is right... would gladly come again.

11/10/2025: We stayed here for two nights to explore the hometown of my grandparents - Cagno and Revo. A superior plus corner room with a balcony overlooking the lake. What a view!!!! Best materials were used to build this room. Outside blinds that are open and closed and lowered and raised remotely. Quiet room with comfortable bed. Lay in bed , open the blinds and see the lake out one window and the mountain out of the other. We ate 3 meals at the restaurant and all of the food was delicious. Even had made to order scrambled eggs for breakfast. We travel a lot in Europe and in the US. This is the best room and stay that we ever had!

29/11/2025: We had a great experience at the bar. Excellent pastries, elegant atmosphere, the renowned bar in Moena.

23/11/2025: A well-equipped hotel, with a very nice and clean room with everything you need. The staff was welcoming and courteous. Excellent location with many amenities nearby.

24/02/2025: In una splendida passeggiata alla fine della valle Aurina dove superando la montagna che chiude la valle si raggiunge l'Austria, in questa baita si trova una accoglienza cordiale e buon cibo. Ottimi piatti del giorno ravioli e gulagh con polenta e poi la kaisermart (frittata dolce con marmellata). Prezzi onesti tempi giusti e grappa offerta.
