29/08/2025: Pleasant, informal atmosphere. Good food at reasonable prices. Recommended.

17/08/2025: The thin-crust pizzas are well-made and topped, though perhaps I would have preferred more sauce. The meat main course is excellent. Crostoni are very rich in mushrooms, but the bread could be toasted and spiced a bit more. There are a few Asian dishes on the menu, but there are some language barriers with service, and on peak days, the wait can be a bit long. The atmosphere is charming, with a panoramic veranda, ample parking, and reasonable prices. Perfect for a cool evening.

01/08/2025: The hotel is in the 80s style. Breakfast is modest. It makes up for it with FANTASTIC staff, cleanliness, and memorabilia from the past. In the summer, for one or two(?) days as a rest on the road, it's GREAT.

24/09/2025: Beautiful place, good breakfast and pastries, shame about the person at the counter who definitely needs to change jobs with the public you have to know how to do it and smile.

21/09/2025: A charming place where you can sit at a table, either inside or outside, and enjoy your breakfast while chatting with loved ones or friends. It has a section dedicated to clothing and accessories for men and women. It's a tobacconist, so you'll find everything you need here. 👍

12/10/2025: Definitely should try their chicken and ribs ! There are the normal and spicy chicken (not too spicy just extra spices on top of the chicken) I've tried both and both are delicious and most important thing, very affordable. the chicken is very big, juicy and tender. you should also try their empanadas 😊 There are several fillings, including vegetables. Totally recommend this little gem! Very lovely owner who always smile to everyone around :) And for sure they know how to cook!! They are also open on Sunday! So if you are lazy to cook, especially during weekends, just come and grab some food from here!

27/08/2025: Unfortunately, the new management has completely taken the place's soul away. It's right that changes are made, but the place has completely lost the uniqueness it was known for. :( Update: I visited the place before the holidays. I'm correcting the new management with the changes that have been made to the place.

30/08/2025: Tonight we booked a table for four at 8:30 PM. We immediately decided on the pizzas we wanted, and we ordered five mini crostini. We finished eating them, and two good pizzas arrived. Then we waited until around 10 PM and asked for an explanation, and the answer we received was that appetizers shouldn't be ordered in a nervous and irritable manner without apologizing. I expected a discount, but even that, now that I'm on my way home at 10:46 PM, isn't acceptable. I have to say that my pizza, after waiting so long, wasn't good.

10/10/2025: Probably, as they stated in response to a review, they have health problems. The place is dark. The service is not good and the food could really be prepared in advance and frozen because they serve it too quickly after ordering. I do not recommend it.

07/09/2025: Nice place with outdoor seating and good parking going up to Abetone, we ate good tagliatelle with mushrooms and good desserts, the service was excellent, the price in my opinion a little high.

03/08/2025: We had lunch today for 2, we had mushroom carpaccio with parmesan and arugula, first course tagliatelle with mushrooms and sliced meat also with mushrooms, side dish of fried mushrooms, everything very good, we couldn't finish everything so they packaged what we had left to take away, the waitresses were very kind, quality/price ratio was fair and in line with what we ate, we will return.

17/09/2025: I ordered a cake over the phone for my parents' 50th anniversary, trusting the restaurant we've been going to for years that uses this pastry shop. The cake was good overall, but not what I wanted... I ordered a heart-shaped cake, but it was round, and they also got my mom's name wrong... let's just say I wasn't entirely satisfied.

05/10/2025: With recent optinions of the place I was hesitant to go there, but since it's the only place close to the zoo (thats not inside the zoo) I decide to try my luck. And I can happily say I was not disappointed! Food was good, so was the beer. Service was also nice, we got a very tasty spicy home made olive to try with bread. Give it a shot!

28/09/2025: I should have known from the fact that there was only one table at 8:30 pm, but I wanted to try it. The first course was incredibly salty, and also very expensive. It was the worst pizza in Pistoia and the surrounding area, tasteless, with little topping, and barely edible. The price was not commensurate with the poor quality. Returned after about ten years, and it's gotten much worse. In my opinion, it could close.
