12/01/2026: I work in the restaurant business, and I understand that expenses are high, but the prices at this place are a disrespect to people. 2 slices of cake cost 16 euros. Are you crazy? Display case. With two types of cakes without the price indicated, they're playing on this because if they put the price next to the cakes they wouldn't even sell one. A price list that is written in small print on the side of one of the walls, and you find yourself paying more for them out of shame of refusing them, and reading it for prices that aren't even found in the center of Milan! We're really going beyond the limits of decency. I won't set foot there again and I strongly advise against it! I don't use this word often, but in this case it's appropriate. SHAMEFUL!

12/01/2026: FINDOMESTIC AT THE CHECKOUT Considering it's not in the center of Florence, nor is it near the cathedral in Pistoia 25 euros for 2 pancakes with strawberries and Nutella (good), 1 coffee, 2 waters, unfortunately a legal theft. The staff seems friendly, the owner is a creepy guy who looks everywhere. The pancakes cost maybe 3 euros, a markup like that should be illegal. Inaccessible for disabled people or parents with little steps, and tables all stuck together. Make sure you check the price list before ordering. 8 euros for a piece of cake that's worth 2. Closes at 6 pm, a bit funny. Never again.

27/08/2025: We ate pizza with a soggy dough and an inedible edge, the table setting featured chipped glasses, the service was poor and arrogant, the dessert at 8 euros was a rip-off and the cover charge at 3 euros per person was the same (a sheet of paper with advertising and a glass). In short, we spent a lot and ate badly. I'm sorry for the image we give to foreigners with this service, these are absolutely not prices for Italians.

12/08/2025: This evening we had slow service even though everyone had eaten. The food arrived after 40 minutes and was cold. We took it back, reheated it, and returned it 10 minutes later, cold again. We left the food on the table and paid for what we consumed. Mistakes can only happen to those who work, but not twice in a row after an hour of waiting. €25 for two eggplants and two potatoes. A bad evening.
