30/08/2024: The location was great, it’s close to the train station and to the best shop streets (it’s in the city center) I loved the people they cared how was our staying and the girl in the reception was lovely. Would recommend to friends!!

25/07/2024: It is located in front of the square, so the accessibility to the store is excellent. However, it was very noisy because there was a performance playing music in the square after 10 o'clock, and the local children were screaming with excitement. I was very tired, but it was difficult to sleep because of the noise. The air conditioner was on and it was cool, but the temperature wasn't controlled so I had to turn it on and off repeatedly in the early morning. Air conditioner noise is no joke. There are two elevators, but they are very small and slow, and can accommodate about three people including suitcases. What about dinner… It was okay. It was okay to have a simple breakfast.

26/06/2024: Excellent place, clean and tidy. We were welcomed and served very well, we ate everything based on fish, compliments to the chef, I highly recommend it

24/06/2024: Beyond the unhappy place, semi-empty restaurant despite the match, DESERT outdoor area, we show up to have dinner with a dog and in a very unpleasant way we are asked to leave. COMPLIMENTS!!!!!

11/08/2024: We were there on Wednesday 7 August, beautiful location, quiet in classic Chinese style, professional staff, excellent dishes and good fish, right rice/fish ratio, excellent soups (ramen). The only flaw was that 3 dishes were forgotten. But overall good and the right cost/quality ratio.

14/07/2024: Very nice 👍 Good food. Fair cost If you want steak or think you are Cannavacciuolo obviously it is not for you. But I would say 5 stars, all deserved.

16/12/2023: Management has changed and if it is true that the owners are the same as a well-known ice cream shop in Pistoia that I respect and appreciate a lot, I believe that with this bar they are a flop. You pay for breakfast as if you were in a pastry shop, the pizza is inedible taken three times and then I don't think the prices are high, not even if they bring it home to me I pay for it like that... but if it's worth it you also pay the price... but yesterday I went for an aperitif... the bartender informs us that only the to drink it cost €5 if we wanted to eat it cost €3... those €3 were a flatbread divided into six pieces with the salami which they would have thrown away at the end of the day and an Aosta Valley... I also paid €13 for an aperitif but with a platter of cold cuts , crisps, croutons... I would honestly review the policy of this aperitif.... my only compliment goes to the really nice bartender Cinzia... but what a disappointment

03/08/2024: I'm sorry to make these reviews but this can't be called catering and I hope it helps the managers to improve because you can't make a customer wait 40 minutes for two appetizers that don't have to be cooked but just plated and then wait for the two first courses another 30 minutes so we arrived at 9pm and left at 10.10pm we didn't have dessert or coffee at all so as not to wait another 30 minutes given the previous courses, as far as the food is concerned the shepherd's cutting board I expected there to be 3/4 types of cheese to accompany with the various compotes but in reality it was a piece of cheese some compote various small bowls with a sort of soft almost liquid cheese that didn't taste like much so the joke was rejected and arrived scantily and here too not much and without even a slice of bread, I asked the waiter who brought it to me after my second request to another because he had forgotten so I waited 10 minutes there too to eat my starter, the mushroom risotto completely without salt, minimal portion but that wouldn't be the problem if the food was amazing so overall this dish was also unsuccessful, I love wild boar but here too the pasta is low quality, dry and without salt combined with a completely plain wild boar ragù without any creaming which combined the two ingredients making it a decent dish. negative experience, I hope this can help him grow!!!!

27/07/2024: Visited 29.04.2023 Clean place and very helpful and friendly staff. Price quality is excellent, the pizzas are good. I ate a delicious tagliatelle with mushrooms from them. Visited 24.07.2024 Unfortunately it is no longer the restaurant I tried, the dishes have lost their value and the staff were nervous. I do not recommend

02/06/2024: We hadden hoge verwachtingen, we waren afgegaan op de locatie en foto’s. De bediening was erg aardig en zij kunnen er ook niet veel aan doen dat ik deze niet goede recensie schrijf. Het was erg druk. Het restaurant zat helemaal vol, er was een feest en op het terras stonden ook nog mensen te wachten. We waren met ons vieren. Alle vier een voorgerecht en 1 persoon had een tussengerecht en alle 4 weer een hoofdgerecht. Op het voorgerecht moesten we 75 minuten wachten. En toen viel 1 gerecht tegen. Namelijk carpaccio, deze lag op veel sla en was verkleurd. Het smaakte naar zeep. De asperges waren flink door gekookt, maar de smaak was wel goed. Vrij snel daarna kwam het tussengerecht. Dit moest macaroni zijn met eend. Helaas was de eend er overheen gevlogen en zaten er nog wat botjes in. Het tussengerecht was nog lang niet op toen ook het hoofdgerecht werd geserveerd. Het vlees was goed, we hadden medium-rare en dit was ook zo gebakken. De spinazie was heerlijk, maar de frietjes waren niet goed door gebakken. Een ander hoofdgerecht was absoluut niet lekker. Ten eerste zat er geen zalm in, maar kreeft en de risotto was niet te eten. Te papperig en veel vocht. Al met al gewoon niet goed en dat is erg jammer. Er liep een manager rond, maar wij hadden niet het idee dat zij er voor haar medewerkers was en ook niet voor de klanten. Al met al teleurstellend.
